My wife and I purchased a new Ford Explorer from Ultimate Ford. Our sales representative, Josh Story, greeted us with a smile and spent some time visiting with us to fully understand our needs. We found Josh to be very pleasant and personable. He asked leading questions and showed good listening skills to narrow our search. We had some interest in both new and used vehicles of different makes. Josh put forth good effort to arrange test drives with vehicles from all three of Ultimate's dealers on campus. We were impressed with his professionalism as he helped us understand the features on each vehicle. He kept us engaged without applying pressure which made for an enjoyable buying experience. There were a few questions for which he didn't know the answer, but he found out within a short time and sent us information and literature. The Explorer was not the first vehicle we drove, but it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Ford sales manager Lance Whiteaker also took some time to explain how his team assembles build features to provide customers with the best bang for the buck. Josh Story and the sales team at Ultimate were excellent to work with and I highly recommend them to other buyers.

I had been searching online for a specific truck style. This dealership had the exact truck I wanted at an unbelievable price. Not only that, but the trade-in value on my vehicle was more than fair. Jesse did not employee high pressure tactics, and this was a much better experience than the big city car lots offer. The financing also went well, as this dealership is staffed by down to earth/friendly people.

First time to go to Randall Ford. Was very pleased with the amount of help they had. I was also very pleased with the quality of vehicles they had. The facilities was so nice and people friendly and accommodating to visitors. I loved that! Went to look at a Nissan Rogue. The Rogue was in great shape and GREAT deal on it. It was a late Saturday evening when I came by. So my dealer and finance guy had to stay late and they never made me feel like that was a inconvience. They were very helpful and so friendly!! I studied for a month before going car shopping and found Randall Ford's prices to be very reasonable and comparable to others. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and so glad I went by Saturday. Love love my Nissan Rogue and the great deal I got on it!!

We bought a used truck from them. By the time we got home, it was making a terrinle noise and was losing power. We had to get it fixed which cost us almost $2,000. They would do nothing to help.

Horrible customer service!!! I purchased a brand new 2018 expedition in January, I was told on the phone that it was a 4x4 and had everything I was looking for, so I drove nearly 6hrs to this dealership. When I arrived the vehicle was not 4x4 and did not have the features I asked for, we ended up buying the car anyway, paid full sticker price (don’t try to get a good deal here, it’s not going to happen), we were told that we would get 1 free oil change but since we lived out of state they would mail us a check for $50 to cover the cost of our first oil change, still have not received that. I have called several times, I was first told that it was sent, then I was told that I needed to fill out a second customer survey before they would send it, I did as I was asked and completed it, STILL never received it! No one from the dealership will return my calls, I am contacting Ford to let them know the poor service this dealership offers its customers. Trust me when I tell you, you do NOT want to give them your business, you will regret it!

I wanted to like this place, but the sales manger Rob made sure I didn’t. I only gave 3 stars because we liked working with Brendan and Jessica. On Tuesday February 27th I spoke with Brendan Lee regarding a truck they had listed and let him know that we’d be up to look at it on Saturday, March 3rd. Brendan was very easy to work with and confirmed they still had the truck, confirmed the price listed on cars.com, and scheduled us to come in on Saturday since we live 3 hours from this dealership. When we arrived at the dealership we test drove the truck and everything looked good so we started to discuss purchasing the vehicle. This is when we were informed that they raised the price by $1000 from the price listed on Tuesday when I originally inquired about it. Rob gave us some shady salesman story about the prices changing due to it being a new month. He also said we should have gotten the original price in writing aw that was the only way they’d honor the price they posted on cars.com and confirmed over the phone. Despite Rob being a dishonest shyster, we were finally able to agree on a price that we were comfortable with ONLY because we have been looking for this exact truck for many months. If it was an easy truck to find we would have walked out the door as soon as we started working with Rob. We ended up making a deal at the max price we had determined we would be willing to pay for this particular truck so we were going to buy the truck regardless. Had they been hones and Rob not been involved we would have had a positive experience and would be able to recommend this dealership, but alas that is not the case. Needless to say, we’ll never buy from them again and give this warning for anyone who may do business with them: If you want to do business with these guys, work with Brendan or Jessica and avoid Rob like an STD. Also, get them to commit to a sales price in writing, because Rob will increase prices as soon as he knows someone is interested in a vehicle.

