Let's face it. Buying a car is not quite like going to the dentist, but pretty close, at least for me. After driving my good old reliable Toyota RAV 4 for several years, I decided it was time to upgrade to a Lexus. Walking into Lexus of Stevens Creek's lot on a sunny afternoon, I was immediately greeted by a very cheerful Pavi. Initially I was a bit worried because he looked a little "young". But boy, was I wrong. Ravi was not only knowledge about Lexus's line-up, different options of the cars, and even the best combination of colors! He listened carefully of my concerns and questions and addressed them all. Pavi is a true professional. All dealerships are pretty much the same; Pavi made this dealership different from the rest!

My shopping started in the middle of the night, on line and by text. I about died when Sam answered me right back. I assumed my message would be seen and answered the following day. I was only in the looking stage and not sure at that time what brand of car I would get. What I liked is Sam never pressured me about coming in, always responded to my texts within minutes. At the dealership we were greeted promptly. We were invited to the lounge area for complimentary drinks while they got Sam for us. I knew exactly the car I wanted, the RC 350 F sport. Sam made it so easy to negotiate the trade in and price of the car. We also worked with LeAnn who is so nice and helpful. She made sure we were comfortable and kept checking back to see if we needed anything. She went over all the bells and whistles in the car. Had fun with the stereo and rocked out a bit. I would and have recommended Keyes Lexus. I will go back for sure, well, in a few years.

This was the first time I dealt with George Chen at Tustin Lexus in our 25 year history of being a part of the Tustin Lexus family. He was very precise in arranging the 35,000 mile service for my GS 350 F-Sport. I was pleased to hear that he has experience in after-market products for Lexus and plan on using that expertise. He expedited the service and was very competitive with Costco and Tire Rack for new tires for my F-Sport. The first Michelin tires were not readily available and we went with the OEM tires as replacements at a competitive price and it was all done by the COB of the same day.

Amazing customer service at Valencia Lexus Dealership - Reese Harris
Just imagine. I picked up my elderly family at LAX and we were on an extended road trip to Yosemite in my Lexus RX450h when it died on the Grapevine near the top pf the Tejon Pass. It was on a dangerous turn on Hwy 5 with roaring semi's blaring their horns and passing our car with inches to spare. As we exited the car in the 100+ degree temp it quickly became obvious that we were in no small trouble. I arranged to have the vehicle towed and called the Lexus dealer in Valencia explaining our predicament, and could they help. Without hesitation the customer service person dispatched a courtesy van to pick up my family while I rode to the dealership in the tow truck. The courtesy van miraculously arrived at the same time as the tow truck - this was vitally important and "Wow" #1. When we arrived at the dealership a loaner RX350 was waiting for us ready to go, no questions asked. "Wow" #2. Our trip was perfect with many memories we'll cherish for years to come, and had it not been for the fast turn-around our trip could have easily been much less memorable. When I returned to the Valencia Lexus dealer with the loaner vehicle it was determined that no costs would be incurred on the car since the problem was the hybrid system overheating and there was nothing they could fix. In addition and for no charge, the Valencia Lexus dealer updated various recall warnings and washed and vacuumed the car. "Wow's," #3, #4, and #5. All I can say is the Valencia Lexus dealer customer department is amazing, and I have a very heartfelt 'thank you' to say to all involved. Great job everyone!!

I picked up my new 2015 IS250 on Feb. 27, 2015 from Lexus of Thousand Oaks. I had emailed Grettel Perricone, Internet Business Manger, the Sunday before & we made arrangements for me to come in on Wednesday to see what we could work out. We sat down with Paul Vallis, Internet Business Manager, (Grettel was never far away) & we talked for a few minutes about what options & color I'd like, he said ok & walked away for a few minutes. As soon as he came back he told me what they could do for me & asked what I thought about it. I was shocked & so happy that I just sat there for a bit with the room spinning around me. If this sounds dramatic then my apologies but I'm just telling you how it went down. It was a very easy time for me. I test drove the car, Paul went with us & answered some of my questions along the way. We got back to the dealership, I met with Maryann Cord in finance, she is so awesome. Easy going, calm, nice. I felt comfortable the whole time I was signing away just being in her company. She is a real asset to the dealership.
Finally we met with Julie Kobayashi, Vehicle Delivery Specialist, who is a walking book of knowledge when it comes to what these cars can do. It's astonishing. She went over the basics with me, not to overwhelm me too much! She is the sweetest! (I'm still learning little things everyday that I had no idea of the day before).
Overall, my experience with Lexus of TO was a very positive one. I'm grateful for Grettel & her endless patience & kindness from Day 1. She has a very strong business presence about her, but at the same time she's truly caring of her customers. I can honestly say I recommend Lexus of TO to anyone with complete & total confidence that they too will leave feeling great.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Lexus from Lexus of Marin and found the experience to be a pleasure. The process of testing and buying the vehicle was easy, and at no time did I feel any pressure.
Within a few days of buying the car, it was scratched while at work. I was encouraged by the sales staff to let their detailing specialist, Michael, have a look at it. Michael made time around my schedule, was extremely helpful, and had me in and out of his shop in 30 minutes. He knows his stuff and is very particular about his work.

