Very professional, open honest communication through entire efficient process, closed the deal very quickly and easily. Matt was kind and considerate, accommodated my very thorough inspection, offered to make room for me indoors with plenty of room and out of the sun and provided a USB drive with all the pictures for me. Brian even responded on his day off to answer one of my questions. Friendly team. Customer service was outstanding!

Great experience with everyone at the dealership. Ordered the 2025 Range Rover Autobiography, and it was delivered as promised and with red carpet treatment. I first tried to order the same SUV from other Land Rover dealerships in my area, but JLR Melbourne was very receptive, returned calls, and followed up with my during the whole process. I was treated indifferently by other Range Rover dealerships in the Orlando Area. Even though JLR Melbourne is an hour from where I live, they delivered!

Great experience with this dealership. Nice team to work with, made it easy. I came in to buy a used vehicle and ended up buying a new car as well. Joshua in sales took good care of us the whole time. Anthony in finance as well. The only improvement I would say for this dealer /Acura is to have home chargers ready for customers to take with them when they buy an electric vehicle. I bought the ZDX on the 25th and still do not have a way to charge at home or on the go.

By far the best service, professionalism, knowledgeable, detailed sales person that I have ever dealt with in my 30+ years of buying and leasing cars. Also, I want to thank his boss Joseph Callava, who is always on call to make those numbers a reality, and lastly, Mr. Willam at financing for a clean and simple signing. This was by far my most pleasant and customer focused car purchase/lease interaction I have ever had. I have been with Mercedes for the last 12 years and decided that it was time for a change. The things missing in that experience - customer care, appreciation, insight and education (of product) was found with Jeff and Dimmitt Cadillac. Jeff found me the 2026 SUV that was only "arriving in the spring of 2025" in less than 30 days. This dealership understands how to focus on the customer experience vs volume. The finance team also made it a dream, in and out in less than an hour.
