I know it’s a long review but I wanted to be thorough. I’ve had much the same experience as Mave615. I had been looking at the Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn trucks. Absolutely love the interior. Greenway of Florence of AL had just what I was looking for. I reached out via the internet and Jessica was my first contact. Never got to actually speak with her. Dave diCecco and I talked s couple of times and I will say that Dave was friendly and easy to work with. I made an offer and we did the back and forth dance but finally arrived at a decent sales price. I was initially going to pay cash but with an 869 credit score I qualified for 0% financing. So, why use my money when I can use Chrysler’s for free. I took advantage of the free delivery. I was exceptionally pleased with the two gentlemen who delivered my truck. I live about 2 1/2 hours from Florence, AL in Hendersonville, TN. I was told they would be at my home at 12:00 with my truck. And they were! After signing about 25 papers we shook hands, they gave me a couple folders filled with numerous papers and headed out. I then went out to really look over my new truck. Very clean and full of gas. But, this is where everything went south. I noticed that there wasn’t a temporary tag on the truck nor was the owners manual in the glovebox as usual. I then went back into my house to organize and file my paperwork. All the papers in the folder I received were for the 7 year / 100k mile bumper to bumper extended warranty and the LUX Care interior and exterior 7 year/100k warranty. No copy of my bill of sale! No copies of anything but the $5k worth of extended warranties I purchased.
I called Dave, who was very apologetic, and then transferred me to Adam. Must be a different Adam than JaneDo is referring to, NOT. I was promised the bill of sale and my temporary tags would be overnighted. To make a long story short, by the time they arrived the 20 day temporary tags were expired. Then I called them back because the County Clerk had not received the information from Greenways Title Clerk. Again, I was given the, oh how sorry, we forgot. But, it would be overnighted that day. So, for 3 weeks I had a $60k+ piece of driveway art. I finally received my Owners manual but it was for a 2020 model. I really expected an Owners manual for a 2021 truck since that’s what I purchased. Now a month later, I’m still waiting on my 2021 Owners Manual. I now know what they meant when they told me they had “out of sight after the sale customer service”. Once they were out of sight so was the customer service.
The only reprieve is that after seeing my truck my sister said she was buying one. I advised her to pay a little more and buy local. One sale list Greenway but probably not the last. And all over simple follow through.

We were traveling in the Gulf Shores area, staying at Gulf State Park when my husband was concerned about the transmission of our Ram 1500. He called Gulf Chrysler and was able to make an appointment for the truck to be checked out. They shuttled us between the dealership and the campground and we’re timely and professional in our communication with them. They checked out the transmission and we’re able to assure us that all was fine. It’s so worrisome when on the road to have vehicle issues and we are appreciative of the fine service we received at Gulf Chrysler.

Ran my 802 credit and then had the xxxxx to tell me the car had thrown codes and front Axel has issues. It’s the red Acadia still up on there site which the manager said they wouldn’t fix it and was a auction car. Needless to say I was pissed for them running my credit and telling me lies. The ONLY reason I am recommending this dealership is because of Shelia Myers, the amazing sales consultant and Tim Braineard, the sales manager. They went above and beyond in making sure my friend left the lot with his vehicle. Their patience and positive attitudes were greatly appreciated. Purchasing a vehicle is a daunting task in and of itself, but throw in Mark Eachus, the General Manager who is a condescending jerk with an intimidating presence - definitely not something/someone a potential car buyer wants to deal with. I can’t imagine the number of people he has run off (car buyers and employees) while holding this position.

Hi I took my Jeep Cherokee here for 2 recalls. Driving home that night, my car starting acting crazy. It was speeding when I wanted it to stop and lunging periodically when driving. I called the service department to discuss. They were concerned and wanted me to get it back to them right away. Due to my work schedule, it would have been 4 days before I could get it to them. The service department came to my work and picked up the car, fixed it and brought it back to me. They didn't want me driving around with the car acting so nutty. They indicated the recall had malfunctioned and repeated the recall procedure followed by a test drive to make sure all was ok. Thanks for the extra effort to make sure my car was corrected.

Bought a new truck from them because they had the best price advertised on their website. I assumed that the advertised price was the base we were working of of but later discovered they charged me over $4000 than what the advertised price was on their website. Shame on me for not noticing it on the paperwork but this is very unethical and should be against the law but it is not! I called them back to discuss but was told that 30 days was to long. I didn't notice it until i went to get my tags and really didn't have a reason to look at the paperwork until then. They always want to talk monthly payment and never discuss purchase amount. They will keep you there for hours going back and forth to their sales manager pretending to do the best everytime they come back. Again shame on me for not catching it on the paperwork, but shame on them for being unethical and charging me more than their advertised price. This is not very good business and will never purchase another vehicle from them. Also contacting Ram corporate to let them know of their unhonest practices.

I don't know where to start, came in from out of town for service and vehicle inspection. Service manager James Pate and service representative Michael Robinson blatantly lied to me stating that my rotors where bad and that I needed brake pads. I said show me. I am a mechanic and know vehicle brake systems. These service representatives walked me to my vehicle and had not even remove the tires to inspect said brakes. I told them remove my vehicle from their shop or I would call the police. in addition James stated that he witness the mechanic changing my oil and that was completed, however I saw the mechanic and he was filling my oil. I told James that he had blatantly lied to me reference said oil change also. Safety issues in addition where observed i.e. during my tire rotation they did not use a torque wrench and only where using a phematic impact without adjusting said air pressure. This failure could result in a serious or possibly deadly accident. Please do not patronize this establishment or do at your own risk.

We were in and out in less than two hours including the test drive and signing all the papers. All employees were very friendly and treated us like we were friends and family. I can't say enough good things about our salesman, Ryan Morton. We will definately put this dealership at the top of our list when we're in the market for another vehicle!

Jeep giving all kinds of codes,then radio would go off, clock would go back to 12:00, then engine would shut off but not always. Happen over and over. Took it in they pulled the codes and when I ask what they were. They said old codes. They cleaned battery cables and tighten then up. Drove it 20 miles nothing. Told me couldn't find anything wrong. Husband drove it same thing. I put it back on my mail route. Started back coding. I do have to say in the past they have been good to me. But it seems like they have lost some really good people that worked their. They also need to upgrade the mechanics equipment bad. They are so far behind other dealerships. Just seems like to me they should have known what was wrong with my Jeep. It's still giving codes and still not fixed. But that is my work vehicle and I can't take off for days at a time for them to fix it. They never have parts sometimes they even get the wrong part in and that cost me another days pay. They also need to train more than on Chysler person to work on Chysler products. That would help so much.
