I could have gone to Mark Martin in Batesville who has this same oil change for 39.95 but I came to Cavenaugh since I bought the car there. Instead I had to pay a higher price plus oil disposal fee that I don't get charged at Batesville!!!!! Not particularly happy to pay about 7.00 or so more!!!!!

Good afternoon McLARTY Nissan dealership. I have recently had my 2015 Nissan Versa serviced at your service center. I scheduled a appointment with my service advisor Jordan Camp. Upon my arrival on Saturday April 11 I was greeted by Jordan. He explained to me in detail what services were going to performed on my vehicle. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all services that were going to take place that morning on my vehicle. Just want to give Jordan a high five for his excellent service and his job knowledge as a service advisor. Sincerely Michael Cox.

From out of state....needed service. - SCW
In Siloam Springs for a wedding. Made service appointment to have engine light checked. Alex got me in promptly and had the problem diagnosed in a very short time. I am not a potential customer as I live in Ohio and this was a warranty issue. I appreciate the the fact that I was treated like a local customer. Superior Ford does provide superior service. I did let my nephew, who lives in Siloam Springs, know about the positive experience I had at Superior. Thanks again Alex.
Saved me money - flpackfan
Check engine light was on, took it to Ultimate Ford, service called me and said it was a glow plug and harness, total $275.00., I said go ahead and fix it, and please do an oil change. A few hours later they called and said that it was done, the total was $270.00, I asked if they did the oil change, they said yes, but it didn't need the glow plug harness, so they didn't replace it saving me a lot, l when I said THANKS, service rep simply said, "Honesty is the best policy."
Service dept . Rip off - Samford
Vehicle went in for a recall on the airbag system . Vehicle belongs to my elderly mother . With in 15 minutes , they came back with a list of things that they said needed immediate attention . Spark plug, 427.80 , coolant flush 149.95, Top engine clean 129.95 ( which I have never heard of ) fuel injectors -clean 149.95, Throttle body service 74.95 , Transmission flush ,189.95, Engine air filter 25.00 ( which was not old at all ) Cabin air filter 79.95 ( that’s easy to get out behind glove box door ) Engine oil change 39.95 , ( That’s not due for another 2000 miles , window sticker showing that from last oil change , and Tire pressure Moniter receiver / transponder 395.94 ( in other words it needs a 60 sensor on one of the wheels that monitors air pressure , now granted the light was on but tire pressure was checked about a week before ) All these problems that none of them except the tire pressure light that was on in the dash, was checked . It is impossible to check all of these components in 15 min . not to mention none of the air filters etc were even checked . Shame on y’all for trying to take advantage of a women , let alone a elderly person . No morals ,and I would never recommend y’all for anything .
I went in to get brake pads on my rear wheels.... - jwhunts
I went in to get brake pads on my rear wheels. Unfortunately I also had to replace the disks for around $500.00 total. My brake light had been on for a long time so I also asked them to check the braking system. They said that the brake system was working fine but I needed to replace the instrument cluster to fix the brake light. To diagnose a bad instrument cluster they said they “jiggled the connection”. I was not impressed with how they diagnosed the instrument cluster, so I chose not to spend $950.00 for a new instrument cluster since the truck was working fine. When I left the dealership I noticed my cruise control would not come on. I returned to the dealership and they said the cruise control wouldn’t work because the brake light was on an I needed to replace the instrument cluster. It worked fine before the brake job but since I need my cruise control I told them to order a new instrument cluster. I went back 3 days later to get the instrument cluster replaced and while I was waiting they informed me that my brake system was broken and I needed a new assembly, brake switch and plunger for $1100.00. the brakes worked when I drove it in and they had just been inspected It 3 days earlier by the same dealership. I would have preferred for them to fix the brakes before replacing the instrument cluster to see if that fixed the brake light problem. When I spoke with the service manager about this situation, he got huffy and said “he didn’t appreciate me accusing his service technicians of breaking my truck” I wasn’t accusing anyone, I was relaying what actually happened. He said there was no way for them to know about the brake assembly problem before they replaced the instrument cluster even though it didn’t throw up a maintenance code. He said you could depress the brake pedal with one finger and the truck was unsafe to drive. He couldn’t answer. Why this wasn’t found when I had the brake job other then saying it had to happen after that. He then offered me a $49.00 a day “loaner car” since it would take a few days for the parts. I declined the loaner car. When I was gathering my belongings from the truck I pushed the brake pedal and it made a clicking noise that was not there before. Maybe that was from part of the repair. There is also a $300.00 core charge for the instrument cluster so I probably got a refurbished one even though I asked for and assumed I was getting a new one. Who knows.
They are keeping my truck for 5 days so far. I asked them to let me know when the brake assembly came in. I didn’t get a call when the part arrived, but I called again that day. The part was in, but they couldn’t fix it that day. I asked for their porter to give me a ride to the dealership the next day when the job was close to being completed. They said their 2 porters don’t work there anymore. The car I’m using belongs to an at risk person for Covid19. I won’t put him at risk by getting a ride with him. This dealership is not very helpful. The next day I got myself to the dealership and when I paid I expected a 10% Military Discount on the charges. They gave me a Military Discount on the $550.00 brake pad job that took $55.00 off. The new charges were $2325.88 for instrument cluster and brake assembly which would be $232.58 with a 10% discount. They said that they only go up to $100.00 off on the 10% Military Discount so they only knocked $100.00 off the bill even though it was two separate jobs and one of them was slightly less than $1000.00. If you are in the Military, and plan a big mechanical job on your vehicle, don’t count on the full Military Discount Ford Motor Company touts. The service representative didn’t mention the ford rewards program to me. While examining the bill and asking for the Military Discount, I forgot to make sure all these charges were added to my rewards account so I probably missed out on that deal too. I still can’t figure out how they certified my braking system when I got brake pads, and three days later they said my brakes were completely shot and it was unsafe to drive the truck after they worked on an instrument cluster.

