We were greeted immediately by the staff upon arrival. - RickyGF15

We were greeted immediately by the staff upon arrival. Cory was our service advisor for this visit. Cory kept us updated throughout the visit, keeping us posted on the progress. I have had a previous issue with this particular dealership. They did reach out to me and addressed the issue. They mentioned the steps they were going to take to correct the issue and prevent it from happening to other customers. This showed me that they actually value their customers and customers' satisfaction. I have purchased several vehicles from CardinaleWay Mazda and have had them all serviced here as well. Rambo, one of the finance team members here, even came out to talk to us while we waited. We've bought a few vehicles from him when he was a salesman. He made us feel welcome. The CardinaleWay Mazda team has earned my trust and my business.

They provided me the information that I requested and put - jans60buick

They provided me the information that I requested and put me in a car the same day. I told Edwin that I was not ready to buy, and he just kept moving forward with reasons that made sense for me to buy. I had a wonderful experience with the company and the people that I met. Even though I was not ready to buy, I drove a new car home. Overall, it was a great experience that I look for in buying a new car. Congrats. Sincerely, Jan Fischer

The whole process was seamless! From getting my car quote online, to test driving, and working with the sales department. I worked with Karl in sales and he was great! I knew what I wanted but still had a few questions. He gave me some great advice and guided me in the warranty purchase. Would go again and work with him!

I like the openness and light of the dealership. - meganlg

I like the openness and light of the dealership. Moises was a great consultant to work with.

If you're dedicated to a particular dealership, a lot of - BeegeJohnson

If you're dedicated to a particular dealership, a lot of it has to do with their service department. Once again, I received great customer service from Chapman Las Vegas. My Service Advisor was not available and instead of me standing there at her desk looking around for help, Sean "Shocky" Morgan stepped up to the plate by coming to her window and ensuring that I was assisted. He made sure that I received my car quickly and that I left completely satisfied. Great job as usual to an amazing service department.

Chellena at the CarMax Centennial location in Las Vegas - DJBLK40

Chellena at the CarMax Centennial location in Las Vegas was absolutely amazing. She made the entire purchase process simple, easy, and very well organized from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, and over the course of about two days, I only spent around four total hours completing the entire purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. This was one of the smoothest vehicle-buying experiences I’ve had, and I really appreciate the excellent service Chellena provided. I would definitely recommend her to anyone purchasing a vehicle at CarMax Centennial.

We had a fantastic experience buying a Tucson Hybrid at - randomitguylv

We had a fantastic experience buying a Tucson Hybrid at ABC Hyundai! The entire process started with a transparent, pressure-free online negotiation. When we arrived, our salesperson, Tony. Allen in F&I had all our paperwork ready to go, and made the signing process quick, professional, and pressure-free.

I will never step foot in Chapman Jeep dealership/ - d.m.

I will never step foot in Chapman Jeep dealership/ service area again. Made an appointment Monday to get a recall fixed for Friday. Then Wednesday came and a sales person called to offer to trade in my Jeep before all the "costly repairs start coming up." Ironically I go in for the oil change and recall, also the Aux battery wasn't working right and they needed to keep it over the weekend for "more tests" so they offer me a "Lyft" home, while another customer before me was offered a rental car for the weekend. Then by Monday afternoon they don't call me, so I call them, and they hit me with nearly 3000$ of "critical" repair suggestions. Needless to say. I said No. I will pay for what you have already done and give me back my Jeep. All I received was a "sorry". I highly recommend staying as far away from CHAPMAN JEEP as you can!

