It happens that Diamond is so close, that we should not need to look farther for a new car. (~or used, in this case.) You had available a 2021 Jeep gladiator ~ rubicon that was the correct type for our purposes. There are several reasons why your prices do not compete. Geographically, you are in~between other dealerships that would cause you to reconsider your sticker prices. approx. 30~40 miles to the nearest in either direction. Of course, in my younger days, i could not afford the models i have purchased. But also, previous state admins did not require such onerous, burdensome and confiscatory sales taxes. Luckily, the second purchase was transported to its new home in another state. Which allowed me to assist the owners more than otherwise if they were Ca. residents. They are not. The next seven months will determine whether I myself remain a Ca. resident. For both financial reasons AND Federal gov't. policy decisions that affect such practical considerations as budgetary policies that affect law & order. Your people are good. Your vehicles are good. Your service men are good. You have helped my family and I of course, recommend your dealership to any & all who should ask. Please give my best regards & gratitude to Mr. Robert Hill and to Mr. Donald Yarnall. I love driving my new Silverado. And my daughter loves driver her new Jeep. ~simply said.

Had a pretty major issue with a sprinter van for our fleet. I reported this to Autobahn and they were very fast at responding to the issue. Anthony J of Service & Mechanic Tyler R took very good care of us. I was told the part was not going to arrive until today 3.29.24. To my surprise the part had already arrived either Monday or Tuesday and had the van ready to go by 3.28.24. My last two car services were handled by Niki without a hiccup and efficiently. The first one was last minute, but she was able to squeeze me into a slot so my car would be ready for a trip I had planned. My last service was also very efficient, she checked the car in and handled the rest herself. All I had to do was drop the car, and pick up once I received the call and video explaining the service done to my car. I love her friendly demeanor, efficiency and customer service attitude. Before her I've had five other service advisors pushing a sale for extra and unnecessary services/accessories -at two different Mazda dealerships. And so far these last two services were the least stressful and pleasant experiences. Thank you Niki! And you too Bobby -keep up the hard work! I will keep coming for many years. :)
