My understandings sales experience at this dealership was a team effort, but if it hadn't been for one salesperson by the name of Ian Finch, it could not have been possible. He was very knowledgeable in the Jeeps that we looked at. We talked about the different options that each model had or didn't have to fit my needs and what he didn't know he had merely found out the answers to my question either by checking with the parks department or where he actually made phone call to RV shops and trucks especially shops to get the correct information. I truly believe that if it hadn't been for him I would not have made my purchase of the Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited 2020.Thank you Ian Finch for your patience and understanding them know that your effort was greatly needed and appreciated.

This dealership is awful when it comes to their service department. I have took my jeep up there several times after calling them and specifically asking them if they could look at it the next day and of course they could. It only took them 3 days both times to even look at it. My daughter took her jeep up there to have the oil changed, they stripped the oil pan plugged and then said o we didn't do it. It had oil in it when she drove it up there but wouldn't hold oil after they got done.

The sales rep failed to call me after he said he would on two separate occasions. I went and got my truck on the third day with nothing done. A 2 hour job couldn't get done in two days. Pretty pathetic. And what's worse they don't seem to care.

I drive a ram 5500 service truck. Due to warranty work I’ve had to use dealerships. I so wish I didn’t have to. My mechanic could have had the job done in 2 days what takes these people a month to do. It wouldn’t be that bad but they do terrible work. There’s 12 bolts that hold on my brake calipers. 2 was missing and 2 more broken off. This truck is heavy 18.5 thousand lbs. it needs brakes. Do not take your vehicle to these idiots unless you have to.

The ONLY reason I am recommending this dealership is because of Shelia Myers, the amazing sales consultant and Tim Braineard, the sales manager. They went above and beyond in making sure my friend left the lot with his vehicle. Their patience and positive attitudes were greatly appreciated. Purchasing a vehicle is a daunting task in and of itself, but throw in Mark Eachus, the General Manager who is a condescending jerk with an intimidating presence - definitely not something/someone a potential car buyer wants to deal with. I can’t imagine the number of people he has run off (car buyers and employees) while holding this position.

Hi I took my Jeep Cherokee here for 2 recalls. Driving home that night, my car starting acting crazy. It was speeding when I wanted it to stop and lunging periodically when driving. I called the service department to discuss. They were concerned and wanted me to get it back to them right away. Due to my work schedule, it would have been 4 days before I could get it to them. The service department came to my work and picked up the car, fixed it and brought it back to me. They didn't want me driving around with the car acting so nutty. They indicated the recall had malfunctioned and repeated the recall procedure followed by a test drive to make sure all was ok. Thanks for the extra effort to make sure my car was corrected.

Yes Jason is a good man in my opinion..But the managers are like most greedy...Better pay attention when you go to sign your papers.make sure they give you the quoted price,what they say on the internet they use to get you in and then switch it and try to sneak it by you...Every body is trying to rob the older people nowadays..And we have and do work hard for what we have so people can try to rob you of it.After my experience with them I feel obligated to say something...Don't want anyone else to fall prey to them.Its a shame too...They will have to answer for doing people wrongly in front of the man...I really feel bad for them that they would mislead people just for the disease of greed,If you do wrong it will come back to you...so in my opinion go somewhere else,,I really don't want to associate with people that would do anyone wrong or dirty...and yes it's dirty to do people wrong just for the dollar.KARMA is a bad thing to suffer..By the way I am 61, and they did me dirty,not mad just in disbelief,and I felt so safe there in the beginning....SHAMEFULL

I TOLD HIM DONT RUN MY CREDIT, he did anyway. i texted him no reply. i showed up at the lot only to know they sold the car (no big deal) this lots communication is horrible!

Went in looking for an Aspen. The used car dealer found one in California for a note I could afford, and had no miles on it. The manager came over and said no because I might not buy it. Then why would I come in there looking for a specific vehicle? The man with too much belly said no to a deal that walked in and found him. That's not good salesmanship, or business at all for that matter. Good luck Autonation Jeep, your gonna need it the way you turn down customers.

Jeep giving all kinds of codes,then radio would go off, clock would go back to 12:00, then engine would shut off but not always. Happen over and over. Took it in they pulled the codes and when I ask what they were. They said old codes. They cleaned battery cables and tighten then up. Drove it 20 miles nothing. Told me couldn't find anything wrong. Husband drove it same thing. I put it back on my mail route. Started back coding. I do have to say in the past they have been good to me. But it seems like they have lost some really good people that worked their. They also need to upgrade the mechanics equipment bad. They are so far behind other dealerships. Just seems like to me they should have known what was wrong with my Jeep. It's still giving codes and still not fixed. But that is my work vehicle and I can't take off for days at a time for them to fix it. They never have parts sometimes they even get the wrong part in and that cost me another days pay. They also need to train more than on Chysler person to work on Chysler products. That would help so much.

My husband called and negotiated a price for a car that they had for sale. The man said that they would take the price we offered. There was a leak in the trunk that needed repair so he was checking on when we could pick it up as we lived 4 hours away. The next day, we get a call saying they sold it for cash this morning. We could have paid cash. It was never an issue. My husband had even offered to put it on credit card to lock it down. They are the worst kind of business people and are an example of why people hate dealing with car dealers!!! No ethics!!!!!!!!