I purchased a 2018 Ford Edge with 75,000 miles on it on - Kori

I purchased a 2018 Ford Edge with 75,000 miles on it on December 13th, 2024. Not even 24hrs later, the check engine light came on stating misfire on bank one. Went to the parts store purchased 4 plugs and 4 coil packs. Changed them out thinking no big deal car has high mileage. I noticed they had been RECENTLY changed. Car cycled the check engine light off in a few days. Then it came on again, same issue, popped the hood thinking maybe I did not tighten the coil pack wires enough, ran rough like it was going to stall. Cycled the check engine light off a few days later. 3 weeks go by with this issue every 2-3 days, then comes the almost not starting and pure white smoke rolling out the exhaust all the while barely starting any time I had to drive it. Extremely rough starts, idling so rough while pouring white smoke (contacted dealer NUMEROUS times with no help) All they wanted me to do was purchase their warranty and then wait the 30 days to file a claim (that's suspicious). Now to the antifreeze issue.... there was none in the radiator!!!...why you ask? because this dealer sold me the biggest xxx with a cracked head! Hence the fouled plugs, bad coil packs, the misfiring and the no starting at all!!!! I had a reputable shop diagnose it stating that the head has been cracked for a while and that the dealer most likely knew it. Oh and it burns oil like nobody's business!!! After numerous phone calls, hundreds of texts and sending videos to the dealer people they refused to help me. The first time it overheated was about 3-4 weeks in, I pulled over and called the dealer in tears, still no help! At one point, the manager at the Freemont location offered to have it towed but would need it for weeks and would not allow a loaner. I cannot afford to rent a car. My daughter and I are relying on this car, and having it run and start sometime was better than not having a car at all! Vegas is a small town, and I have spoken to several people who have purchased cars form BAJA Motors and have had similar issues. So far between the money down, oil, antifreeze (gallon every few days), a battery jump box, car payments, car insurance, paying a mechanic to diagnose it, the plugs/coil packs, UBER/Lift rides and registering it, I am out almost $4000 for a car that still has a loan on it and is sitting in the parking lot of my condo with a cracked head and will not stay running! Only lucky thing, my car insurance has roadside, so the three times it stranded me, it did not cost me anything to have it towed home or jump started. This car is financed, and even the finance company has filed a complaint with BAJA Motors on my behalf. Today is April 11, 2025 and after the finance company filed this complaint all of a sudden the dealer wants me to call them and NOW they are willing to help... Too little TOO LATE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am done with this car and the anxiety it has given me over the last few months! BTW the only reason they even get a star, is because it would not let me post without giving at least one! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE They have a D+ on the BBB site!!!!

I had a great time the staff is friendly and - trujillojeremy295

My husband and I have been searching for a Pontiac - BrentnTanya

My husband and I have been searching for a Pontiac Firebird, and living in Montana made this quite challenging. Fortunately, we found exactly what we were looking for at New Port Motors in Las Vegas. We contacted the dealership, and Ricardo Acosta responded immediately. He assisted us over the phone for nearly two weeks as we arranged our trip to Las Vegas to drive the car home. Ricardo was consistently available to answer our questions via text and phone, which was reassuring, as buying a car sight unseen can be nerve-wracking. He made the entire process smooth, even picking us up at the airport when we arrived in Las Vegas. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Watch your mailbox, Ricardo; we're sending you a gift from Montana! Brent & Tanya

Sneaky - tempy27

They sold us a vehicle with structural damage without disclosing it to us. They had bought it from auction knowing it was damaged and for pennies on the dollar then sold it for thousands. They had a clean carfax sheet they gave us, but knew there was damage and that the vehicle would be worth nothing after, but sold it anyways. After we tried to tried to trade it in for a down payment, Ford told us the real story and showed us the real history report. When confronted they acted like everyone should just know where they get there vehicles from and what they are about. Shady practices and secretive paperwork. Buyer beware, check vins, check multiple reports, double check paperwork and check each piece that goes in folders.

I wanted to shed some light on what feels like a bait and... - Steve Tran

I wanted to shed some light on what feels like a bait and switch scheme that some of these sub-prime auto lenders engage with. Most recently I contacted this dealership and spoke to a Kevin and a Louie Montero. I contacted them to attempt to purchase a car and finance my auto through Credit Acceptance Corp which they are signed on to work with. A couple background facts before I dive in: 1. Credit Acceptance Corp normally charges state max APR and they DO NOT REQUIRE PERIOD any amount of down payment. The down payment is 100% set by the dealership and for the most part, the down payment any CAC customer puts down, is profit for the dealership. CAC will only fund a contract for the value of the vehicle, not for the dealership markup. So this dealership told me I needed over $2500 down and that it was "required by CAC" when if fact the truth is, CAC did not say that nor is it ACTUALLY REQUIRED in order for the deal to work. The TRUTH is that this dealership will refuse to work with customers if it means they cannot extort the customer out of a large UNREQUIRED down payment. Essentially, this dealership states that they will accept those with collections, charge-offs, bankruptcy, repo etc because Credit Acceptance Corp allows all of those customers to use them for finance, however dealers tend to use that against customers by pricing up vehicles, they will also price up the APR, require a large down payment, pocket that money as a dealership profit, then they will help. This should be investigated by the FBI and the state of Nevada. They are clearly falsely advertising what they can/will do in order to bait and switch customers for further profit. They CAN get me into a vehicle and not lose any money, but choose not to because I will not fall for their down payment scam.

