L was on a road trip from Florida when getting off of - lkdrving1
L was on a road trip from Florida when getting off of I-65 my van lost power and acted as transmission was coming apart. I finally found someone who recommended this dealer. I nursed it over there where Matthew took quick response and scheduled me in. They took care of the problem as fast as they could even though I had no appointment. If they weren't there I would still be stuck in an out of state. Thanks again for great job and quick service.

I can’t begin to explain how pleasant my car purchase - catrinastang66
I can’t begin to explain how pleasant my car purchase was. They were easy to work with and eager to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. I had the please of working with Andre and Chad. They know their products and made the sale within my budget. I will always go back to them. Chad I felt like had driven my vehicle for years. He knew every thing inside and out about my Cherokee. Tameron CDJ does not play about how they treat us. They treat you like family.

Bought a vehicle a few months back and the experience was - A xxxxxxx
Bought a vehicle a few months back and the experience was great. Fast forward several months and we received calls asking if we wanted to trade our truck in. So I go up to call their bluff. They have me pick out a more expensive truck and then couldn’t do anything. Turns out I am not 10 grand upside down in this truck with less than 5000 miles. They are careless salesmen who draw you in just to get you going. Stay away!
Terrible dealership. - Decaturk
Terrible dealership. Rude salesmen, poor service department, gets over on new buyers. Marks their cars up to get more money for themselves. DO NOT GO HERE!! EVER!!
We purchased a used Dodge Van from them and the - Allen4au
We purchased a used Dodge Van from them and the mechanical doors didn't work. They assured us they would fix them. Not only did they awesome technician Tommy find the wiring issue and repair it, they also repaired a loose piece of trim and gave us a new extra key. Jamie in the Service Department is an absolute pleasure to deal with and both are to be commended. Team One Dodge has restored my faith in auto dealerships.

