I found the experience of purchasing a car through Groove Subaru to be very smooth and easy. Jonathan was very knowledgable and helpful in comparing the pros and cons of two used cars I was considering. I trust that i made the best choice with his assistance. Loving the car so far! I also appreciated his flexibility and assistance with getting paperwork to my wife and getting the vehicle home. Highly reccommend!

Kyle was very helpful and treated me as a human rather than a customer. He is able to be personable and funny while being knowledgeable about the products being sold. He was also patient as I needed time and multiple visits to decide on my best option before making a purchase. I’m not sure of the name of the front desk woman but she was awesome as well.

Our experience at Schomp Subaru was awesome. They have the best selection of Subarus by far and we were able to get a test drive on our schedule. We worked with Stephanie, who is so patient and helpful and went above and beyond to help us find the car we wanted. Can’t say enough!

While I didn’t end up purchasing at Valley Subaru, I had such a stellar experience over the phone with Julie C. in sales that I would highly recommend anyone in the greater Denver Metro to reach out to her directly. She listened to my needs and helped me tremendously by helping me save time and money. We’re postponing our search for now due to a home refinance but will be reaching out to her in the future. She’s a true professional and a pleasure to work with!

We had planned shopping around but our experience was so great we didn't go anywhere else. Layne was absolutely the best! We definitely don't like pushy salesmen. We let him know we would be looking around and would find him whe we were ready. He was able to easily answer all of our questions/concerns and kept us laughing. Our experience was like having dinner with an old friend. We had an approval from our bank but they went one step further and got us a MUCH better rate! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Stop by and ask for Layne.

The staff are very knowledgeable and really cared about my car problems. My car was fully inspected and serviced. They even lent me a car while my car was in service. The service is wonderful!

What an amazing experience buying my Outback from Subaru of Loveland! I would never have expected it to be this easy! Robert (Bobby) McFall was more than my sales person, he became a supportive friend (as he does with all his customers). Any so called problem I had, he supplied a solution. When it was time to talk with the sales manager Todd Seipelt, he was thoughtful and considerate to my needs. Thanks Todd! I Highly recommend Subaru of Loveland!!

This is one worst customer service experiences. I’ve had. I took my key in for a chip reprogramming, within a month the key no longer worked rendering my car inoperable. Service manager and even general we both unwilling to offer any customer satisfaction. The only thing they would do is charge me full price to fix it again.

Auto Nation Subaru
General Manager= Brian Murphy
In 2020 I was involved with 4 transactions at Auto Nation. 3 where new car purchases and 3 of the 4 where at Brian Murphys location. 2 were for my sons and one was for a 30 year friend. My experience would indicate that Brian Murphy is not a man of his word. He exemplifies everything bad that you hear about unethical, low integrity auto sales people from the old days. Most sales people today are just trying to make a living and “DO THE RIGHT THING”. Not Brian Murphy.
Brian Murphy has owed me what is a small amount of money since Aug.31,2020. Most people let it go but he promised me that and it is the principal. His location has now taken my drivers license and personal info. twice to facilitate this. He refuses to “DO THE RIGHT THING” as promised and send it to me.
AutoNation Corporate help line is of no, zero help. No one ever returns the call, they do not care and there is no resolution there.
I believe that most AutoNations are trying to “DO THE RIGHT THING” however I would be hesitant to trust and expect that Brian Murphy at this location will do as he has promised. You can buy a Subaru or any vehicle anywhere. Just do not purchase it at this location while he is in charge.

