Mary works as our receptionist and helps with making sure all of our quest have a truly exceptional experience from hello. She makes sure that after you take delivery of your vehicle the license plates and tags get to you. When not at the dealership, Mary enjoys her time off with her husband and the rest of her time is juggled between the six kids and 17 grandchildren. Our 2017 Rogue with only 30,000 miles had an oil consumption issue followed by an epic engine failure. Our local dealership is Luther Nissan of Inver Grove Heights, MN and to this point, they have been superfantastic to work with. Nissan initially denied our claim for engine replacement sighting grounds that are quite shaky. The team at Luther ... from Jason & Igor in sales to Nik in service have been advocates on our part to ensure that the manufacturer steps up and takes care of a very loyal customer. Breath of fresh air! After spending 3 months doing research to find the perfect car for me, I thought I had found it. I made an appointment at the dealership and test-dro After spending 3 months doing research to find the perfect car for me, I thought I had found it. I made an appointment at the dealership and test-drove the car I chose. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and pushiness of the sales rep. I left with nothing. I then did some more research and found a few vehicles at Luther Nissan that I wanted to check out. I made an appointment and got to test drive 3 different vehicles. I liked them all, but was not quite sure I was ready to pull the trigger. I did not feel pressured at all. They were more interested in me being getting the right vehicle. I came back 2 days later and drove one of them again, and I was sold. I could not be happier with my experience and will recommend Luther Nissan to anyone looking to buy a car.. A Trustworthy Source I came in both for a 60k mile service for my 2012 Kia Soul, and also because another auto shop had told me I needed an immediate, $1500 brake fix. The car was initially purchased from this location so I thought they would be the best bet for a second opinion. The mechanic who worked on my car was very knowledgeable and explained to me that my brakes were not in disrepair, and that while they need work within the next 15,000 miles or so the issue certainly wasn’t emergent. As a young female, I appreciate not being taken advantage of and having the piece of mind that I wasn’t going to cause an accident during my daily commute. Everyone I interacted with was oh so pleasant and I’m so grateful to have found a trustworthy mechanic for my car. Never should have gone elsewhere! More
