I walked into the dealership and no one seemed to want to help me at first! Multiple sales rep sat and ignored me and my partner! Not a great feeling! Aaron Gomez who was on a call at the time ended his call to help me and was a great sales rep I truly appreciate him as well as Cindy Baxter in finance!l Cindy and Aaron are amazing! I was also told that I was unable to trade my vehicle (said title issue) but multiple dealerships that I went to before coming to Land Rover Jaguar had no problem taking the trade and had no issues with title.

Very pleased with the entire experience on purchasing a new 2025 Mazda CX-5. Kenneth did a great job answering all my questions. I shopped the exact same model around to different dealerships within 250 mile radius and Jeff Haas came in at the best Out the Door deal. My first experience with this dealership was 25 years ago and it was not pleasant. At that time, I went with another dealer for that purchase and actually bought from them another 2 times. I decided to give Jeff Haas another chance because a friend had mentioned their positive experice. Glad I didn't write them off completely. Excellent service. Process was super fast on purchase in finance (fastest ever and I have been at MBZ and BMW...no comparison). I flew in that morning and was out rather quickly!! Explanation of the car was great. Support on driving 400+miles back in my first electric vehicle was phenomenal. They helped me map it, use the app, and texted me during the drive. I could not have had a better experience.

Houston Auto credit has nice vehicles. Bought a nice clean 2019 F250 from them. Live out of state and was an easy dealer to work with coordinate pickup. Delivery was pricy from reputable transportation so they worked with me to hold it until I could get down there and drive it back. Sales reps are very responsive and anything they didn't know they found it quickly. I would not hesitate to look for another vehicle from them. If there is anything you find while your looking it over they'll work with you on it to make it right. Was slightly low on coolant and they got me coolant immediately to top it off.

My experience at Mac Haik Dodge Jeep Ram at Katy Frwy was nothing but awesome! Our sales rep Laura Valencia was fabulous. She worked so hard on our behalf. Laura is knowledgable, honest, and fights for her customer. She found us the exact car we wanted, gave us an outstanding price and was very fair on our trade-in. The dealership is clean, friendly and has a giant tv. The GM, Will LaGrange, is personable and approachable. Will spoke to us several times and gave out full pizzas to everyone in the lobby because it was the Saturday before Christmas. Finally, Finance Manager, Zien, was extremely kind, knowledgeable and very fair with warranty pricing. Zien went above and beyond and was so extremely honest. We love the car we purchased, but we also love the dealership we purchased from. I highly recommend Mac Haik on the Katy Freewsy. Make sure you ask for Laura Valencia. You will not be disappointed!!