Rude and incompetent. Do not trust these people, they do not have the skills or ability to service newer cars. They will also be rude and demeaning if you try and speak with them on the phone. Look elsewhere for a reputable dealer.

We bought a 2018 Jeep from Robert Landon, great sales person!! The only issue was they put this vehicle on the lot with door lock that didn’t work, window that wouldn’t roll down and 3 other issues. We drove 2 1/2 hours to have these issues fixed. I called and ask Darian if they could make sure everything was fixed and she said they couldn’t!! Tim the service manager called me and said he would check it out. We drove another 2 1/2 hours to pick it up and the door lock still doesn’t work. They also told me they would fill our gas tank, that didn’t happen either. We are very disappointed.
Great service. - Frank
In the last three years have went to Clay Maxey Ford for service three times. Left angry the first time and a little upset another. Today I went for the Ford Works service and Computer Flash as I installed a oem remote starter. I left totally happy. I was at the point of thinking about timing service on my truck for trips up north to see family but their service department today (rep. Haley Estes and the service manager) changed my mind about This dealership. I will be having my future service done there and they have a customer for life as long as they give me this type of service.
De queen ford also sells new dodges. I bought my car in... - shelb75
De queen ford also sells new dodges. I bought my car in march from a different dealership and have had nothing but problems out of it. I live closer to de queen than the dealership I purchased it from so when it began having more steering problems I took it to them to work on it. They said there was nothing wrong w it. A week later my traction control went out and i couldn't control thr car at all and it would barely move. My breaks also went out. Roadside assistance came and got the car and took it back to them and it has sat on their lot for over a week now and they haven't even looked at it. They have yet to get us a rental and we spent 2 hours on the phone today trying to arrange a pick up for one. The owner was very rude and the service manager who has been there less than a week has no clue what he is doing. Then they informed us and I quote "we take care of our own here and we would appreciate it if you had the dealership you purchased the car from come pick it up off our lot" basically saying they would not service my car and they wanted nothing to do with it. They treated my mother and me like we were inferior and we didn't know what we were talking about. We informed them that this isn't the first time the car has been in the shop for serious issues and it wasn't our first rodeo. We know our warranty rights and they will never get our business again. Baboons could do their job better.
