I own a 2004 LX 470. Over the years, the vehicle has been serviced in several other Lexus dealers in CA as well as a dealer in Naperville, IL. None of those dealerships gives anywhere near the level of service provided by South Country Lexus. More specifically, Kevin Smuckler provides excellent service each and every time I visit. Kevin takes care of all of my requests with attention to detail and a warm smile.

Walked into Lexus of Stevens Creek and met Joe Minster, a polite and welcoming sales consultant. He was extremely efficient with my time (which I absolutely appreciated) and asked a few baseline questions to understand my needs. Following our brief discussion Joe immediately took me to see a handful of his vehicles that best matched my description, not trying to upsell one over the other. What impressed me most was Joe’s detailed knowledge of each vehicle, incl the specific features and variances from one model year to the next. He could even point out specific flaws (if any existed) and recited a description of the vehicle’s history and time on the lot. It was obvious he took the time to study each vehicle inside & out, which relieved me from feeling the need to go over the entire vehicle with a microscopic lens. From test drive to purchase, Joe was completely professional and accommodating. During negotiations he was direct and honest, ensuring I was made to feel comfortable. This was my first luxury vehicle purchase and I have Joe Minster along with the rest of the Lexus of Stevens Creek staff to thank for making it a memorable experience. Thank You Joe!

We just leased our 5th Lexus from DCH in Oxnard. We work with Joel, who makes the process friction-free. Once we had managed all the details, we showed up with our old 2015 and the new 2017 was sitting there waiting for us. The process of converting the old lease to the new lease was painless. The service is amazing - we leave in Santa Barbara, 30 min north, and they regularly drive up to pick up the car for servicing. Love this dealership.

Just imagine. I picked up my elderly family at LAX and we were on an extended road trip to Yosemite in my Lexus RX450h when it died on the Grapevine near the top pf the Tejon Pass. It was on a dangerous turn on Hwy 5 with roaring semi's blaring their horns and passing our car with inches to spare. As we exited the car in the 100+ degree temp it quickly became obvious that we were in no small trouble. I arranged to have the vehicle towed and called the Lexus dealer in Valencia explaining our predicament, and could they help. Without hesitation the customer service person dispatched a courtesy van to pick up my family while I rode to the dealership in the tow truck. The courtesy van miraculously arrived at the same time as the tow truck - this was vitally important and "Wow" #1. When we arrived at the dealership a loaner RX350 was waiting for us ready to go, no questions asked. "Wow" #2. Our trip was perfect with many memories we'll cherish for years to come, and had it not been for the fast turn-around our trip could have easily been much less memorable. When I returned to the Valencia Lexus dealer with the loaner vehicle it was determined that no costs would be incurred on the car since the problem was the hybrid system overheating and there was nothing they could fix. In addition and for no charge, the Valencia Lexus dealer updated various recall warnings and washed and vacuumed the car. "Wow's," #3, #4, and #5. All I can say is the Valencia Lexus dealer customer department is amazing, and I have a very heartfelt 'thank you' to say to all involved. Great job everyone!!

The Fresno dealership was much closer to our location however, due to the service we received we decided to take our business elsewhere. The entire team at Motorcity Lexus was amazing. Not once did we feel pressured to buy or get additional services. Joey Buoni was extremely helpful and not once did he seemed inconvenienced by my hundred questions and requests. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Lexus from Lexus of Marin and found the experience to be a pleasure. The process of testing and buying the vehicle was easy, and at no time did I feel any pressure.
Within a few days of buying the car, it was scratched while at work. I was encouraged by the sales staff to let their detailing specialist, Michael, have a look at it. Michael made time around my schedule, was extremely helpful, and had me in and out of his shop in 30 minutes. He knows his stuff and is very particular about his work.
I would not hesitate to recommend Michael for any detailing needs.

I bought a certified lexus which had minor dings and scratches. Upon purchase they offered service for repair and touch up. I came back few days later and was helped by shawn richardson. I pointed out the areas needed fixing, My car was in the shop almost a week and i was provided with loaner car. I just got it today and was very satisfied. The scratches and dings are all gone. Shawn exhibited excellent costumer service, very good communication. Highly recommended

I called just to see if a car was still available that I saw on the internet and talked with a used car salesman named Reggie. Reggie pressured me on the phone to give him my info but I refused. About 2 hours later he called me back. He must have got my phone number from caller ID. He starts giving me high pressure sales pitches. I told him I was not interested and he got rude with me. He made me mad enough to call and complain to his manager and write this review. I will never buy a car from this dealer or call them again.

Recently we have been having nightmares with this dealership when bringing our cars for maintenance services. Repeatedly our cars were delivered in dirty messed up condition after the service orders performed. ( e.g. Paint scratches, greasy marks left in interior, damages to tires and rims...etc.). QUality Control has been substantially neglected and monitored at this place. Lexus should be ashamed to have this place operated under its name. Do not recommend anyone to come here for maintenance service needs. We will never come back here for business ever again!.
