Saturday Repair typically pushed to a weekday! - andy.garrett
This past Saturday 12/8/2018, I discovered a significant Oil Leak on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK. I wasn't 100% sure what amount of warranty remained on my vehicle, if any! So I decided to take it into the dealer where I purchased it from, Hendricks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Much to my surprise, it still had some manufacturers warranty (Drive Train) and that I also still had coverage under the Gold Plan extended warranty that I purchased when first buying the vehicle in July of 2014.
My experience with my Service Advisor Mike Farnham, was nothing short of Excellent!! From the time he first walked out to meet and greet me while assessing my vehicle, he was patient and certain to not "Over Promise". Instead he explained that their staff that day was limited due to Hendricks, holding their Annual Christmas Party that evening at a near by venue. He went onto tell me that he would have one of Oil Change technicians take a look at the problem, to see if we could diagnose where the leak was coming from and that we'd then take it from there on any needed repairs.
Not to long afterwards, he came into the courtesy lounge and sat down to let me know that the leak was coming from the "Oil Cooler" and that it would need to be replaced. While he felt like this was a covered item under one of my plans, he explained that there was still an approval process that would have to take place and that due to the time of day, it was questionable whether or not the approval could be gotten, or whether or not he had a tech that could get it done that day while short staffed.
While I was completely understanding of this fact and really didn't expect for them to be able to make it happen... I thought I would express my need and problem with this being my everyday driver, and that my job as a School Teacher and Coach, really limited my time during the week and that if at all possible they could pull of some sort of miracle, I would be extremely Grateful!!! Ultimately, after a few expected hiccups along the way, and while still making sure to not over promise, Mike was able to get it worked out with one of the technicians and I felt very fortunate that they as well, had the part in stock for the repair to be made!!
While not certain of the Mechanics name that actually performed the work, I will add that he was very courteous and respectful as well, making sure to come out to the waiting area himself, to let me know what exactly was going on where the repair stood along the way.
After all was said and done, both Mike and the Repair Tech, get my highest praise for their willingness to go the extra distance to ensure that I would be able to leave in my daily driver, after a lengthy repair that was taken care of on a Saturday!! Thanks Guys and also Thanks to Hendricks!

Excellent Service! - rdt1500
Brought my Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Kyle, the service adviser, that was a knock in the front end when I turned the wheels fully to the right or left. Kyle checked the service bulletins and found a bulletin to tighten the control arm bolts. They had my truck serviced and the control arm bolts done in about an hour. I would recommend Chris Myers highly to anyone.
Thank you for such great service!

Found it for us and we bought it!! - S35SGTHINES
We have purchased many vehicles from Champion Dodge in Decatur and appreciate the way our favorite salesman Tim Thomas. We go in and tell Tim what we are looking for and he goes above and beyond to find it. He has yet to let us down. The guys in the service department have always been great to work with and do a great job in a timely manner. We also enjoyed working with Mike in Finance this time. We will continue to be loyal customers.

This place is awesome! - Mrsindependent
We purchased a Jeep Cherokee about 3 weeks ago. Our salesman was David Fish . This was the most pleasant experience we have ever had purchasing an automobile. David was extremely knowledgeable about the Jeep and offered us reasonable choices. David got us an awesome deal and we left very happy. The first time that I have ever left an auto purchase without a headache!
Benchmark and Jason is awesome - LadyRan
I first purchased a used vehicle from Jason at Benchmark in July 2016. Jason was mindful of our time and he lets us explore the vehicles with absolutely no pressure. The paperwork was easy with no garbage clause like the spot delivery scams some dealerships use. At that time we did look over the Rams but, while impressed, we were not ready to covert from Silveradoes.
Then the new 2019's came out. We went t5o Benchmark first but Jason was not there so we jsut browsed but they did not have what we were looking for that day. We visited every dealership from Meridian MS to Anniston, Al and up into Tennessee and down to Montgomery looking for that special one. Most dealerships I was not impressed with. We are old school and like to see what we are buying. Most of the sales people knew nothing they had on their lot. They didn't even know what came on the Ram Rebels - I was told that you could not get 4 corner air suspension or Panoramic Sunroof on the Rebels. I honestly can not remember any of their names because they simply did not make a lasting impression.
We decided again to visit Benchmark and asked for Jason - I remembered his name because he was one of the few that seemed to always know what was going on and made that lasting impression. He came out, seemed happy to see us and was able to answer our way too many questions. He did not have to go and look up what was on the lot because he knew what they had. He pointed me right to my new Ram with the suspension, e torque and sunroof I wanted. Simple when a salesperson knows they product. AND he got us to purchase our first RAM! Goodbye Silverado...
Again, negotiation was fast with paperwork a breeze. And we were in and out in record time.
Benchmark and Jason are a winning combination...

