When it counted, the service department was incredible. I needed a new transmission, which they advocated to get me through warranty. After success in that, they quickly completed the work and got my car back to me. They even provided a loaner while my car was being serviced.

Tyler met me at the door and helped me check out the vehicle, test drive, and fill out the application. There was no pressure, no haggling over price since all their vehicles are priced at their lowest option. The finance manager was helpful and explained everything clearly. Unfortunately, at the last minute, I needed to sleep on the decision since it was a big purchase for me. They totally understood and I ended up returning when they opened the next day and I'm so glad I did. I am so happy with my vehicle. It's the first newer vehicle I've purchased in a long time! Then when it came down to signing off on everything, seems technology has changed since my last purchase. The financial officer was easy to talk to and he did things quick all while explaining what I was signing. A lot of this were repetitive and he explained that too. It really was a great experience the second time around. Best part of all, MM help me start a new car insurance and it was at a good rate.

My son and I recently purchased an Elantra from Lee. Worked with PJ and Sebastian. Many promises were made that ultimately did not come to fruition. We were told that the price of the vehicle would one number but ultimately the price was higher than promised. Another example, after running credit reports we were told what the interest rate would be but when the final deal was proposed the rate was higher. In addition, we were told that the negotiated price included ceramic seal coating but the final deal included an additional $500 for the coating. We dropped off car to get the coating applied which was supposed to to take a day to get done but the coating was done in 2 hours-Not even sure if the service was actually completed. I would have walked from the deal but my son loved the car. Proceed with caution and expect the unexpected....not in a good way.
