This review is for the Service Manager, Charles Kim. From the moment, the GM, Julian asked Charles to personally oversee my new q6 eTron Prestige electrical and SW issues from delivery, I was in good hands. Charles is someone who is very diligent and when he says he will do something- he actually does. In this day and age- usually in the auto industry, sadly this is not a regular occurrence. My q6 eTron was in service for over 3.5 weeks and Audi Tier 2 Technical Support was out of ideas on how to solve my electrical and SW gremlins. I was asked to pick up the vehicle since Audi was aware of the issues and that I was not the only one having these connection issues with MMI user profile, myAudi app, Plug N Charge, Digital Key. Charles made sure I had a brand new 2025 Audi q5 as a loaner while my car was in service. And Charles went to bat for me asking Audi to provide some form of compensation since my car didn’t work from the get go. (Audi of America CS is a separate issue since they denied his request). Charles also went out of his way to follow up with me afterwards and took care of me afterwards. I appreciate his integrity and diligence. He’s also a friendly guy. If you need your Audi serviced and you are near West Covina, take your Audi to WC. Charles and his team will take care of you.

Fullerton Ford's Service Department is wonderful - they are the best in OC! We recently returned from a long road trip and had our service light come on. Art Bravo helped us with a complete vehicle inspection and noted we needed a new battery (t had a good run since 2018). He also discovered our rear breaks and rotors needed replacement. I was expecting high dealership repair prices. We did call and check with competitors and Fullerton Ford had the VERY BEST prices. Plus, they will take you to\from the dealership for service. When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. I give this dealership and their awesome team a 5-star review. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