Worst customer service ever!! Bought a new ford truck and a certified Lincoln Navigator here 4 months ago, they’ve had my navigator 70 days & caused it to get HAIL DANAGED WHILE THEY HAD IT....I only had it 53 total days and zero days in full operating condition as It was sold to me by salesman David Vince. Owner doesn’t even return calls or express any concern, GM and used car manager lie about everything. all they care about is making the dollar off a sale. Run away as fast as you can. My Daughter bought a Mustang with a salvage title, and yes I know salvage title vehicles are "as-is". However, the car was bought based on the carfax which showed it was totaled due to non-collision damage and there were no mention of the airbags ever being deployed. Fast forward 6 months later and when we attempted to have the airbags replaced via recall, it was discovered that though the airbags were present, the device that deploys them was missing (clockspring) and that the control modules and sensors would have to be replaced as well due to the airbags have been deployed at some point. When I called Hope auto to discuss this ($1300 to get the airbags working again) they were rude and completely uninteresting in standing behind what they sell (in this case a death trap to a 19 year old), and I ended up hanging up on them as they are worthless after the sale. I'll add that we let them do an oil change once on the car after it was bought (They stated a system check showed everything was fine....lies) and they cross threaded the drain plug so on the subsequent oil change the plug was difficult to remove and had to be replaced. That pretty much show the competency of the service department...if they can't do an oil change right then they probably can't do anything else right either! Incompetent liars that sell lemons and deathtraps....stay away!

In the last three years have went to Clay Maxey Ford for service three times. Left angry the first time and a little upset another. Today I went for the Ford Works service and Computer Flash as I installed a oem remote starter. I left totally happy. I was at the point of thinking about timing service on my truck for trips up north to see family but their service department today (rep. Haley Estes and the service manager) changed my mind about This dealership. I will be having my future service done there and they have a customer for life as long as they give me this type of service.

I gave this dealer the absolute lowest rating I could. Our visit to this dealership to purchase 2 vehicles ended at the police station filing a report on the Sales Manager. After a price could not be reached at the price the salesman first asked if we would pay today for, we decided to walk way without buying the two vehicles. As my wife left the office of the salesman, she was confronted by the sales manager and the salesman. The sales manager told her that she signed a contract and had to go through buying one of the 2 vehicles being discussed. The hand written page she signed on an otherwise blank page stated we would buy both vehicles for a set price if the dealer could accept that price... the salesman circled the one vehicle's info on the page and said we were under contract to buy the one. My wife walked away with the copy of the hand written statement and was followed out the door by both salesman and manager to our car. I began to drive away when both employees started banging on our window and standing so close to the car I was unable to safely drive away. I stepped out of the car and asked that they move back so I can leave. The sales manager then walked across the parking lot to confront me again at the exit of the lot. Less than a minute later he called me on my cell phone and continued to be rude. I informed him I was heading to the police station to address the way my wife was treated, harassed and cornered and that I would like the copies of our personal information back. He said I was "not going to get a xxxx thing...". At the police station he turned over the paperwork to the police officer and we were on our way.

De queen ford also sells new dodges. I bought my car in march from a different dealership and have had nothing but problems out of it. I live closer to de queen than the dealership I purchased it from so when it began having more steering problems I took it to them to work on it. They said there was nothing wrong w it. A week later my traction control went out and i couldn't control thr car at all and it would barely move. My breaks also went out. Roadside assistance came and got the car and took it back to them and it has sat on their lot for over a week now and they haven't even looked at it. They have yet to get us a rental and we spent 2 hours on the phone today trying to arrange a pick up for one. The owner was very rude and the service manager who has been there less than a week has no clue what he is doing. Then they informed us and I quote "we take care of our own here and we would appreciate it if you had the dealership you purchased the car from come pick it up off our lot" basically saying they would not service my car and they wanted nothing to do with it. They treated my mother and me like we were inferior and we didn't know what we were talking about. We informed them that this isn't the first time the car has been in the shop for serious issues and it wasn't our first rodeo. We know our warranty rights and they will never get our business again. Baboons could do their job better.