Car shopping/leasing is exhausting, especially when dealing with car sales reps, and yes we know since we've been leasing for a bunch of years now, having dealt with different sales reps personalities, and one thing we've learned the hard way is, always avoid those "bait & switch" sales reps & so as always, we've shopped via email/online & we don't talk to sales reps on the phone until we get the best deal we wanted, though these sales reps keep calling & calling to the point of annoying, leaving the same messages on your voicemail to call them back. But sorry, that's not how you earn our business. You sales reps out there either do it our way or don't even bother calling us.
Long story short, we did extensive research, tried to figure out which is the best lease for our money & so after 2 months of research, reading auto reviews, yelp & google reviews, reviews about auto dealerships, sending emails to like 10+ dealerships (BMW & Lexus) to the point of we're about to give up .. then suddenly, Tom Kent of Lexus of Glendale responded to my email-inquiry on Thursday - Sep 1, 2016, he emailed a bit of info on our inquiry on the 2016 Lexus NX 200t.
And so in a way, because of the great deal we've got from Tom & so we're kind of advertising for Tom Kent (Internet Consultant | Tom.email@example.com). Tom was very responsive & was fast in responding to all my emails. And yes, he kept on responding to my emails & so that made me became interested dealing with Lexus of Glendale. Other dealerships are so slow in responding or they're like merry go-around, meaning, they're not upfront or they don't give exact answers my questions. I have OCD in terms of me asking a lot of questions because I wanna make sure that I'm NOT dealing with a "bait & switch" sales rep. Anyway, I told Tom I cannot talk to him on the phone because I'm at work during the week & so that's why we were shopping via email/online on my iPhone.
Tom understood the way I wanted to do business which is via email and so after several exchanges of emails on Thursday & Friday, then we started to see that we were getting the best lease deal/monthly lease total (monthly lease + tax + gap ins) that we wanted, & so we've decided to seal the deal with Tom & even called him on the phone Friday afternoon letting him know that we will visit their Glendale Lexus dealership the next day-Saturday-Sep 3, 2016.
And yes, Tom Kent was true to his words, he's NOT a "bait & switch" sales rep, he was patient with us, he explained all the best he can, we test drove the NX 200t from their dealership to the I-5 North freeway to around the I-134 freeway & test driving back to their Lexus Glendale dealership. Back to their store, Tom prepared all documentation, made us very comfortable in their very nice facility/dealership, helped me filled out the credit application, ran my credit report & then he congratulated me letting me know of my very strong credit (my credit score is near 850). Then next was walking to the office of the Finance to finish & sign the paperwork.
Tom introduced us to Lia .. So Lia Agababian, the Finance Director was all smiles, explaining all the documents that I was signing, and overall, it was such a pleasure to the point of fun talking & dealing with her.
Anyhow, to both Tom Kent of Internet Sales and Lia Agababian of Finance, thank you so much for taking care of us & in getting the lease deal we wanted on the 2016 Lexus NX 200t. We went to their Lexus Glendale dealership on Saturday-Sep 3, 2016 at 12:00 noon & we were out at around 2:00 pm, me driving my new Lexus NX 200t. Yes, we believe that was fast us getting in & out of Lexus Glendale dealership since we don't wanna be in any dealership for more than 2 hours (been there, done that). That's why we're giving TOM KENT & Lia the 5 STARS !!!

Recently we have been having nightmares with this dealership when bringing our cars for maintenance services. Repeatedly our cars were delivered in dirty messed up condition after the service orders performed. ( e.g. Paint scratches, greasy marks left in interior, damages to tires and rims...etc.). QUality Control has been substantially neglected and monitored at this place. Lexus should be ashamed to have this place operated under its name. Do not recommend anyone to come here for maintenance service needs. We will never come back here for business ever again!.
Dishonest internet and sales department - Sam S.
I Emailed the dealership requesting a lease quote on 2016 GS200t. They only had one in the inventory and Kevin Byram an internet sales manager gave an great quote. I followed with him multiple time as to the down payment and confirming the monthly rate. In addition I told him, I live much farther and wanted to confirm they would honor the price when I went to the dealer.
Kevin was not working on the day I went to the dealership but he recommended one of his colleagues who would help us with the lease. In addition he mentioned all Emails were printed and handed to the colleague.
After the test drive, I asked to get the paper work started and get the deal promised to me. The sales man disappeared for 45 minutes without anyone checking on us or providing an update. Finally Gary Twombley the director of internet sales came in an said he is not willing to honor the offer and it was a mistake.
They argue the sales manager does not have the authority to offer deals to customers without directors approval
At the end of the conversation he offered me a much higher price than other dealers which was a complete insult. Do yourself a favor and skip this dealer.

Let me say this, I have been coming to this specific dealer for years. I went to the Tustin dealership when I first bought my car and the service was mediocre. I was just another car to get in and out.
At the Cerritos location, with Dorothy Lunney it has been the exact opposite. She is attentive and gets my car handled. She always makes me feel she is fighting for whatever I am asking for to get looked at or repaired. When she delivers my car, I have no complaints.
Dorothy is a sweet, professional woman that cares about customer service. She will do anything that is in her power to help the client with their requests. As far as I am concerned, she goes above and beyond. If you can work with Dorothy, you're in great hands!

What a terrible experience at this dealership. Avoid at all costs.
My mom from out of town was test driving ES350. She made a wrong turn since she was nervous (not familiar with the car and streets in SD) and couldn’t quite understand the salesman’s (Chuck) directions to return to the dealership. Chuck then reached over to stop the vehicle at the intersection, ordered my mother out of the car to switch seats with him, and then decided to aggressively raced down the surface streets (with my 5-year old in the back seat) as an attempt to intimidate/display his annoyance.
I immediately dismissed Chuck after he intentionally put my family in danger. Afterwards I proceeded to go inside the dealership and asked to speak with Chuck’s manger, Jim Buck. By that time Chuck had already fed Jim some lies (how my mom blew a red light, putting the car and himself in jeopardy) so my concern and feedback fell on deaf ears. Jim wasn’t interested in hearing me out and basically told me to beat it, condescendingly.
Your experience may vary, but do you want to chance it with these nasty individuals? These two employees of Lexus San Diego have single-handedly changed my perception on the Lexus brand. No customers should be treated the same way my family was treated, especially not from a luxury brand.
