Awesome - Jdjordan
Nicest people. No pressure sale. I live bout 110 miles from them and they stayed in touch with me (not Buggin are pressuring me) but if I had a question They was there right away with the answer . While signing papers Sean Woodward took the time to explain the things I had questions about. ( not rushing to just get papers Signed ). Best people I have every dealt with. Highly recommend them. A big thank you to whitson-Morgan motor company

Saleslady and all the staff - happynewtruck2018
Everyone was so very helpful. I hadn't seen anything that I wanted for months on the service road on the way home everyday. Had been wanting a new truck forever it seemed. I had a 2010 F150 the color I loved (the beautiful Royal Blue but just wanted a new one.
They got on line found what we thought I would like. That got pretty darn close. I have yet to drive it but know that I'll be just fine especially a really good radio. Yea 94.1 The Wolf.
I would like to very graciously thank all of the people that put up with my funny ways and hope that I'll be around to deal with them again in the future.
Thank you again

New tires mounted on 2017 subaru. - Subaru17
Contacted parts department to order goodyear tires. Very friendly. Arrived for appointment and was greeted with a smile. They took my keys and in about forty five or so minutes, my car was ready. Very pleasant.
Smackover Motors Has Been Taking Care of Me Since 1976 - Jim Cook
Since 1976, all of my work trucks except one have come from Smackover Motors. Buying from another dealer just ONCE was enough to teach me just what a great dealership that Smackover Motors is.
They have taken great care of my oil field work truck needs, and always made sure I was completely satisfied. They are friendly and always have time to listen to my concerns. When I shopped around before a purchase and then asked them what they could do for me on a trade, they ALWAYS gave me a better deal, without knowing the deal they were competing with.
Smackover Motor Sports is the real deal. As their old commercials used to say, "Smackover Motors, the little dealership with the big heart".
Call 870-725-3961 and see what they can do for you.

Awesome Southern Experience - Sarah Monroe
Thank you Henry for following up on my chat! I've never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before. My sister and I drove to each central AR ford dealership looking for my F-150.
Jacob was amazing and tracked down each truck that interested me. It was literally a fun experience on a great day!
I had been to several dealerships that morning and had some good salesmen (genuine gentlemen) that educated me on how to look for the right deal. Smith Ford let me lead the deal. I never felt pressured to purchase.
Worst ever - Tech$$$
Four months later I’m still waiting on floor mats that was supposed to come with the Ford Transit I purchase. Had to trade the first one back in in order to get the Transit with the options I had asked for when I bought the first one. Seems they just wanted to sale me what was on the lot instead of what I asked for. Now they won’t return my phone calls or my texts. Worst experience at a dealership ever.
Done correctly - retired2019!

I would like to have my truck fixed! - Aron
The springs on this F-350 squeak so load it is embarrassing to drive the truck. The truck has been in the shop 5 times for this problem without a fix. The truck is now a year old. The service dept. does not know what to do. The recommendation from the dealership sales is to file lemon law. I simply don't have time. The last time the truck was in the shop they told me it was overloaded and they where sticking to that as the problem. However the service dept. knows for sure this truck was in there the 1st time without any weight besides the service body they installed on the truck. I have called and left several messages for the service manager to call back and have not heard from him. I have also requested to speak to the owner since this company states he is available to assist with problems such as this. I haven't heard from the owner. If you purchase a vehicle from this dealership I hope you have no mechanical problems!! I am not a 1st time buyer of a heavy duty vehicle. I have purchased 14 heavy duty trucks over the last 10 years and understand this is not a normal flat rate repair. I guarantee if this was my company or I was the service manager I would offer a fix or a buy back if my team and the manufacture could not resolve the problem. At this time I'm going to take my truck to a spring repair company to see if possibly this problem can be fixed.
Most Fraudulent Dealership ever - Ex-Employee
They rip people off, lie to them, and don't care about anything but your money. They can not get absolutely anything done for you. This dealership needs to be avoided at all cost in my opinion. They harrass customers for their immigrational status, their religion, their heritage. Absolutely disgusting!
Great service from big mike - Maccjazzy#870

