Pleasant experience in purchasing the Lexus ES350 - kamsalloum
On 5/10/16 I called Lexus Sales to get basic information of a new car. Maria answered. She was more than anxious to answer all of my questions. Maria was honest, friendly and pleasant over the phone. I asked for a particular colors of the ES 350. She said that she did not have one available now however if I could wait she will have the car I want within 8 to 10 days. I agreed to wait even though I had an Avalon LTD awaiting my approval. Maria through out that period kept in touch with updates and convinced me that the Lexus is the CAR for me. As promised Maria called me up around 8:30AM on 5/20/16 and stated that the Lexus ES350 with the colors I want is available on the lot and asked if I could come in to see it that day. My wife and I made an appointment with Maria and saw the Lexus ES 350. That day was our first encounter with Maria, face to face, and she was the most professional, gracious, pleasant and friendly sales person we ever met. Right away she invited us for a test drive and afterwards we sat down for the DEAL. It did not take us long to reach an agreement. Afterwards she introduced us to Ryan, Vehicle Delivery Specialist and later to Anita, Business Manager. Both Ryan and Anita demonstrated professionalism and made us feel at home with their friendly and pleasant approach to their services that day. The bottom line my wife and I were very impressed and extremely happy to purchase the Lexus from Maria, listen to Ryan demonstrate the various functions of the car and finalize the deal with the pleasant and smiley Anita. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience at South County Lexus.

I am extremely satisfied with the service that I got from Lexus Stevens Creek for my recent purchase. Everybody was very courteous and helpful. I would specifically highlight Alejandro Lopez, our Sales contact, for his excellent service and diligence in making our experience really informative and enjoyable. He helped us with test driving, selecting a car that meets our specs from inventory, and also gave us a good pricing offer. He spent quite a bit of time with us in walking us through the various features of the car as well. Most importantly he came to work on one of his off days as that's the only day we were available to come to the dealership. Overall very happy with the experience and will definitely recommend others to go see Alejandro if they want to buy a Lexus!!

Just bought a beautiful CT200h. Abby showed me the car and took me on the test drive. She knew the car well and explained all the features. I was sold on it. Steve completed all the paperwork with me in record time. They washed and prepped the car while we ate lunch and off we went. They made sure the car had all the little accessories that are supposed to come with it. Abby followed up with a personal call, I appreciated it. All in all, the best dealership experience I've had. Just imagine. I picked up my elderly family at LAX and we were on an extended road trip to Yosemite in my Lexus RX450h when it died on the Grapevine near the top pf the Tejon Pass. It was on a dangerous turn on Hwy 5 with roaring semi's blaring their horns and passing our car with inches to spare. As we exited the car in the 100+ degree temp it quickly became obvious that we were in no small trouble. I arranged to have the vehicle towed and called the Lexus dealer in Valencia explaining our predicament, and could they help. Without hesitation the customer service person dispatched a courtesy van to pick up my family while I rode to the dealership in the tow truck. The courtesy van miraculously arrived at the same time as the tow truck - this was vitally important and "Wow" #1. When we arrived at the dealership a loaner RX350 was waiting for us ready to go, no questions asked. "Wow" #2. Our trip was perfect with many memories we'll cherish for years to come, and had it not been for the fast turn-around our trip could have easily been much less memorable. When I returned to the Valencia Lexus dealer with the loaner vehicle it was determined that no costs would be incurred on the car since the problem was the hybrid system overheating and there was nothing they could fix. In addition and for no charge, the Valencia Lexus dealer updated various recall warnings and washed and vacuumed the car. "Wow's," #3, #4, and #5. All I can say is the Valencia Lexus dealer customer department is amazing, and I have a very heartfelt 'thank you' to say to all involved. Great job everyone!!

If you're looking for a Lexus, this is the place to get one. The sales staff are friendly and efficient, the dealer has a huge inventory, and dealer is willing to make some awesome deals. Words cannot express how good of a buying experience I had with Linda. She works hard to get the best deal and tries to get you out the door as quickly as possible. She cares for her clients, very helpful in getting the car you want, responds promptly to inquires, and respects clients' time. After completing a few deals with her, I can say that I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a Lexus. She is an excellent example of Lexus' legendary customer service.

