She immediately made us feel like friends instead of customers. She was never pushy or “salesy” — just honest, supportive, and incredibly easy to work with. She made the entire process feel comfortable… and honestly, even fun. Dan, the sales manager, was equally great. Instead of feeling pressured, I was sitting in his office talking shop and negotiating openly. It felt collaborative, not adversarial. And Morgan in finance had us laughing the entire time — something I never thought I’d say about signing car paperwork! The entire team was patient, kind, understanding, and truly supportive from start to finish. I would buy a car from them a thousand times over.