From out of state....needed service. - SCW
In Siloam Springs for a wedding. Made service appointment to have engine light checked. Alex got me in promptly and had the problem diagnosed in a very short time. I am not a potential customer as I live in Ohio and this was a warranty issue. I appreciate the the fact that I was treated like a local customer. Superior Ford does provide superior service. I did let my nephew, who lives in Siloam Springs, know about the positive experience I had at Superior. Thanks again Alex.
The service writers must be on commission-They over book - 40yearASEMECH
The service writers are on commission- book an appointment even if it can't get in the shop the day of your appointment. Not one ASE Master Tech listed-bunch of recent students that will work by the hour cheap-A seasoned mechanic works flat rate and gets the job done ASAP-The kids back in the shop will learn as they go-Pay off Snap-On or Matco whatever and write your own ticket- Get out of the dealership and find a decent independent shop!!
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - Nolan1
Worst customer service ever!! Bought a new ford truck and a certified Lincoln Navigator here 4 months ago, they’ve had my navigator 70 days & caused it to get HAIL DANAGED WHILE THEY HAD IT....I only had it 53 total days and zero days in full operating condition as It was sold to me by salesman David Vince. Owner doesn’t even return calls or express any concern, GM and used car manager lie about everything. all they care about is making the dollar off a sale. See google review for more horrific details...
Great service. - Frank
In the last three years have went to Clay Maxey Ford for service three times. Left angry the first time and a little upset another. Today I went for the Ford Works service and Computer Flash as I installed a oem remote starter. I left totally happy. I was at the point of thinking about timing service on my truck for trips up north to see family but their service department today (rep. Haley Estes and the service manager) changed my mind about This dealership. I will be having my future service done there and they have a customer for life as long as they give me this type of service.
I gave this dealer the absolute lowest rating I could.... - jayh123
I gave this dealer the absolute lowest rating I could. Our visit to this dealership to purchase 2 vehicles ended at the police station filing a report on the Sales Manager. After a price could not be reached at the price the salesman first asked if we would pay today for, we decided to walk way without buying the two vehicles. As my wife left the office of the salesman, she was confronted by the sales manager and the salesman. The sales manager told her that she signed a contract and had to go through buying one of the 2 vehicles being discussed. The hand written page she signed on an otherwise blank page stated we would buy both vehicles for a set price if the dealer could accept that price... the salesman circled the one vehicle's info on the page and said we were under contract to buy the one. My wife walked away with the copy of the hand written statement and was followed out the door by both salesman and manager to our car. I began to drive away when both employees started banging on our window and standing so close to the car I was unable to safely drive away. I stepped out of the car and asked that they move back so I can leave. The sales manager then walked across the parking lot to confront me again at the exit of the lot. Less than a minute later he called me on my cell phone and continued to be rude. I informed him I was heading to the police station to address the way my wife was treated, harassed and cornered and that I would like the copies of our personal information back. He said I was "not going to get a xxxx thing...". At the police station he turned over the paperwork to the police officer and we were on our way.
De queen ford also sells new dodges. I bought my car in... - shelb75
De queen ford also sells new dodges. I bought my car in march from a different dealership and have had nothing but problems out of it. I live closer to de queen than the dealership I purchased it from so when it began having more steering problems I took it to them to work on it. They said there was nothing wrong w it. A week later my traction control went out and i couldn't control thr car at all and it would barely move. My breaks also went out. Roadside assistance came and got the car and took it back to them and it has sat on their lot for over a week now and they haven't even looked at it. They have yet to get us a rental and we spent 2 hours on the phone today trying to arrange a pick up for one. The owner was very rude and the service manager who has been there less than a week has no clue what he is doing. Then they informed us and I quote "we take care of our own here and we would appreciate it if you had the dealership you purchased the car from come pick it up off our lot" basically saying they would not service my car and they wanted nothing to do with it. They treated my mother and me like we were inferior and we didn't know what we were talking about. We informed them that this isn't the first time the car has been in the shop for serious issues and it wasn't our first rodeo. We know our warranty rights and they will never get our business again. Baboons could do their job better.