I picked up my new 2015 IS250 on Feb. 27, 2015 from Lexus of Thousand Oaks. I had emailed Grettel Perricone, Internet Business Manger, the Sunday before & we made arrangements for me to come in on Wednesday to see what we could work out. We sat down with Paul Vallis, Internet Business Manager, (Grettel was never far away) & we talked for a few minutes about what options & color I'd like, he said ok & walked away for a few minutes. As soon as he came back he told me what they could do for me & asked what I thought about it. I was shocked & so happy that I just sat there for a bit with the room spinning around me. If this sounds dramatic then my apologies but I'm just telling you how it went down. It was a very easy time for me. I test drove the car, Paul went with us & answered some of my questions along the way. We got back to the dealership, I met with Maryann Cord in finance, she is so awesome. Easy going, calm, nice. I felt comfortable the whole time I was signing away just being in her company. She is a real asset to the dealership.
Finally we met with Julie Kobayashi, Vehicle Delivery Specialist, who is a walking book of knowledge when it comes to what these cars can do. It's astonishing. She went over the basics with me, not to overwhelm me too much! She is the sweetest! (I'm still learning little things everyday that I had no idea of the day before).
Overall, my experience with Lexus of TO was a very positive one. I'm grateful for Grettel & her endless patience & kindness from Day 1. She has a very strong business presence about her, but at the same time she's truly caring of her customers. I can honestly say I recommend Lexus of TO to anyone with complete & total confidence that they too will leave feeling great.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Lexus from Lexus of Marin and found the experience to be a pleasure. The process of testing and buying the vehicle was easy, and at no time did I feel any pressure.
Within a few days of buying the car, it was scratched while at work. I was encouraged by the sales staff to let their detailing specialist, Michael, have a look at it. Michael made time around my schedule, was extremely helpful, and had me in and out of his shop in 30 minutes. He knows his stuff and is very particular about his work.
I would not hesitate to recommend Michael for any detailing needs.

We came in to test drive a Lexus NX 200t and we were greeted by a salesman named for Faraz Ahmed. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. There was absolutely no pressure which was appreciated. He never said , "what will it take to get you in this car today" like every other salesmen we have talked to! He was amazing!
Once we had picked out the car we wanted, we met with Richard in the finance dept. Again, exceptional customer service. Richard was beyond patient with me explaining all of the numbers and going over different scenarios, until I was comfortable with my monthly payments.
Motor City Lexus exceeded all of my expectations and I would highly recommend. I love my new car!!
Worst sales experience at a Lexus dealership ever - Waggy50
I worked with the David Freeman and the sales Manager Doug Harland. My wife and I found a certified pre owned car we wanted to buy. The back seat had been damaged because of a car seat. They told us they would change out the seat in the morning and to come in at noon to get the car. We called in the morning twice and didn't receive a call back. Mr. Harland had another Sales rep named David call me to say the car was sold. Love the Lexus car, but the service at Glendale is a complete joke. I would never buy a car there and I will sure to let people know how crappy the experience was for my wife and I.

I special ordered my RX 350 F SPORT originally at a dealer in norcal. However, the price was too high. I looked at all the dealers in CA pretty much looking for a good deal and a good person to work with for my first car purchase. I wanted someone who got me. Who understood my communication and my terms. Buying a car is like a relationship.
I didn't have time to visit all the dealers in person and many other Lexus dealers wouldn't make me an offer unless I came in. Here's what set this dealer apart from the rest:
Stefani was amazing to work with. From the second she emailed me I emailed her back and she was able to communicate with me in a timely and efficient manner. Not only this, when she was unavailable, someone was always there, Mark, Lynsay, to answer my requests or questions.
She offered me a great price and I accepted. I was very particular about my vehicle and wanted to make sure it was correct so I had them send the build sheet multiple times. I told Stefanie certain things I wanted like keeping the wrapping on the car, making sure it is washed properly with no swirl marks, making sure there were little miles on the car, and other fine details that would annoy any other salesman.
She didn't forget ONE thing. She even sent me pictures of the car the morning it arrived. Lisa, the manager, sure managed a great team.
I met with Bob Zepeda and he took over the sales part of the car. It was so easy. They make it easy for you to buy a car and get the best deal you can BEFORE you even step on to the lot. No haggling, hassling, or tricks. Bob made it seem like we were his close friends/family. He stayed by our side the whole time making sure everything went smoothly. He showed us how to setup the car so that when we left back home there were no surprises.
Also, the lady who handled our finances and DMV paperwork was so pleasant to work with. I hope her sciatica is better! Seriously, the stuff she goes over is important, so make sure you pay attention to her, that's where you put down the big bucks of the vehicle.
Beautiful Lexus dealer. Very nice knowing that part of my purchase goes to charity. Go to the paint room, you can paint on a canvas for FREE and take it home! Or get some delicious food, it looked so good and the line was always backed up.
I wish they had legit massage chairs, it wasn't doing it for me. But no matter, it was all good!