The first trip to the service department led to a 2 hour wait to get a key fob programmed, the second trip led to a 7.5 hour wait to get a light fixture replaced! The people act nice, but nobody is doing any work around here!
This place can't seem to get anything right on the... - andrew0
This place can't seem to get anything right on the service side of the house. Both my girlfriend and I purchased our cars from here and anytime we've brought our cars back for service we encounter some kind of issue. Most recently I brought my car in for a recall and also asked if they could patch two punctures in the same tire. When my car was ready, I saw someone pull it around and then it just sat there for nearly an hour before someone came to get me, it was even moved out of the way twice so other newly serviced cars could be picked up first. On top of that, when I got home I discovered that only one of the two punctures in the tire had been patched, and the other nail was still clearly visible in the tire. This is just the tip of the iceberg, but their ability to botch even the simplest of repairs is representative of their complete inability to handle more complex automotive service and customer service issues. Never going back.
Incredible Integrity; You Don't Hear Stories Like This Often - steamboat-resident
Buy your used vehicle from Cook in Steamboat, Colorado! Be sure to ask for Wolf, their best Salesman. Here's why:
I purchased a used Chevy Silverado High Country which ended up having some issues. Wolf was our sales rep and he was wonderful in every way - expert on all the features in the marketplace - and his guidance was spot on because we LOVE the vehicle. Wolf even arranged to have the vehicle stored the vehicle for a few days because it was a gift! He also came in on his day off to execute the deal so I could give the gift on time.
The most notable part is that we discovered a couple of issues immediately (not 1,000 miles or several months later, but immediately). Wolf was on it - attentive, responded to text messages right away - he wanted to make sure we were taken care of since we had just spent money with him. The owner of Cook got involved and provided immediate approval for his people to do a full, costly repair. I did not have to plead my case. They did the right thing, even though they legally didn't have to. Also, Wolf got us a loaner vehicle, which I did not expect them to do since we were not paying for a service call.
A side note - we have always had our Suburban serviced by their Craig Cook location - they are excellent - they fix it right, and they don't overcharge. Buying a used vehicle, we experienced the same integrity/professionalism.
I started researching a new Subaru Crosstrek about a year... - Tim
I started researching a new Subaru Crosstrek about a year ago, knowing that my 2012 GMC Acadia was on life support and would not be surviving much longer. I’d become enamored with Subaru’s little Legacy on steroids when they first started showing up in the early Twenty-Teens. When the redesign came out in ’18, I pretty much decided this car would be the replacement for my terminally ill Acadia.
I read review after review, and watched YouTube video after video of owner reviews, dealer sales pitches, and head-to-head matchups against their competitors. The only real complaint was that the hamsters powering the boxer engine were a little anemic. So, when the Sport was introduced in late 2020, with a whopping Corvette-like 182 HP, I was sold.
I started looking more seriously, spending countless hours on AutoTrader.com, CarGuru.com, and other interweb based car sales sites looking for the “right one”. The Crosstrek Sport seemed like the perfect replacement car. Sporty, great fuel efficiency, all weather floor protection, and seats that would hold up to my four furry canine companions. I’d have preferred a manual transmission, but a sacrifice had to be made. I only had a couple “wants” in new car. A rear bumper protector to keep doggo scratches to a minimum, and an upgraded sound system. I ended up building my perfect car on the Subaru website and sending the “build number” to several area dealerships to get their best “out the door” price. (I live in SW Wyoming and my little town doesn’t have a Subaru dealership so I expanded my search primarily to the Salt Lake City and Northern Colorado area… a couple hour drive in either direction.)
In order to get the upgraded sound system, it appeared I would have to order the car, and wait 6-8 weeks for delivery. I hoped by praying to the great car gods in the sky, I could will the Acadia into surviving for a month or two until her replacement came in. Most of the dealer offers were within a hundred dollars or so of each other for the car I built, running right around the high $26-thousands, “Out The Door”. Then, enter Dellenbach Motors of Fort Collins, Colorado.
I received a call from Kody with Dellenbach saying had THAT car ON THE LOT. It was even in the color I wanted (Horizon Blue Metallic). I had seen the car he told me about during my web search but saw nothing on the window sticker discussing the upgraded audio system. I said “NO WAY!” He said “WAY!” He then told me that his dealership often installs the upgraded Rockford Fosgate sound systems in one of each model Subaru as a tester so people could hear examples of the upgraded system. Not only that, but the car also had some other options including roof rail cross bars, splash guards, Mirror compass with Homelink, and a couple other things. Even WITH those options, and one other little wish (rear seat-back protectors), Kody was able to beat all of the other prices. I gave him my credit card and put a deposit on the car.
Living in Wyoming and having to travel on I-80 to get anywhere in February, made travel to pick up the car a little questionable. Coincidentally, my wife and I have a high maintenance bulldog that has to see a Vet in Fort Collins and we already had a trip to FOCO scheduled a couple weeks down the road. Cody was completely accommodating and agreed to keep the new Subi safe for us for a couple weeks until we could venture over the frozen Tundra that is southern Wyoming during winter. We made the trip last week and picked up our little Crosstrek. Kody took the time to teach an old dog new tricks with all of the technology this little car has, and sent us on our way with our new dog hauler.
The drive back to Wyoming was mostly clear, but within a day the weather turn again with snow, ice, and wind, creating some pretty good drifts. The Subi handled it like a champ. What a great little car… I am nothing but pleased.
Last point in this small novel. Less than a week after picking up the car, Kody called to check in and make sure everything was good with the car. It was, and having to drive our medically challenged Bulldog back to the CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital within a couple week, Kody set up my first service to coincide with our next trip.
All in all, I would highly recommend Dellenbach for your next Subaru purchase. They made it easy from start to finish, no high pressure, quick return calls… everything you’d want from a dealership.
Just wanted to let you know what a blissful, all-day... - Solarado
Just wanted to let you know what a blissful, all-day drive we took in our Subaru Forester! It was a lazy, 325-mile loop around familiar mountains and the fall color views were magical and breathtaking.
Words fail to describe how perfect we are finding the 2018 Subaru you [Jonathan Rosales] found for us! Plus an un-sought bonus = our very first tank-fill when we started out shows that we got 37 mpg in the very mixed driving we have done. On top of that, when the ignition “froze” at our last stop of the day, there you were when I called, explaining how all we needed to do was yank the steering wheel hard enough to un-freeze it. Worked like a charm, taking the only worry out of our day and giving us great memories here in our “old folks” lives. 😇
Thank you for being who you are and helping us, both before and after the sale!
Went for recall on airbag, changed oil and charged my wife - SWB1
Dropped car off for a airbag recall. Groove said this a “no charge” service. My wife picked up, and they had changed oil and charged her $65, without calling or asking. Previously, wife dropped and they recommended tires at 20K miles..... she agreed..... Ripped off, not needed! Stay away form this for Subaru service.
They texted me and asked “how was service”. I responded it “sucked” and explained why. They never responded.
