I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. After checking with two different mechanics, I am glad I chose Klaben Ford because, even though the waiting list was long, they repaired my car's main problem at half the price I was given at the other car chose Klaben Ford because, even though the waiting list was long, they repaired my car's main problem at half the price I was given at the other car repair place about two blocks away. After the repair, my car showed "low battery" signals every now and then. When I commented on it, Sean Brad has been diligently trying to contact me to fix the issue, which I appreciate a lot. It has been totally my fault (too much work, and when I am back home, it's too late to call) that I have not called back, but you can see how they do care about their clients. More

Charge 3% for use of credit card. Very irritating. Claiming to protect the customer, they won’t accept a personal check. But they will take a debit card where the data will be a part Very irritating. Personal check is safer than a debit card. You are not a small business and should not charge 3% for credit card use. And if you do, you should allow the customer to write a check. More

While he was washing my car for the return trip, Chip, a Klaben valet, took it upon himself to buff out an ugly sideswipe on my Corsair! (Seriously. He really did.) I'm delighted and grateful. Sean Bradford, Service manager, answered my call when he was in a hospital. (Amazing, right?!) Talking with him in that and a later conversation reminded me that Klaben is a very special dealership. They are devoted to customer service and go out of their way to provide that service in innovative as well as traditional ways. We who do business with them are fortunate, indeed. More