All I have to say is that just the way they train these customer service consultants to be very fake but keep the politeness and smile even after they say we are here to help you and to work with you they should train them on there skills to understand the customers frustration and not give a customer the run around . My time and money was taken for granted and had no value to them . Service consultant Tony H hasn't returned two of my messages neither has the service manager Steve followed up on our conversation as he promised , the vehicle was turned in without the alignment being done in which they charged but never did . Overall this was my second chance I was giving this dealer only because it was closer to home but now it's not what I pay I can get better service at a pep boys or jiffy lube . Oh and just FYI the first time I had a dilemma with this dealer was because my service consultant which I won't say his name R no longer works for Lexus hmmm I wonder why .

Took my parents to look at a used 2014 Gx460, car looked brand new so we wanted the car and were waiting to go into financing then 2 hours later they tell us, how about you guys borrow the car since its late and the banks are not getting back to us about the loan which was a lie, I know they were putting another customer in front of us because she couldn't wait any longer. So I told them the only way I will buy the car the next day is if they have someone bring the paperwork to us which was 1 hour and 15 minutes away and they agreed but what a mess, I told them I did not want any extra insurance on the contract and they put it all in plus we have to pay 2 extra months which was not part of the deal. Make sure to read the contract before signing because these people are crooks and will fine a way to rip you off.

Bob Cascarino sold us our second new RX. In 2005 John Satter and Bob sold us our RX 330 and in Feb 2016 Bob sold us our (second) new 2016 RX 350.
We waited almost 16 months anticipating the new RX and its features. Bob was very patient with us knowing he would eventually help get us into the new RX.
Bob assisted us in ordering the car exterior and interior colors and equipment we wanted. It was made to our specifications and Bob kept us informed through the six-week wait.
Lexus of Pleasanton Service department has always been outstanding keeping us informed and on-scheduled return of the auto when in for service.
I would certainly purchase another Lexus from Lexus of Pleasanton and partivularly from Bob Cascarino.
Buying a new car was, and has been in the past, a great and low-key experience. This is how new car buying should be at all dealerships
Failed to meet expectations - Disappointed
Failed to meet expectations! As a car buyer trading in a 2009 MB E350 and a former Lexus owner (from another state)...the entire transaction failed to meet my expectations due to lack of leadership and accountability at this dealership. The sales transaction was no issue...it was the trade-in and finance areas which were a failure.
I ordered my Lexus NX and traded in my Mercedes the same day. I was advised a check would be sent to me in 3 business days. Well it did not happen. I went back the following weekend to change the color of the vehicle. Found out my car was already "sold" and I still had no check for my car.. I handed them title the week before. They told me "the business office is backed up"...and where is this my problem?
Fast forward...29 days later...the NX arrived and I picked it up and then I was handed the check...dated 23 days after the title was handed over... I asked for compensation for this mishap...NO ONE took ownership of the issue...painfully they gave me mud guards and winter floor mats... The finance office was a joke...no customer service or accountability to the situation. Not once "we messed up"...just our business office was backed up. Unreal...And this is Lexus dealer?.. Mercedes would have not done this at all! They say they are a Lexus Dealer ...not sure...
After one month no one called me to check up or see if I needed help or see how the overall delivery process took place... Since no one from the dealership took any leadership I took the matter to Lexus Corporate to the office of Jeff Bracken to for resolution. I provided them with a 3 page letter will all the issues and examples of how bad they handled the situation from a customer service point of view.
Lexus Corporate had the vehicle re-delivered at Lexus of Marin and provided me with an extended warranty, XM Service and other items good willed for the length of the lease. Lexus of Oakland did NOTHING. So sad...it took the fun / pleasure of buying a new car to painful situation.
I will never coming back to this dealer again...Look at other options when buying a Lexus...
