After the ad for the car (that I purchased) was posted and before pictures were available, Cody Ledbetter, the sale rep, provided detailed pics of the parts of the car I was interested in seeing and provided his assessment of its condition. When I later made the 90 minute drive to look at the car, it was as Cody had described or better. After a short negotiation, management and I agreed on a very fair, no-nonsense bottom line cost and the paperwork was quickly compeleted. I was never pressured or Cody or the F&I representative to buy or accept anything. Overall, it was a quick, pressure-free buying experience.

Excellent Service - Excellent Repair and Excellent human beings. They went above and beyond the call of duty. On our way from Oklahoma City to Austin, Texas, we broke down on I-35, and had arranged for our Ford SUV to be towed to the nearest Ford Dealership. It was our great good fortune that it was Seth Wadley, because my daughter, granddaughter and I were stranded with no way to get there; no Lyft or Uber service in the area. They not only sent someone to get us off the highway, but they drove us to the motel where we had to stay while they repaired the vehicle, and picked us up again the next day. The repair was excellent, and the car ran better than ever after their work. If we didn't live over 300 miles away, they'd be our choice for service. People like this help restore faith in humanity. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic.
