I trust no one more than Mona Crooks and Klaben Ford to take care of my needs for my 2008 Ford Explorer and they do it in a timely manner. Mona is one of the sweetest, wonderful people that knows her busin take care of my needs for my 2008 Ford Explorer and they do it in a timely manner. Mona is one of the sweetest, wonderful people that knows her business, knows her customers and knows how to get things done. I have been a Klaben Ford customer for over 30 years and I keep coming back and Mona was my first person that I ever came in contact with at Ford 30 plus years ago and I continue to go to her and only her that's how much I trust her and Klaben to get my job done. Couldn’t ask for better service for diagnosing my noise concern. Even though it was covered under my ESP plan Klaben Service Dept still went above & beyond exceptional service including finding & repairing concern. Even though it was covered under my ESP plan Klaben Service Dept still went above & beyond exceptional service including finding & repairing other issue that they saw that I was not aware of. So nice in this day & age to still have a company who takes pride & concern in treating the customer right. I always have peace of mind that the work is done right! Thank you! More
