I know some of you might look at all the other 5 star ratings and think this was probably just a bunch of paid shills or AI bots but I ASSURE you, all those reviews are genuine. Chris cares about the customer first and will give you the best deal possible. I flew 2500 miles to buy a car from him thinking the car I wanted was too good to be true…well, it wasn’t and every bit as good as Chris told me over the phone. Even allowed me to do a PPI, no qualms, and the inspecting party thought it was a great deal. Chris and Washington Street Motors are the real deal.

Salesman Mark Lidano was very respectful and helpful a throughout the car search process. The sales managers annd finance reps here also negotiated fairly and in good faith and as a result, I bought a new Outback from Cityside Subaru. And I am DELIGHTED with my purchase. I give them 10 stars!! Indeed, I was so impressed by the dealership that I will also use Cityside for servicing my vehicle as needed going forward. The newly expanded dealership in Belmont includes much more/easier parking and a computer friendly waiting area that makes both shopping for a car and waiting while routine service is performed very useful and comfortable.
