My Lincoln Navigator broke down 3 hours away from my home. I was stranded without a vehicle while on vacation. Tom Alcorn came to my rescue. He had my Lincoln Navigator towed to his dealership, got me i home. I was stranded without a vehicle while on vacation. Tom Alcorn came to my rescue. He had my Lincoln Navigator towed to his dealership, got me in a rental Lincoln, and kept in contact with me the whole month I was without my vehicle. Mona helped him keep me in the loop on the status of my car. They both offered their cell numbers to me and always answered when I called. I have received my car back and it's like brand new. They keep in contact with me, ensuring my vehicle is running smoothly and seeing if I need anything. This is the definition of TOP NOTCH customer service. I live 4 hours away from this dealership and will purchase my next vehicle from Klaben. The extraordinary care I have received has been excellent. I can't thank you enough for all you have done.