Buy A Car Here Or Don't Buy One At All - JAT
I don't even know where to start......this sales and service staff is the best in the business!! These folks go out of their way to make a deal work, even with a pain in the butt customer - I can be difficult sometimes. Having purchased two trucks from this crew, I believe I can safely say this is my dealership of choice, and you should do the same!! If you find a better deal on your trade and the vehicle you want......buy it.....but good luck with that!!
Great Experience - Greg
Purchasing a vehicle from Clay County Automotive was by far the best car buying experience that I have had in my 30 years of of buying automobiles. All the employees that we met were extremely friendly, they were helpful, and were easy to work with. The dealership had the RAM 1500 that I wanted on their lot and after working with them over the phone, I traveled two hours in hopes of coming to an agreement on the price - I was not disappointed. I purchased the truck I wanted at a great price. I would highly recommend Clay County Automotive without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Service - Jeff2475
Debra was very helpful in getting my problem fixed as soon as possible. I was back on the road quick. I would recommend Brewbaker to anyone.
Fast and easy and great service - Tigerman86
I am pleasantly happy about my oil change that I received my only complaint is the having to schedule but that’s not their fault it’s because they are always so busy
Professional from start to finish! - patrickg
I have purchased several cars in the past five years. I purchased a vehicle today for a family member after looking at several dealerships and several cars... Gayle at Jim Burke Nissan and Luke in Finance are awesome! None of the typical "car dealer tricks" of "What can we do today to get you to buy this car." There ended up being a technical glitch but the dealership was quick to realize it and also make it right. Would certainly recommend Jim Burke Nissan. Much different than these major dealerships owned out of state that are soo concerned about numbers that they can't even really listen to their customers.
Such an amazing dealership! - JKG523
Today was amazing! Needed a car today and I'm getting one today! Amira is wonderful and really knows what she's doing to get you set up and on your way. Will definitely ask for her anytime I plan on buying a new car 😄
Misleading Used Car Sales - Bobs screen
I drove 3 hours to buy a 2015 jeep renegade. It was represented as Q-certified. I could see problems that were not addressed, but I bought the car anyway because it was equipped the way I wanted.
The front tires were bald with the steel belts exposed on the outside edge and the drivers front wheel trim was glued on rather than properly attached with fasteners. It was represented as accident free, but is not.
Jonathan Harris the manager promised to mail me the second key that he didn't have handy. That has never happened. I cannot get ahold of him by phone and he will not return my calls. Nobody will reply to my email either.
In my opinion, they misrepresent their inventory and will not honor their promises. In addition, their Q-certification is worthless.
Terrible service my trucks been there for 3 months - mikektm
I have had off and on trouble with the truck, but back in may I had a throttle control code come up. They told me that it needed a new motor, ( I didn't think so) another month and a half went by. Then said that it needed a new transmission, another month went by. I finally got with Chrysler directly and come to find out that they never put a motor or transmission in the truck. Currently the truck is still there at the dealership. I call and can never get anybody on the phone. I was put on hold for 58 mins before I gave up. I'm not sure what I'm going to do, maybe lawyer time.
Service on jeep - Smothers.family
My husband and I saw our check engine light come on and found it was the thermostat. It’s just before Christmas and the price we were thinking it would take was gonna prevent us from buying gifts for the family. Not to mention rental car so he could get to work. Our stress was relieved and fears eliminated thanks to this dealership! They got our 2018 renegade in serviced and repaired the very next day and the price was beyond reasonable! If you ever need any services take your vehicle here and ask for Suzy Alexander who was beyond helpful and courteous. Service inside and outside the shop was the absolute best!!!
it was a great experience - carguy456
The sales staff was real helpful and they give me a great deal on the car I bought so I would recommend for anybody to go and buy a car from them
Great experience! - Sue
No pressure, just allowed me to drive different vehicles to help me make right choice for me. Patti was wonderful and patient with me. Happy!
Outstanding Customer Service - Snowbird
It was our first full day in Foley as being snowbirders for the first time when our Ram truck developed a problem. After consulting our phone we luckily found out that we were within 2 miles of Gulf Chrysler and Brandy Reeves, Service Advisor. (Our dealership was over 500 miles away). Brandy listened to our situation and took charge. After finding out that our Ram was not driveable we were given a courtesy car and they helped us get our belongings out. We got our vehicle back the next day and in that short of time we felt as if
we had known her for a long time. She turned a bad situation with being stranded in a new city into a positive experience.
Outstanding Quality Service - Carguru2019
I have purchased vehicles at other dealerships before. Tallassee Automotive especially, Antonio and Dan made sure I was taken care of. Up to date constantly with my car. They really make sure you are taken care of to the max. They don't treat you like just another wallet walking through the door. I would highly recommend anyone buy a vehicle here. They are very nice, professional, and treat you like family.
