The standard service was fine, and staff was friendly and attentive. But the quote to repair a broken tailgate latch was exorbitant. I was quoted $586, and I declined to have the service center fix it. Instead, I bought the part online and changed out the old latch for a new one in ten minutes. I expect to pay more for repairs at the service center, but there is a limit to what is reasonable. Additionally, I was charged $150 to diagnose that the latch was broken. If this diagnosis entailed only opening the hatch (from the inside) and recognizing the latch didn't work, then I paid too much. I already knew the problem. But my bad. I will tell other people to be wary of repair estimates from the service center.

From the moment Jason started talking to me I knew I was going to be taken care of. We went on some test drives, went over the different features of the cars, and in the end I didn’t buy a car. I would instead come back after several days, narrow down my choices and test drove more. After doing this 1 more time I knew what car I wanted. Amazing! Great service, great deals and everyone I was involved with was helpful, kind, treated me with respect despite my age (fairly young and every dealer I went to treated me poorly and not seriously) and they really listened to my needs. Definitely recommend.

As I been many times for regular service and waited in their service lobby, I have seen all of these service representatives treat their customers with the compassion of a doctor when explaining the steps of repairing their cars. Keeping customers updated with their progress while they wait and explaining every step and costs involved. This is truly integral with creating trust, by not creating any surprise unexpected costs and allowing customers to make an informed decision.
