I had 'built' a vehicle on HyundaiUSA.com and it was sent to Holler Hyundai & HQ Hyundai. HQ's response was "What are you looking for?". I went with Holler after that response and the representative scheduled an appointment for a test drive. I showed for the appointment and that salesperson was 'off' on that day. Antonio Colon took care of the appointment for the test drive. The experience I had with Antonio is such a stark contrast to my dealings with Gettel out in Tampa. There were NO special 'add-ons' of 'complimentary' service (@ $3k+). Antonio's manager provided a sheet of paper, what Holler was offering for my vehicle, their 'best' price for Hyundai I was purchasing, & tax/tags/registration. No remorse or uneasy feeling. The exact model and options was not on their lot. A few days later Antonio texts that my vehicle had arrived and was ready for finalizing the sale.
Antonio has seen me at the dealership after the sale and his demeanor is the same, super polite and attentive. "I am just making sure that everything is alright", this a week after the sale was finalized. He and the team I have met at Holler just want to make sure that everything with my new vehicle from them is alright.
Thanks Holler and thank you Antonio Colon. I was guarded from the experience with my son's truck a year ago from Gettel and expected more of the same going into Holler, especially after the question the salesperson from HQ presented me. I already know where I am going for my future vehicle.
