Pleasant to meet the people who work there. My suggestion is to upgrade the security in turning in vehicles for service.

About three months ago, our 2019 Jeep Cherokee refused to - afj

About three months ago, our 2019 Jeep Cherokee refused to start or come on at all. AAA tried but could not get it going. So it was towed to our local mechanic, who worked on it for 10 days, without success. They suggested taking it to our local Jeep dealer, Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They had it for 8 weeks before they finally got it running. We brought it home; 8 days later it stopped again. Crystal had it for 6 weeks this time. They finally figured out the problem was a bad installation that had been done by a local car audio store, when they installed a cd changer under the passenger seat. The installer had screwed the unit through the carper, where it hit the electrical harness, causing shorts. While I will deal with the audio dealer, I have nothing but praise for all the time and effort Crystal showed in dealing with this problem. AND, and this is a big deal, they did not charge us one red cent for all the work they had put in, trying to solve the problem. I could not believe it. I don’t know that I’ve ever encountered such generosity. In my book Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the best outfit bar none. For anyone reading this, don’t hesitate to take your car here for service. They are the best there is!

I have been coming in to I10 for years. Josh has always been great. Yesterday went in and there is a completely new crew. New Service Manager seems to be fixing things there. all the people I had issues with are gone. for the first time I was offered water and was in and out in an hour. I hope the new manager stays and fixes things. I have lifetime warranty and Know about the hassle to get things done. It's not the dealer, is Dodge fault. Dodge should do something about it.

My husband and I just purchased a used 2020 Ford Explorer, and immediately noticed we had a couple of issues in regards to the back up camera and the audio not working. We brought the vehicle in and Dylan Lindsay was our head service technician. He has been nothing short of amazing. His communication was detailed and we always knew what was going on with our car. He told us step-by-step what the plan was and the Service parts that needed to be ordered. He let us know when they had been delivered as well as installed. Dylan is incredibly good at what he does and I have never worked with a more thorough or dedicated technician. As mad as we were about purchasing a used card that had issues, Dylan did everything in his power to keep us happy and made sure we were well taken care of. As we all know, great customer service is very difficult to find and Fritts Ford is incredibly lucky to have him on their team! Thank you Dylan Lindsay!

Great service and improvement I time wasted. Service was great as usual but this time my routine service took less than 2 hours; previously much longer. In addition they promised the 2 month wait for an appointment would be greatly reduced! They provided a ride home after I dropped off the car but not back to pick it up. I appreciate that I asked if I needed a new cabin air filter and they checked and said I did not! Outstanding service and my rating will go up if the delay in getting appointments can be eliminated!