You need to be on top of your game, purchasing a vehicle... - It's shamefull
Yes Jason is a good man in my opinion..But the managers are like most greedy...Better pay attention when you go to sign your papers.make sure they give you the quoted price, what they say on the internet they use to get you in and then switch it and try to sneak it by you...Every body is trying to rob the older people nowadays..And we have and do work hard for what we have so people can try to rob you of it.After my experience with them I feel obligated to say something...Don't want anyone else to fall prey to them. Its a shame too...They will have to answer for doing people wrongly in front of the man...I really feel bad for them that they would mislead people just for the disease of greed,If you do wrong it will come back to you...so in my opinion go somewhere else,,I really don't want to associate with people that would do anyone wrong or dirty...and yes it's dirty to do people wrong just for the dollar.KARMA is a bad thing to suffer..By the way I am 61, and they did me dirty, not mad just in disbelief, and I felt so safe there in the beginning....SHAMEFULL
Slow service and they don't seem to care - RICHARD R.
Last two times I was in for service (oil change and then fuel filter change), it took considerably longer than they estimated (by at least an hour). But no explanation and no apology. They don't seem to keep track of customers, and how long they have been there. Don't seem to care. Apparently our time isn't important to them.
Liers - Volvofan
My husband called and negotiated a price for a car that they had for sale. The man said that they would take the price we offered. There was a leak in the trunk that needed repair so he was checking on when we could pick it up as we lived 4 hours away. The next day, we get a call saying they sold it for cash this morning. We could have paid cash. It was never an issue. My husband had even offered to put it on credit card to lock it down. They are the worst kind of business people and are an example of why people hate dealing with car dealers!!! No ethics!!!!!!!!
Great car buying experience. - Bamagirl
Salesman Russ Bozeman made my car buying experience great. He was very informative on each vehicle and took the time to answer all questions that I had. Will do business with him on any future car purchases.
Do NOT buy from AutoNation! - Tori
Do not buy from AutoNation! I almost bought a vehicle that I test drove at night then went back to buy during the day and the salesman “forgot” to tell me that it was completely covered in hail damage on the roof. That was very dishonest. I should’ve known better but I purchased a different vehicle. 7 days after I purchased my vehicle, it started making a bad noise. The service manager Robyn was very rude. They kept my car for 6 days to fix the noise. The vehicle had some slight damage on the front bumper, which I was told before I purchased it that it would most likely be covered because it was a certified preowned vehicle. Now they refuse to fix it. I wish I had never gone to AutoNation!
Now BASSWOOD - false advertising and fraudulent practices - redford
My wife was assisting my 74 year old mother-in-law in purchasing a used vehicle from Basswood (2016 Toyota Corolla). She saw the advertised price for the car on the internet, and called and spoke with a gentleman named Eddie. A deal was arranged where the car would be purchased at the full asking price, along with the necessary taxes, etc. As we live in Florida, and my wife's mother lives in Gadsden, they agreed to deliver the vehicle to her for that price. On the day before the purchase was to take place, Eddie called my wife and told her that they would need an additional $500, as his manager and the owner said they weren't making enough money off of the deal. When a price is advertised, a deal struck for that FULL PRICE, and arrangements are made for the purchase, I feel that it is fraudulent to then come back and demand more money. I am writing this because I feel the public needs to be aware of how this company tries to take advantage of females and the elderly.
Warranty refused - Bamafan686
I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler with a common oil leak from oil cooler housing. Took it in for repair and was told the filter cap was over tightened and this is the cause of failure. I have done all my own service and made sure this has never happened. I will never be back to their location and suggest if you do be careful they are out to make a buck above all.
Great Experience! - ricklatta61
We were in and out in less than two hours including the test drive and signing all the papers. All employees were very friendly and treated us like we were friends and family. I can't say enough good things about our salesman, Ryan Morton. We will definately put this dealership at the top of our list when we're in the market for another vehicle!
Very Disappointed. - Sherrie
Jeep giving all kinds of codes, then radio would go off, clock would go back to 12:00, then engine would shut off but not always. Happen over and over. Took it in they pulled the codes and when I ask what they were. They said old codes. They cleaned battery cables and tighten then up. Drove it 20 miles nothing. Told me couldn't find anything wrong. Husband drove it same thing. I put it back on my mail route. Started back coding. I do have to say in the past they have been good to me. But it seems like they have lost some really good people that worked their. They also need to upgrade the mechanics equipment bad. They are so far behind other dealerships. Just seems like to me they should have known what was wrong with my Jeep. It's still giving codes and still not fixed. But that is my work vehicle and I can't take off for days at a time for them to fix it. They never have parts sometimes they even get the wrong part in and that cost me another days pay. They also need to train more than on Chysler person to work on Chysler products. That would help so much.
