Germain Honda is one of Floridas best dealerships regarding their service department. First of all if you go there everyone is so accommodating and friendly. From now on I'm only dealing with Albert Checo who I had the best experience in all my life! Seriously, Albert was so caring and supportive. My engine was sorta of siezing and the car was only 3 yrs old. Albert was very reassuring, he kept me informed of the status, the findings and took care of it all. Even when I was provided a temporary car, Albert ran and grabbed my garage door opener after I thought I took everything out I needed from my vehicle. No matter how busy, hectic it was Albert didn't lose his calm chill demeanor and always smiled. Also I want to give a shout out to Matt, who arranged my loaner for me. I love these guys and can't say enough! Im a devote customer just because of these two men and their professional action oriented results! I have taken my car to Napleton VW of Orlando several times over the past few years for a reoccurring issue. Each time the service staff have been professional, kind, and helpful. Roger has gone above and beyond to make sure that I and my car have been taken care of properly. Occasionally I have had long waits for parts to come in, but that is not the fault of the dealership or of the people working there, just a reality of current times. I will happily continue bringing my GTI to Napleton of Orlando for any future service needs.
