I live out of state, and once my Yukon Denali arrived, I booked a flight—and my amazing sales rep, Alan, personally picked me up from the airport. The moment I stepped into the dealership, I was warmly greeted by General Manager Brad and Finance Manager Sarah, who both made me feel right at home. Even the woman answering the phones at the front desk was incredibly friendly. The entire team radiates positivity and genuine care for their customers. The process went smoothly, and Alan spent at least 45 minutes thoroughly walking me through all the new tech features in my vehicle. There was a lot to learn, but he made sure I was comfortable and confident before I drove off. As a loyal GM fan (I previously owned a 2021 Chevy Tahoe Premier), I was beyond impressed with the level of service I received. A few days after my purchase, both Brad and Alan reached out to check in on me and ensure I was satisfied with my new Yukon Denali. That follow-up truly meant a lot. Beware! I bought a brand new truck from them. They assured me that I could buy in AZ and register my vehicle at home in CO and pay sales tax there. Instead, they charged me sales tax in AZ, and I had to pay again when I registered in CO. Paid sales tax twice! Inexcusable salesmanship.

Should not take 4 months to get parts, they do work I told them not to and charged me. I took my car in in April and they said the turbo needed replacement. It took 4 months, numerous phone calls and visits and then an angry call from me for them to finally figure out how to get the parts. Also in April I asked how much to replace my headlight, they said $132, that included $100 labor. I told them to take that off the repair order so I assumed when I went in last week to get my turbo replaced that the headlight was taken off like I told them to. Well, they didn't do their job and didn't take it off so they replaced the headlight and charged me. That was not right,
