Bought a 2011 Cadillac CTS from them in July, 2021 and the very next day a check-engine light came on. After back-and-forth with the salesman and service manager (the salesman who sold me the car will go to bat for you here) they looked at it and it was found to be a bad catalytic converter. They fixed the car, it sounds and runs terrific

It took them 4 days to contact me after the salesman promised to send me an email that day with the credit app. I finally had to buy a new car from another dealership. I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone I will always do them away. In the last three years have went to Clay Maxey Ford for service three times. Left angry the first time and a little upset another. Today I went for the Ford Works service and Computer Flash as I installed a oem remote starter. I left totally happy. I was at the point of thinking about timing service on my truck for trips up north to see family but their service department today (rep. Haley Estes and the service manager) changed my mind about This dealership. I will be having my future service done there and they have a customer for life as long as they give me this type of service.

I gave this dealer the absolute lowest rating I could. Our visit to this dealership to purchase 2 vehicles ended at the police station filing a report on the Sales Manager. After a price could not be reached at the price the salesman first asked if we would pay today for, we decided to walk way without buying the two vehicles. As my wife left the office of the salesman, she was confronted by the sales manager and the salesman. The sales manager told her that she signed a contract and had to go through buying one of the 2 vehicles being discussed. The hand written page she signed on an otherwise blank page stated we would buy both vehicles for a set price if the dealer could accept that price... the salesman circled the one vehicle's info on the page and said we were under contract to buy the one. My wife walked away with the copy of the hand written statement and was followed out the door by both salesman and manager to our car. I began to drive away when both employees started banging on our window and standing so close to the car I was unable to safely drive away. I stepped out of the car and asked that they move back so I can leave. The sales manager then walked across the parking lot to confront me again at the exit of the lot. Less than a minute later he called me on my cell phone and continued to be rude. I informed him I was heading to the police station to address the way my wife was treated, harassed and cornered and that I would like the copies of our personal information back. He said I was "not going to get a xxxx thing...". At the police station he turned over the paperwork to the police officer and we were on our way.

Freaking terrible service. First Amber from service is a xxxxx and doesn't seem to like her job just plain rude. Second, I came from out of town on 1/22- 1/25, stayed an extra day bc I didn't feel safe driving 4 hours home. My rotars were hot to the touch and the brakes were giving off a terrible smell. Told them the smell started when I got new breaks almost 3 weeks prior. They kept my car all day just to tell me nothing is wrong with the car. So I drive home 4 hours away. Fast forward to 2/7 I drive to a friend's house which is 12 miles down the road and I get out to my brakes SMOKING!!!. I have video of it. So I take it to my FORD dealership and they found my brakes were installed INCORRECTLY. And caused damage to the brakes along with the rotars. How in the world does COGSWELL not check my brakes like I asked them to. Instead of DOING THEIR JOB. They decide to slack off and just drive my car down the road to DETERMINE my car didn't have anything wrong with it. When IN FACT something was wrong! When it comes to brakes yall should be more observant and get qualified xxxxing people working there. I'm glad i made it home safely with my 2 girls. Y'all should not even have these doors open. What a shame and disgrace this place is. I will never be back. And I will let everyone know about what yall did. 🖕

De queen ford also sells new dodges. I bought my car in march from a different dealership and have had nothing but problems out of it. I live closer to de queen than the dealership I purchased it from so when it began having more steering problems I took it to them to work on it. They said there was nothing wrong w it. A week later my traction control went out and i couldn't control thr car at all and it would barely move. My breaks also went out. Roadside assistance came and got the car and took it back to them and it has sat on their lot for over a week now and they haven't even looked at it. They have yet to get us a rental and we spent 2 hours on the phone today trying to arrange a pick up for one. The owner was very rude and the service manager who has been there less than a week has no clue what he is doing. Then they informed us and I quote "we take care of our own here and we would appreciate it if you had the dealership you purchased the car from come pick it up off our lot" basically saying they would not service my car and they wanted nothing to do with it. They treated my mother and me like we were inferior and we didn't know what we were talking about. We informed them that this isn't the first time the car has been in the shop for serious issues and it wasn't our first rodeo. We know our warranty rights and they will never get our business again. Baboons could do their job better.

Vehicle went in for a recall on the airbag system . Vehicle belongs to my elderly mother . With in 15 minutes , they came back with a list of things that they said needed immediate attention . Spark plug, 427.80 , coolant flush 149.95, Top engine clean 129.95 ( which I have never heard of ) fuel injectors -clean 149.95, Throttle body service 74.95 , Transmission flush ,189.95, Engine air filter 25.00 ( which was not old at all ) Cabin air filter 79.95 ( that’s easy to get out behind glove box door ) Engine oil change 39.95 , ( That’s not due for another 2000 miles , window sticker showing that from last oil change , and Tire pressure Moniter receiver / transponder 395.94 ( in other words it needs a 60 sensor on one of the wheels that monitors air pressure , now granted the light was on but tire pressure was checked about a week before ) All these problems that none of them except the tire pressure light that was on in the dash, was checked . It is impossible to check all of these components in 15 min . not to mention none of the air filters etc were even checked . Shame on y’all for trying to take advantage of a women , let alone a elderly person . No morals ,and I would never recommend y’all for anything .

WHEN I WENT INSIDE THEY WHERE VERY FRIENDLY I WAS GREETED AND ASK IF I NEEDED ANY HELP CANDY LEE HELPED ME GET APPROVED FOR A 2016 CHEVY MALIBU PRICED AT 13000 WITH 58,000 MILES FOR 310 A MONTH WITH A 1000 DOWN PAYMENT. I ALSO HAD MY TWO DAUGHTERS WITH ME AND THE STAFF WHERE GOOD WITH THEM WHILE I DID MY PAPERWORK THEY OFFERED SNACKS AND DRINKS I 100% RECOMMEND HOPE AUTO AND CANDY LEE AS YOUR SALESMAN SHE IS NOT PUSHY AND DID EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE #THANKSHOPEAUTO