Ever since Benchmark became Voyles it's been nothing but... - revblackshadow
Ever since Benchmark became Voyles it's been nothing but problems, and I've been a customer since 2007.
My Ram was presenting with a knock in what I believe to be the suspension, and a fluctuation in RPMs at cruising speed. I had them do a cursory check twice during normal service with nothing obvious being reported by the mechanic, but the problem continued. I was about to exceed my warranty, so decided to schedule a service appointment for diagnosis of the problems. Unfortunately, the service appointment couldn't be scheduled anytime in the immediate future, so I was left waiting for several weeks before anyone could look at it. The time arrived for me to drop off my vehicle, and upon drop off, I communicated to the service advisor Antwan that I needed to be made aware if the problem couldn't be resolved / diagnosed that day so I could arrange for a ride, as I live an hour out of town. I was told that he would do so, but 3 o'clock came and went without any communication. I figured he must've gotten busy, so I coordinated my ride, and didn't hear from him till 5:30 well after the time I would have needed to arrange my getting home. This was warning sign number one.
Due to the nature of the issues, I tried to provide ample opportunity for the problem to be diagnosed, but after two days of no comms, I decided to call that Thursday. So vehicle dropped on Monday, and I initiated the call on Thursday. Left three messages with no call back. Called Friday, left three messages with no call back. Finally, was able to catch Antwan on the phone, and after a long hold, was told that the tech hadn't been able to determine the problem yet. Fine. I understand things take time, and we agreed to speak at 1 o'clock on Monday the following week. (This was also my b'day weekend, and I was left with no vehicle to get around.) On Monday, called at the agreed upon time, left a message, with no call back. At this point, I'm tired of being put on hold, leaving messages, and otherwise not having any communication with my service advisor other than that which was initiated by me. I figured calling the service manager would be the next level of escalation, so I call David Sparkman. Two messages left, no calls returned. Call later in the day, and happen to catch Antwan on the phone who again tells me the tech knows nothing, my truck is in pieces, and they need another day. Tuesday, I call the service manager again at 2 o'clock after not hearing from anyone all day. I'm left on hold for forty minutes after I was told he was coming to the phone, and would speak to me in ten. At this point, there's no one else to call other than the General Manager, Jackson Haigan. I leave a message with Jackson citing all of the troubles I had experienced, and within 5 minutes of doing so, have a call back from both the service advisor and manager, but no call back from GM. I'm promptly told that they will be putting my truck back together, no problem was ever able to be diagnosed, and I'd be able to come pick it up that day. No charge for the truck being there, and was told that the TCM had been flashed, trans fluid replaced, but my invoice doesn't indicate that any of that had been done. I understand if for billing purposes the invoice had to be drafted this way, but now you have no history of what was done to my vehicle. Oh, and the knock in suspension was never even looked at.
Long story longer, the vehicle drives worse than it did went I brought it in. Instead of fluctuating RPMs at cruising speak of 60mph, I now have hard shifts, loss of power, sputters, and fluctuations occurring at all lower speeds... not just 60mph. I've left multiple messages trying to resolve this issue with Antwan and David both, but surprise... no calls back. We're going on 3 weeks with no comms. I have no recourse other than leaving a review, contacting BBB, and coordinating with my lawyer. I've been more than understanding this entire time, and my only desire was better communication. Serious lack of professionalism here. Go elsewhere.
Complete crooks! - Blkman203
Complete crooks! Lied to me told the Hyundai kona I purchased for 24, 000. Still had the Hyundai 100 thousand mile warranty. So I understood car 60 thou miles giving me 40 thou left. They told me the bank wouldn't approve the addotional 3thou for a service warranty with them but they were able to add 1,000. For a poly? Something spray and 1,000 gap insurance. I accepted the vehichle purchase only because the Hyundai warranty. Weeks later to find this vehichle is a not certified pre owned and the 10yr 100thou warrant is only for the original owner. They new this. Here's the real problem. You let me take a car off the lot and the bank had not approved the loan yet. So numbers could have been finagled to add the service warranty I needed you ajust the price and not upcharge me. This vrhicle was listed on their website for 23thou but they claimed they had to add a thousand because they had already put this clear coat on the car. Lies! Just an upcharge. If you take 1,000 off for gap insurance and 1,000 that upcharged you would have benn able to give me the number 1 thing I needed a service warranty. I guess you loose money if you did. Their mad at the review i gave on their website so they called me today aaking for a title to a trade. They gave 2thou for my trade. Why would you let me leave with your pre owned vehicle and no title for the trade. Make it make sense. They recorded me so they could come after me. My response was give me my car back and take this ragedy Hyundai you sold me without servicing. Your better off buying a car off the street. They wont even address the service warranty issue.
Slow service and they don't seem to care - RICHARD R.
Last two times I was in for service (oil change and then fuel filter change), it took considerably longer than they estimated (by at least an hour). But no explanation and no apology. They don't seem to keep track of customers, and how long they have been there. Don't seem to care. Apparently our time isn't important to them.
My husband and I bought a Nissan Frontier from Jim Burke - darleeni
My husband and I bought a Nissan Frontier from Jim Burke Nissan in October 2021. When we purchased, one of the main things we requested was lifetime oil changes. It was included at the time of purchase. We have taken it back a few times for the oil changes and basically none of the experiences were good. On one of the trips, they left the oil plug loose and about half the oil leaked out. My husband had to tighten it up once he saw what was causing it. He called and told them what had happened and basically their response was “oh well, buy some more oil and when you come back in, we will reimburse you for the oil and give you some gas money for having to come back. Of course when he took the truck back they conventionally didn’t remember saying that. Luckily it was on his text messages where they told him they would do that. They still tried to get out of it but finally reluctantly reimbursed him.
Fast forward to today. My husband called yesterday and made an appointment to go in for an oil change. Not one word was said that oil changes which are FREE, we’re now NOT free. When we arrived, we were met by a service employee and he had his trusty little iPad and notebook and proceeded to tell us that “it was required” they do a brake line flush, radiator flush, and something else (at this point we were both furious) which would’ve been over $500 for all of it. If we didn’t agree to those services then our FREE OIL CHANGE would cost $69.95. My husband ask why because we have lifetime oil changes. He said that Nissan had cracked down on them about the cost of oil and they could no longer honor the contract. He made reference to it being stated in our contact that at anytime they have the right to change their mind so to speak and if we didn’t agree to all of those “flushes” (which can be flushed down the toilet) then we wouldn’t get free oil changes any longer.
To say that my husband and I are furious would be an understatement. I don’t know if the service guy was lying or if it’s true but I do know this, we will no longer recommend Nissan to anyone. I will post my complaint anywhere I can because I know that when they sell a car I’m sure they’ve added the cost of oil into the price somehow. Anyway, Nissan has lost a customer and I will be vocally outspoken to anyone thinking of purchasing any Nissan vehicle and definitely NOT recommending Jim Burke PERIOD.