I was trying to buy a car from a neighboring national - paul-Las Vegas

I was trying to buy a car from a neighboring national dealer. They left me sitting for 40 minutes with no interactions. Went next door to Enterprise where we met Vic. Great guy, friendly knowledgable, Army Vet. We told him what we wanted test drove a couple cars made my choice and was out of there in about 1 hour. I have bought cars in the past and this deal was absolutely THE simplest, and most comfortable purchase I have ever made. Vic was amazzzzing. A great place for a car purchase.

I am late in writing this review, this happened the week... - chris.hook

I am late in writing this review, this happened the week before COVID shutdowns started. My wife and I were looking for a very specific model Audi. We saw numerous vehicles and talked with 6 dealers. We came to Voss and spoke with Nate and Tyler. They had one model of the vehicle, but it did not come with the package that we wanted. Both Nate and Tyler started searching everywhere to find us the exact model/package we wanted. They were able to locate the exact car we wanted, and it was in the price range we were looking for. They were very honest and told us that it would cost more money to transport the vehicle and it would push the price outside of our price range. I showed them one I found, but it was in L.A. and was being sold by another dealer. Nate and Tyler tried to get that exact model and save us from having to drive to L.A. They showed us how the purchasing and pricing of cars work and how they could get the price we are looking for but it would take more time. Unfortunately our timeframe was very short (our other cars timing chain tensioner broke and the engine had a catastrophic failure) and they would not be able to get one for that price in our timeframe. They looked up the exact car that was in L.A. and were able to tell us a lot about the car. I have never been car shopping and met a dealer that was this dedicated for its customers. I believe if we could have waited they would have been able to get the exact car in our price range. We ended up purchasing the car in L.A. but the next time we are car shopping we will be going to Voss. This was the best service I've ever had car shopping, I highly recommend them.

Worst Dealership in Las Vegas - johncable

NEVER NEVER go to this place, they will lie to you about the down payment and sell you a vehicle that has not been looked at. Pepe has to be the most unprofessional person I have met in Las Vegas. If you want a bad car, a bad deal, bad service go to Autoworld...They have changed one of their dealerships to Car Pros...DO NOT GO NEAR AUTOWORLD OR CAR PROS, they are very unprofessional

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM> I would STRONGLY recommend NOT - ariannah

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM> I would STRONGLY recommend NOT buying a car from this dealer. I bought a 2006 Subaru Forester from them on 4/27/24 for $7,125 with 122,663 miles. I bought the car knowing there would be issues because it was an older vehicle. I agreed to low tread on tires, there was a compartment for sunglasses broken, the paint was messed up, and when I inspected the car I found part of the back seat would not go down. I understood it was an older vehicle and expected general maintenance such as checking liquids, spark plugs, etc (things you would expect around 100,000 miles). However, there were no major issues told to me or that could be identified on the car fax, so I felt good to simply maintain the vehicle. Plus, they gave me a form that it passed the smog check. To take it further, the engine had been detailed and no visible leaks could be seen. I am now thinking they did that to cover up the issues, not just to make it look nice. Within two weeks major issues started popping and my check engine light came on. I called them and asked if I could bring it in for them to look at and they stated they would look at it but wont do anything. So, I took it to a mechanic to have it looked at--to get larger issues fixed, including labor, my bill came out to be $3,908 and 14 issues got flagged as being wrong with the vehicle. After hearing that news, I called Chris, told him what was going on and gave them the chance to make it right and they have not gotten back to me. -My power steering has a significant leak, to get that fixed I was quoted $1,367.47 -They ran a smog check and my car FAILED> they stated the catalytic converter is bad and needs to be replaced, to get that fixed I was quoted at $985.99. SIDENOTE---The mechanic stated that the results from the dealer were most likely messed with because there is no way my vehicle should have passed it. THIS IS ILLEGAL. -I have an oil leak which they can not identify the exact location so they will have to remove my intake and do a cleaning, add a dye and identify where the leak is coming from, to figure out where the leak is coming from will cost over $500. -My engine valve cover gasket needs to be replaced to get that fixed is $573.49 -Then there are more basic things like, I already need a new battery and they recommended I keep an eye on the spark plugs, replace front and rear struts, etc. This vehicle was inspected by BEST AUTOBUY on 4/27/27 and marked everything as satisfactory and nothing needs repair. I have only driven this vehicle minimally.
