If my wife and I could give Valley Subaru 10 stars we would. We traded in our 2017 Outback, for a 2019 Outback on May 2, and we bought both of them at Valley. We took our 2017 Outback in for an oil change in April and I asked the Nic, the sales manager, if he would do a walk around assessment of the car for its trade in value. He agreed and his price matched the two on line price assessments I got a week earlier. At that time, he introduced us to a salesperson, whose name is Covenant. Our buying experience on 5/2: Because we didn’t need to test drive the new car and the trade in value was known, the buying process was very fast. We arrived at Valley at 10:30 and left with our new car at 11:45. Many kudos to Covenant, Adam the finance director and Nic.
Also, we’ve worked with the service department for the last two and a half years for oil changes and computer updates and the work has always been on time and well done.

Buy your used vehicle from Cook in Steamboat, Colorado! Be sure to ask for Wolf, their best Salesman. Here's why:
I purchased a used Chevy Silverado High Country which ended up having some issues. Wolf was our sales rep and he was wonderful in every way - expert on all the features in the marketplace - and his guidance was spot on because we LOVE the vehicle. Wolf even arranged to have the vehicle stored the vehicle for a few days because it was a gift! He also came in on his day off to execute the deal so I could give the gift on time.
The most notable part is that we discovered a couple of issues immediately (not 1,000 miles or several months later, but immediately). Wolf was on it - attentive, responded to text messages right away - he wanted to make sure we were taken care of since we had just spent money with him. The owner of Cook got involved and provided immediate approval for his people to do a full, costly repair. I did not have to plead my case. They did the right thing, even though they legally didn't have to. Also, Wolf got us a loaner vehicle, which I did not expect them to do since we were not paying for a service call.
A side note - we have always had our Suburban serviced by their Craig Cook location - they are excellent - they fix it right, and they don't overcharge. Buying a used vehicle, we experienced the same integrity/professionalism.

Michael Applegate, our salesperson, was excellent with his patience and technical knowledge helping my wife and I find the right vehicle. May 14th we had a recall done on our subaru legacy. From the minute we walked in service department we were not even acknowledged. An airbag was replaced but did not mention a bad airbag sensor which left airbag light on still with no explanation. So from experience I would not recommend anyone to this department.

Less than one star would be more appropriate! Found out our salesman and the entire tower lied to us about our 'new' Subaru outback. It was a brand new car they couldn't sell 'new' because of a bunch of lies told to us. Then we recently found out why they couldn't sell it new was that it had transportation damage (about $5000 worth). Because they carry their own insurance they fixed it and didn't disclose it at the sale. Sad that they are liars. #autonation #autonationpayattentionhere #doismelllitagation
Went for recall on airbag, changed oil and charged my wife - SWB1
Dropped car off for a airbag recall. Groove said this a “no charge” service. My wife picked up, and they had changed oil and charged her $65, without calling or asking. Previously, wife dropped and they recommended tires at 20K miles..... she agreed..... Ripped off, not needed! Stay away form this for Subaru service.
They texted me and asked “how was service”. I responded it “sucked” and explained why. They never responded.
