This can only be explained at the best car deal I have ever been a part of. These guys went to lengths that no dealer from Birmingham to Tennessee would even consider. I looked at trucks at dealerships with the biggest names and truck volumes in North Alabama, but none of them could see customer over profit. I came into this deal with some serious budget constraints that frankly would be a nightmare for any dealership. These guys put some car dealing skills coupled with a level of customer service I have never seen, and made a great deal for me and the young couple that was able to buy my trade in. Everybody got an awesome deal, Champion made two very satisfied customers, and life is great. Sheldon (Sales Manager) is a master at the keyboard, Terry and Chad did a fantastic job finding the truck I needed and keeping the deal going, and Dan (Finance) got me to the payment I needed and made the dreaded "paper process" quick and painless. Mr. Beck can be very proud of his team and I can't thank these guys enough.

Last two times I was in for service (oil change and then fuel filter change), it took considerably longer than they estimated (by at least an hour). But no explanation and no apology. They don't seem to keep track of customers, and how long they have been there. Don't seem to care. Apparently our time isn't important to them.

My husband called and negotiated a price for a car that they had for sale. The man said that they would take the price we offered. There was a leak in the trunk that needed repair so he was checking on when we could pick it up as we lived 4 hours away. The next day, we get a call saying they sold it for cash this morning. We could have paid cash. It was never an issue. My husband had even offered to put it on credit card to lock it down. They are the worst kind of business people and are an example of why people hate dealing with car dealers!!! No ethics!!!!!!!!

After talking with john ware and the manager we were told we had first right to refusal on a f450 we worked on financing over the weekend Monday got plane ticket to Alabama from San Diego called John to let him know when to expect us and that's when he proceeded to tell us that they sold the truck over the weekend. I guess first right to refusal means nothing there. After having the best car buying experience at pleasureland truck center in Minnesota that I've ever had got my new truck a month later I get an email from John ware asking if I'm still looking for a vehicle and that it would be his pleasure to assist me in any way possible. REALLY ! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! So I called him told him who I was and all he could say" is that's business" well that's not the kind of business I do or would expect from a dealer. Would give 0 stars for everything.

I'm writing this in response to the poor unprofessional experience I recently received from Chris Myers's Daphne service department. I waited a few days to write this hoping for a positive response from the dealer group. To start off, I'm very sensitive to dealership customer service as a senior consultant in the industry focusing on dealership wealth and customer service.
I recently had my 2016 Ram 2500 in for an oil change, fuel filter replacement, 2 open recalls, rotate tires, and repair a faulty tire pressure monitor. Seems pretty simple overall. I dropped the vehicle off on a Sunday evening as I travel for a living and would not be back till Saturday to pick the vehicle up. Upon vehicle pickup, I was given an invoice for $336 for the tire rotation and fuel filter changes. As a prior, Diesel Tech, Service Manager and Director, I was surprised at the excessive $110 labor to spin on and drop in 2 fuel filter (Maybe 20 mins Labor) The national average for this repair in .5 hrs. I questioned the Service Advisor to be told "We have to make money somewhere." not a great response in my opinion. I paid the invoice and left. Driving home, I noticed the fuel filter reminder was not reset...no big deal. I then noticed my vehicle has been driven more than 98 miles while at the dealer and a quarter tank of fuel has been used. This is not expectable! Upon arriving home and upon further inspection, I found the oil dipstick to be hanging out more than 6 inches, the vehicle was extremely dirty, and had finger prints all over the rims. All items you would NOT expect from a Dealership! I left a message for the Service Manager at this time. (No response from the Dealership for several days I might add) I had not driven the vehicle till Sunday, to say the tires are out of balance is an understatement. The dealership had to replace 2 tire pressure sensors to repair the monitor system. I had the unfortunate experience to have to drive to Atlanta Monday at 4:30 AM for a meeting. I was physically sick by the time I arrived (350 miles). I even managed to take video footage of my passenger seat shacking so violently it sounded like it was going to break off it's mounts. At this point I had made several attempts at contacting the GM, Director, Service Manager, Etc. I received my first unprofessional phone call from the Service Manager who basically took zero ownership and denied the 98 miles and balancing issue. I have since made a complaint with Chrysler but still have had zero response. I have to drive back to Fairhope next Thursday and am seriously dreading the drive! I believe they should arrange to have my vehicle fixed while in Atlanta at this point. I still have not heard from the Service Director or GM as promised.
I'm at a loss that a dealership group of this size can be so unprofessional and not take care of the customer. Sales is suppose to sell the first vehicle but service sells the rest. We need to create raving fans. Seriously disappointed to say the least!

Purchased a new 2016 F-250 and less than a year later decided the truck wasn't big enough to carry the load I bought it for. The dealership new I wanted the 2015 F-450 on the lot and as expected got beat up on the trade in. Well salesman said my complimentary Sirrus radio would be transferred over, it wasn't. Asked the finance department to check on it, and didn't get a response. When I asked the salesman if the truck was covered by the Warranty Forever he said it would was, it wasn't. Once again I went to finance department and inquired if I had warranty forever he said he could see it on the transaction data at time of purchase?? He said he would look in to it, and get back to me, he has not. I have been by twice to discuss this, and turned away. I have left messages, and he has not replied. Bought a Dodge 3500 at this dealership, and it had Warranty Forever! Have spent thousands of dollars there on the F450 in service and parts. Have had all my Ford recommended service done at this dealership. I will really consider my choices in my next purchase! They should really consider returning customers who value the experience in Bay Minette!

My wife was assisting my 74 year old mother-in-law in purchasing a used vehicle from Basswood (2016 Toyota Corolla). She saw the advertised price for the car on the internet, and called and spoke with a gentleman named Eddie. A deal was arranged where the car would be purchased at the full asking price, along with the necessary taxes, etc. As we live in Florida, and my wife's mother lives in Gadsden, they agreed to deliver the vehicle to her for that price. On the day before the purchase was to take place, Eddie called my wife and told her that they would need an additional $500, as his manager and the owner said they weren't making enough money off of the deal. When a price is advertised, a deal struck for that FULL PRICE, and arrangements are made for the purchase, I feel that it is fraudulent to then come back and demand more money. I am writing this because I feel the public needs to be aware of how this company tries to take advantage of females and the elderly.

I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler with a common oil leak from oil cooler housing. Took it in for repair and was told the filter cap was over tightened and this is the cause of failure. I have done all my own service and made sure this has never happened. I will never be back to their location and suggest if you do be careful they are out to make a buck above all.

We were in and out in less than two hours including the test drive and signing all the papers. All employees were very friendly and treated us like we were friends and family. I can't say enough good things about our salesman, Ryan Morton. We will definately put this dealership at the top of our list when we're in the market for another vehicle!
