I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Best experience I have had. Nate gathered my needs, took the time to find the perfect vehicle for me and exceeded all my expectations. Great experience buying my new ride last night. Matt went above & beyond. He was very knowledgable, answered all my questions, had my Escape cleaned, washed, filled the gas tank, and even delivered it went above & beyond. One of the biggest things I notice when I walk into a place is cleanliness. And Klaben Ford is always clean no matter what time of year I’m there. Everyone is friendly and someone is always ready to help you. I have been doing business with Klaben for 6 years now and have been very pleased working with Terry Baughman. He always does the work for me and finds the deals he knows I’m looking for, and covers everything with you before you leave. He even syncs your phone with the vehicle for you so you don’t have to try and figure it out. I’m a basic kind of person and only asked for 2 things as must haves on my vehicle and I got it plus a whole lot more! Thank you Terry! More
