My husband and I just purchased a used 2020 Ford Explorer, and immediately noticed we had a couple of issues in regards to the back up camera and the audio not working. We brought the vehicle in and Dylan Lindsay was our head service technician. He has been nothing short of amazing. His communication was detailed and we always knew what was going on with our car. He told us step-by-step what the plan was and the Service parts that needed to be ordered. He let us know when they had been delivered as well as installed. Dylan is incredibly good at what he does and I have never worked with a more thorough or dedicated technician. As mad as we were about purchasing a used card that had issues, Dylan did everything in his power to keep us happy and made sure we were well taken care of. As we all know, great customer service is very difficult to find and Fritts Ford is incredibly lucky to have him on their team! Thank you Dylan Lindsay!
