My experience with Tustin Lexus started when I spoke with Josephine on the phone on a Thursday afternoon re a certified 2013 IS350C. I was in Arizona but was planning on driving over for the car. Josephine was great on the phone, excited for me and about the car. I was not able to arrive at the dealer until Sunday to complete the purchase, but when I got there the car was out front and ready to go.
Josephine guided me thru the sales process smoothly and efficiently, knowing that I would be driving back to Arizona that afternoon she was very considerate of the overall time the process would take.
My experience remained excellent when I moved into the Finance office.
Damon was fantastic and professional. He took the time to explain the all the benefits of the offers available to me when buying a Lexus Certified automobile. The time in the finance office can be stressful, but Damon kept it fun and relaxing.

Every step of the way, the amazing Sales Consultant I worked with, Emily Lundin, was a shining example of how car sales should be. Emily was incredibly knowledgeable on all features the RC, ES, and GS had to offer. Even with the hours I spend researching before I step foot on a dealership lot, Emily showed me many features I did not know about! As a result of Emily's extensive knowledge on the different features on each car, I was able to make a much more informed decision, which greatly expedited my purchase.
Even though her dealership did not have the specific vehicle I wanted in stock, she was able to obtain the vehicle I wanted with the exact interior/exterior colors, and all added packages and options I was looking for. She even worked with the General Manager, John Cabral, to beat a competitive offer I had from another local dealership. John was excellent in explaining every question I asked regarding the price.

Just imagine. I picked up my elderly family at LAX and we were on an extended road trip to Yosemite in my Lexus RX450h when it died on the Grapevine near the top pf the Tejon Pass. It was on a dangerous turn on Hwy 5 with roaring semi's blaring their horns and passing our car with inches to spare. As we exited the car in the 100+ degree temp it quickly became obvious that we were in no small trouble. I arranged to have the vehicle towed and called the Lexus dealer in Valencia explaining our predicament, and could they help. Without hesitation the customer service person dispatched a courtesy van to pick up my family while I rode to the dealership in the tow truck. The courtesy van miraculously arrived at the same time as the tow truck - this was vitally important and "Wow" #1. When we arrived at the dealership a loaner RX350 was waiting for us ready to go, no questions asked. "Wow" #2. Our trip was perfect with many memories we'll cherish for years to come, and had it not been for the fast turn-around our trip could have easily been much less memorable. When I returned to the Valencia Lexus dealer with the loaner vehicle it was determined that no costs would be incurred on the car since the problem was the hybrid system overheating and there was nothing they could fix. In addition and for no charge, the Valencia Lexus dealer updated various recall warnings and washed and vacuumed the car. "Wow's," #3, #4, and #5. All I can say is the Valencia Lexus dealer customer department is amazing, and I have a very heartfelt 'thank you' to say to all involved. Great job everyone!!

I found their 2016 Porsche 911 on AutoTrader.com, contacted the dealership and dealt with Emad Hawatmeh. We agreed on a deal and did the application. I used their in-house financing in order to make the process smoother. The loan was approved and I was told they would overnight the paperwork on Monday which I would need to sign and return overnight along with a check for the down payment. Then on Saturday while I'm out town, he tells me that I could put some on the down payment on a credit card so "I can get the miles" and he emails me a form. I explained that I had no access to a printer/scanner, to which I received no response. When I hadn't heard anything by noon Monday, I checked in with the salesperson and was informed they had sold the car out from under me. They obviously had gotten a better offer. I would expect this from some two bit used car lot but not from a Lexus dealership. Good luck to you if you choose this dealer. You've been warned...

Brought my car in because it was making two noises. They gave me a loaner and an estimate of $2400. Called ad told me two motors needed to be replaced in the dash. ok. They replaced. Driving home about 15 miles it started making one of the same noises. Called back and they said well they never heard the second noise but they replaced a different motor because they thought that one was going bad. It was making NO NOISE. Now too busy to see me because they have recalls of air bags.want me to wait three weeks to fix what I just spent $2300 to fix! Needless to say I called another Lexus dealer and they can take me at my convenience. Guess wich one I am buying my new car from?

Before this week I would have given glowing reviews of this dealership's service department. I have had all servicing done here since new and had no issues until they broke my XM radio while replacing the recalled airbag.
It seems they don't even care about my inconvenience or unhappiness. They said the part needed will take two weeks to get and they'll call me when it's in stock. C'mon, it's the 21st century and FedEx can get just about anything from one location to another overnight. It's obvious that they simply don't care and are unwilling to go the extra mile for a loyal customer, even though THEY BROKE IT!
