Dishonest Practices, Bait-and-Switch Financing, and Broken Promises* This dealership misled me at every turn. Despite advertising "90 days no payments," they refused to honor it unless I used their preferred lenders—a condition hidden until I was pressured at signing. I explicitly requested financing through **VW Financial** (my prior lender) and was assured it would happen. Instead, they secretly switched my loan to another lender **two weeks after purchase** without my consent. They also ran my credit with **4 different companies** without transparency, unnecessarily damaging my 750 credit score. Despite a strong payment history and excellent credit, they prioritized their kickbacks over customer trust. **AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.** Their sales team lies to close deals, and their finance department manipulates loans post-sale. Secure your own financing beforehand—do NOT trust their "offers." What they advertise and what they deliver are entirely different.

YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO GET GOOSE BUMPS AT A CAR DEALER!!" This is what I told Brando after seeing the deal in writing at the dealership. We had discussed the deal 3 hours earlier over phone and I had to drive 2 hours to get there but because I've been damaged by every other car dealer, I was expecting the numbers to be different once I got to the dealership, as I read down the numbers, they were exactly as we discussed. Then it happened again in the finance office and I told Juan, "YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO GET GOOSE BUMPS AT A CAR DEALER!!" I mentioned to them earlier, before driving to the dealership, that I did not want to purchase any additional items for the vehicle. Juan had me out of the finance office in what felt like 20 minutes. "I GOT GOOSEBUMPS", from being thoroughly listened to by everyone including Elyse..., and then, Rufus, Brando and Juan following through with exactly what I asked for. "AMAZING!"

We purchased a new 2015 Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Oxnard when the dealer was fair and we knew the contract, in written form, before we purchased the vehicle. In 2024 we purchased a used vehicle from the same dealer but under new ownership. We were not able to review the contract in written form, only on a large screen. They charged us for items we didn’t want. We have never a difficult time with a dealer until now. We had to print the contract at home on our own printer. Now months later we had a flat tire and there was no lug nut key and we had to pay over $180.00 to remove the locks. Lexus did not verify that the vehicle had locks when we purchased the vehicle. I would recommend customers to go to Thousand Oaks for a Lexus.

Went in with a pre approval got asked while being on a test drive how I was looking to purchase the car I ignored the question went inside with the car salesman negotiated the price of the vehicle after I stated I would finance with my local credit union they continue to try n pressure me into financing with them so they can hit a bonus with GM Finance I refused after I refused they got me sign a credit application they stated would only be used for conforming my identity later to find out they ran my credit through Mission federal credit union not telling me so now I’m going to head in tomorrow to talk this out and see why they conduct business in such a unprofessional way next time work harder to hit your bonus don’t use people credit when your not authorized.

When I first was interested in the truck 2025 TRD Off road Tacoma. It already had a scratch on the driver door and the passenger fender that the sales man was not even aware of. When asked if the scratches can be fixed before sale or after sale. Sales man Derrick said no, but the following day, he gave a call back and said it will be completely fixed. I bought the car and received it 3 days after purchase so the scratches can be fixed. After a week, the truck was scraping the inside of the fender, so I took it in. Free of scratch on 4/30/25. I had to leave it overnight for them to fix it. I received two messages that I did not make an appointment which was odd since the truck was left overnight. I was able to pick it up the following day but did not sign any document of what was done or had anyone show me what was done other than a picture sent by what l believe is a manger in sales. I had to go to the receptionist and find my truck myself as the manger had gone home for the day. When I inspected my truck I had a new scratch on the tailgate that was not there. I reported the scratch to the manager via text message and was told they'd do a courtesy touch up. How ever this touch up was just a sloppy paint slap done in less than 2 minutes. My review is a 1 star due to customer service and overall experience. This dealership/mechanic shop appears to be unorganized and scratch prone (two scratches before sale then one after arrives) to their vehicles. I would recommend you think twice before taking your vehicle to get serviced here.

AC was blowing warm and 2 of the 3 components were given extended warranty, my luck the apparently not covered component was faulty , after calling the Norm Reeves store I purchased the vehicle at to make sure it wasn’t covered , Nathaniel worked with the store I bought the car to supply all needed info and lo and behold a 2,000 job now only costs me my 50,00 deductible I give kudos to both of these Norm Reeves stores to save a customer 2,000.00

Addison was great and he felt the same way about the technicians reason for the vibration at the front-end of my truck. The tech said the vibration was due to faulty lugnuts? Faulty lugnuts! xxx? I'm looking at Addison he's shaking his head I'm like well so what this is warranty work . Fix my truck. They wanted me to buy a set of lugnuts for 200 bucks then put them on myself and bring the truck back so they can take another look. I have no time I gotta work I got a job to do I got my kids to drive to school ! Meanwhile the vibration is getting worse everyday, they still haven't fixed the issue the haven't even reached out. Why can't you guys just fix my truck which is the second one I've bought. Faulty lugnuts! It's warranty work FIX MY TRUCK !
