Since 2019, I have had the pleasure with EXCELLENT customer service from Dick Norris which is now Tasca Dealership. The exceptional service I have received are from the following individuals. Mike Bennett, David with the goatee, Luke, and Toby service manager. All of these gentlemen have provided me with extraordinary customer service. All of them were professional, upbeat, funny, and overall honest. In this particular time in life, it is hard to feel comfortable with so many people/companies taking advantage of others. I have never felt that way with this team at this dealership. They always told me what I would need in the future to budget myself for the next repair. My 2008 Buick Lacrosse CXL lasted for 208,000 same engine because of these guys and the techs as well. I no longer have the Lacrosse because she served her purpose since 2014 with my family.
