Rob and Tom in service are outstanding! Bought a certified used Lightning in Columbus back in August. It was sold with 3 major issues. Dan (tech) worked diligently over 7 weeks with For Bought a certified used Lightning in Columbus back in August. It was sold with 3 major issues. Dan (tech) worked diligently over 7 weeks with Ford Engineers to finally piece my truck back together and have it in safe working order as it should have been. Everything was under warranty, a learning opportunity for all. I also had great experiences with my previous F150 when it needed service. Great communication, good prices, considerate care.
