I just have to start by saying Tim Spellman at JM Lexus made our recent lease for a GX 550 so effortless and convenient. Especially when the new GX’s are very hard to find these days due their high demand. But Tim made sure we were able to reserve a vehicle from their pipeline in a timely manner. This is our 3rd lease at JM Lexus and all with Tim, it’s always seemles each and every time. At JM Lexus the whole car leasing/buying experience is always truly pleasant. Our return for our previous lease was returned on the same day as we got our new vehicle and all done in a timely manner without any surprises. Everything was as discussed in previous meetings. Professional staff and excellent facility. Somewhat disappointed with the substantial cost to replace a strap/ebrake wire that had the guide snap. It doubled the cost for repairs. It should be reviewed to see if there are ways to do the work more efficiently.

Buyer beware! Stay away from Audi Clearwater! We purchased a 2023 Audi Q5 in February 2025 and have had the same problem since then. We brought the car in three times for service and they told me it was corrected. I met with David, the dealership manager and explained the situation to him. He said there will not be a fourth time we will trade! David went back on his word and we had to bring it back a fourth time. Now they tell me there's nothing wrong with the car. Don't trust David or service. They are incompetent.
