I originally went in to have my Sonata serviced. Joey, the service advisor, was awesome. He was pleasantly helpful and super down to earth he definitely made me feel comfortable. And Elbarto, the sales rep, asked me if I wanted to look around just to see if I liked anything else while I waiting for my car to be serviced. So I did end up finding a car I really like and he definitely made me excited to get it. Betty, in finance, was so sweet. Everyone was so helpful with providing me with detailed information for the questions I was asking. They made getting my car serviced and getting a new car really smooth and easy. I’m definitely a very satisfied customer.

I met Kevin Miller immediately upon arriving at the collision center for the first time. Great attitude and just a really nice guy. My BMW is very important to me and I am known as being very, very, very picky when it comes to my cars. Kevin put me at ease and explained how my BMW would look when finished. The X5 looks new, so new I had a Xpel clear bra put on it for protection. Kevin was so helpful and the finished product looks so good, I will never consider bringing my vehicles to another shop. In the past, I had a less then positive experience at this service department. My recent visit has changed my view. John in the service department was great. I spoke to him about the problem with my car, he ensured me they would try to replicate the issue, they were unsuccessful in replicating the error but knew what the issue was and went ahead and just replaced the part on my car. I felt that he took good care of me and my car, and addressed my concern and didn't just send me away and shrug it off. I really appreciate that, considering most place will just say there isn't anything wrong and send you on your way. Thanks for caring!

I actually only visited Hyundai of LaQuinta (HLA) just to buy a remote control for my wife's 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe, which had somehow ended up in the dishwasher. My two youngest Grandbabies still refuse to answer after being grilled for hours. Santa will not be kind to them this year. He's actually taking notes. Well the service was so over the top great that I ended up buying a new Hyundai Kona. It's the only one in town, it gets 30mpg, and when I test drove it "it had me ay hello". The staff was very attentive, professional and polite. My Sales Rep Cande Arias actually listened to what I wanted and never once played those annoying little games that some car salesmen play. I met Bobby Galloway the General Manager and knew right away that I would be buying a car. The staff are incredible Randy Yates, Gene Oneill, Ian McHenry, Phred Espinosa, Mark Link, Tim Davis, Julio Corona, David Jones, Judith, and Cande Arias. So do yourselves a favor and go see the guys and gals at Hyundai of La Quinta for a great buying experience.

I've never had as wonderful experience as I had Monday, 12-18-17. Edgar Gonzalez and the other staff for that day were so nice! My 2014 Sonata needed servicing. Here are some perks, not necessarily in order of importance:
1. Free doughnuts, fruit, coffee and hot chocolate to make the wait enjoyable
2. Free oil change
3. Free car wash inside and out
And they had me driving home in a timely manner!

Customer service writer Remy and Parkway Hyundai are awesome! They totally took care of me in a crises, turning a stressful situation into something very manageable. 400 miles from home my engine exploded on the Grapevine as I headed south with my daughter to visit SoCal colleges. Remy got me a loaner immediately, confirmed my engine was under warranty, kept me up-to-date on the engine replacement which was completed at Hyundai’s sole cost, and arranged transport of my repaired car at Hyundai’s expense 400 miles to my home.
