I tried typing a review a few minutes ago and don't know if it was sent as it disappeared so I'm trying again. My service advisor Adam Cole was very helpful and nice. I was happy to have him as my advisor. I've had my car serviced at your dealership ever since I purchased it in 2009. I do have a few complaints to submit thou. The service prices keep going up, however, Adam did give me a discount this time which helped but the price is no where near what I used to pay when Dan Atwood owned the dealership. The price increases are tough on someone who has limited income. Also, I've been really disappointed about your TV situation. A customer used to be able to watch regular TV while waiting for their car to be serviced which helped pass the time and now all you can watch are Toyota commercials which your customers don't even watch. I've heard several customers complain about the same thing. I was told a while back that they discontinues regular TV because they didn't want their employees to watch sports. It Seems like you could control your employees and not take TV away from your loyal customers. And the last complaint is that when Dan Atwood owned the dealership my car was always washed after each service appointment. So with these complaints, the dealership is not as good as it used to be. I've heard several of your customers make the same complaint that I'm making. I hope you find this helpful.

Jaime Vega in the Service Department is always helpful. He was the first service advisor I met at Sierra Subaru and I keep going back because I really appreciate his professionalism. Waiting area has snacks, air conditioning, comfy chairs, and TV while you wait for your car to be serviced. I get a text update when my car is checked in and when it’s done. Plus, the service tech sends a video of the services performed.

I just bought 2 cars from Porshce Woodland Hills in a short span of 9 months. Let me just say what wonderful experiences they have been! I first went in there for a used Cayman GTS that I found in an online ad, then I saw a brand new Cayman S hiding next to it, looking absolute gorgeous. Even I didn't plan to buy a new car, my salesman Kris helped me get a very good deal - it turned out that the new car cost even cheaper the used GTS! I never thought I would walk out there with a brand new Porshce. Unfortunately my dad got car sick on the way home, I thought it might have something to do with the manual transmission. So I told Kris I would like get an automatic instead, preferably a GTS . Kris was very understanding and kind enough to fight for me for an allocation for a GTS. Whala, I got a chance to custom build a new Porsche of my dream! During the long wait, Kris kept communicating with me about the order process and the tariff scenario, among other topics. Last week I finally picked up the Cayman GTS , but found out that it was a little short of my dream specs because the seats were not as the same as the 2-tone stitching picture shown on Porsche's configuration page. I complained to Kris about it, and you know what, after he raised it to Porsche and his boss Brian, they agreed to refund me for the cost of that option and picked a battery tender as a gift for me! That is the long and short of my experiences with Porsche Woodland Hills. They are the No. 1 Porshce dealership on the west coast and No. 2 in the U.S. You can draw your own conclusion about them. If you ever plan to buy a car from them, go look for Kris. He is not only a great salesman, but also a great father, a great husband, just a wonderful human being. Treat him with respect, he will treat you with more in return! By the way, he's the guy that got the biggest smile at the dealership!

When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. I give this dealership and their awesome team a 5-star review. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