In April 2021 Stokes replaced the transmission in my car.... - Donna Headley
In April 2021 Stokes replaced the transmission in my car. This was not warranty work. We paid for it. September 2021, went to change the oil, and saw that 3 of the 4 bolts holding the subframe were MISSING. The remaining 1 bolt was so loose it fell out. This was a complete failure. It doesn't take but a few minutes to properly torque the bolts in. Had that 1 remaining bolt fell out at 70 mph on the interstate, it would have been disastrous. Who doesn't tighten bolts? That's pretty dang important! I would not recommend the service department for anything.
Bought a new truck from them because they had the best... - ctfontana
Bought a new truck from them because they had the best price advertised on their website. I assumed that the advertised price was the base we were working of of but later discovered they charged me over $4000 than what the advertised price was on their website. Shame on me for not noticing it on the paperwork but this is very unethical and should be against the law but it is not! I called them back to discuss but was told that 30 days was to long. I didn't notice it until i went to get my tags and really didn't have a reason to look at the paperwork until then. They always want to talk monthly payment and never discuss purchase amount. They will keep you there for hours going back and forth to their sales manager pretending to do the best everytime they come back. Again shame on me for not catching it on the paperwork, but shame on them for being unethical and charging me more than their advertised price. This is not very good business and will never purchase another vehicle from them. Also contacting Ram corporate to let them know of their unhonest practices.

Worst Jeep dealership I have ever dealt with. - ripleyhunts
Worst Jeep dealership I have ever dealt with. Bought a 2020 Gladiator. Wrote a poor review after a terrible closing. I was to get 4 free oil changes with purchase. Had the oil changed today. They would not honor the oil change agreement. Penny wise dollar foolish. If you want to be lied to, taken advantage of, and back slap with a bunch of hillbillies, this is your dealership.
You need to be on top of your game, purchasing a vehicle... - It's shamefull
Yes Jason is a good man in my opinion..But the managers are like most greedy...Better pay attention when you go to sign your papers.make sure they give you the quoted price, what they say on the internet they use to get you in and then switch it and try to sneak it by you...Every body is trying to rob the older people nowadays..And we have and do work hard for what we have so people can try to rob you of it.After my experience with them I feel obligated to say something...Don't want anyone else to fall prey to them. Its a shame too...They will have to answer for doing people wrongly in front of the man...I really feel bad for them that they would mislead people just for the disease of greed,If you do wrong it will come back to you...so in my opinion go somewhere else,,I really don't want to associate with people that would do anyone wrong or dirty...and yes it's dirty to do people wrong just for the dollar.KARMA is a bad thing to suffer..By the way I am 61, and they did me dirty, not mad just in disbelief, and I felt so safe there in the beginning....SHAMEFULL
The ONLY reason I am recommending this dealership is... - ccapps329
The ONLY reason I am recommending this dealership is because of Shelia Myers, the amazing sales consultant and Tim Braineard, the sales manager. They went above and beyond in making sure my friend left the lot with his vehicle. Their patience and positive attitudes were greatly appreciated. Purchasing a vehicle is a daunting task in and of itself, but throw in Mark Eachus, the General Manager who is a condescending jerk with an intimidating presence - definitely not something/someone a potential car buyer wants to deal with. I can’t imagine the number of people he has run off (car buyers and employees) while holding this position.
We bought a car there and turned the paperwork into the... - Jrynetta
We bought a car there and turned the paperwork into the tag department. When we got the statement to renew our tag came in we realize that they have registered the wrong car I checked the paperwork and they had given us the paperwork to a different car. Call them and spoke to a lady. She told us to bring her the paper work ànd she would fix it. She took the wrong paper gave my son the correct paper and told us that it has been corrected at the DMV.. I went to get my tag and could not get it because they had not corrected the paperwork. The service person at Brady kilmore argued with the DMV lady that it was my fault that we turned in the wrong registration and we needed to pay the difference because the tag was not registered on time. The paperwork that she or they gave us was registered on time She argue that maybe we looked at that truck and that's why they gave us the wrong paperwork. We did not look at any trucks only cars like the one we purchased. It took over 45 minutes before she sent over paperwork stating that they gave us the incorrect paperwork. Bottom line is that I have a 21 year old black male that was driving around in a car they had the registration for a 2016 truck which would have made it look like he stole the tag off of another car. It could have caused my son to be put in jail for their mistake. We have not received an apology or anything from them yet. We also was promised a repair on the car that we showed them when we bought it and they now say we need to fix it. On a plus the service department did things pretty well.
Liers - Volvofan
My husband called and negotiated a price for a car that they had for sale. The man said that they would take the price we offered. There was a leak in the trunk that needed repair so he was checking on when we could pick it up as we lived 4 hours away. The next day, we get a call saying they sold it for cash this morning. We could have paid cash. It was never an issue. My husband had even offered to put it on credit card to lock it down. They are the worst kind of business people and are an example of why people hate dealing with car dealers!!! No ethics!!!!!!!!
