I was disappointed that the warning lights went on on the dash less than a mile from the dealership. It also took the service manager a long time to contact me. Same with with the wire transfer, that should dash less than a mile from the dealership. It also took the service manager a long time to contact me. The dealership is great for buying a car but the service center is completely lacking. I just had a service done and waited for my vehicle. I booked a 730 am appointment so I would first in line. There was a lack of communication on when my car would be ready. I agrr3d to the recomme ded swrvices and that took and extra 90 minutes onto of the 60 i already waited for. I wanted to use a coupon when I went to check out and was told I had to give it to the person assisting me before the paperwork was printedbut i was not giben that option. Needless to say I was very annoyed. The service took over 2 hours and I paid more than anticipated. No happy. I have been buys g cars at this dealership for week over a decade and the service department is severely lacking in customer service and communication. More
