I love this dealership and will only get my camaro serviced here! I drive all the way from Key West, 4 hours away, All because the customer service! Carlos in the service department, he is my representative, and he is the best!! I always know that I’m in the best hands with Carlos overseeing the work they do on my car. He never lets me get on the road unsafe as he knows I travel a lot for my business. But I also know that they are honest here and don’t try to sell me stuff that my car doesn’t need! This is so important and again this dealership does a great job! I highly recommend them for your Chevrolet service!!

The vendor Manuel Puyoza was very professional. I had an appointment at 1.30 pm and I left the dealership with a replaced car at 4:30 pm. For the trade in Kia paid 27,500, the car they offered on the internet was 35,000, the difference would have been 7,500 dollar, but I paid 11,802 dollars, I had to buy a Premiums Protect Plus Package for 1,995 dollars. That package includes benefits that are already covered by my Geico insurance and by triple A. The other charges like taxes, procession, title and registration charges were ok. Overall, a good experience.

Edited review 5/31/25-General Manager Aleesa reached out to me directly. Arranged an appt and provided a car to drive while services being done. She was incredibly helpful and showed that this dealership really takes care of their customers. Made an Appointment weeks in advance to have my oil changed. I arrived at my scheduled time of 10am. Told the service advisor I was going to Walmart and i’d be backed as I had a birthday party to attend at 1pm. I retuned at noon only to find that my car had not been touched. 2 hours after my scheduled appointment my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I’m a super busy person and taking the time to drop off my car took advance planning. Ben the service advisor acted like it was my fault because I wasn’t able to leave my car there for 8 hours (all day) to have a simple oil change. I left with no oil change. Funny that this was the free maintenance Chevy offers. That’s one way to not stand by your promise, make it impossible to get the service done. I need to add that a year later I’m still trying to get my 2nd key that should have been given to me the day I bought the Car in June 2024. I guess it takes 6 months to order a replacement key that the dealership could not find. Needless to say avoid avoid avoid!
