I worked with a very nice sales person, very professional. he spent time showing me the cars and explained to me everything to the point that i made a decision to buy from him until I met with the most horrible disrespectful manager i've ever seen in my life. I ve never seen a manger that yell at his customers. Just because he did not like my offer, he went all red and started to yell that everyone in building heard him. I felt very bad for the sales man, he worked so hard to get my business but the ray….t manager ruined everything. I will never buy from Mercedes, Audi and Porsche of Melbourne (Same Owner). My 86-year-old grandfather recently bought a Chevy Cruz at Donny Mill's. My grandfather saw the vehicle had low miles and felt it was well priced. He purchased the car, brought it home, and upon inspection of the Carfax, I(his grandson) realized that the car had been involved in two accidents, one causing frame damage. After careful review of the CarFax, I noticed something weird. The car was registered in 2020 with 69,000 miles. My grandfather bought the car with 70,000, meaning that in 5 years, whoever owned the vehicle put about 1000 miles on the car. 1000 miles in 5 years! This smells fishy and screams of odometer rollback. I will file a Federal and State case to look into whether the miles were tampered with. Additionally, I got the car appraised from two separate dealerships, and both said the car wasn't worth more than $1000 due to the structural damage. They took advantage of my grandfather, and the guy at Donny's refused to refund us even though we purchased the car less than 24 hours ago.

I have been trying to get my gap insurance refund since January 2025 that was issued to the dealer by chase bank. I have talked to the finance manager several times, the sales manager and even the general manager. I have been calling weekly for over 3 months now. Each person I spoke with said they would get it resolved and get the refund check to me. They also say they will call back. No one ever calls back. Last week I spoke to the general manager and he got mad because I am frustrated with his dealership and asking for what is owed to me. He also assured me he would resolve the issue and overnight a refund check. Well I am still waiting on my check. The refund was sent to the dealer and instead of sending me the refund, it appears they are just keeping my money. Worst dealer experience in over 60 new car purchases. Will never buy here again and will never recommend this dealership.

I can’t speak on the sales department, but the service department, (I mean, I never thought they would one up the quality of service I received from them, the last time i had my truck in there). This time in, Ms Ashley was my rep/liaison. After the initial “welcome to Dayton Andrews, have been helped or checked in yet”(less than a minute after I pulled in), I explained everything that was happening, along with a safety recall issue notice, she just said, this might take a while, and we’re probably gonna keep it over night, depending on the diagnostics, so to be safe, let me get you into a rental and get you out of here as fast as possible”. As I was waiting In the lounge area, not more than 10 min. Ashley walks up to me and says my rides here to take me to get my rental. She handed me the paperwork and I was out the door… (MIND BLOWN) That’s just the beginning… Ashley was so on it with the communication, updates on the truck while it was being serviced. It took the stress of my mind. And lastly, it was one of those busy work days for me and even though I was notified my truck was ready for pick up around 11:00am, I wasn’t able to get there until about 6pm, and they close at 5:30! She was there, patiently waiting and not mad about it. I mean come on, how often do you see a person stay late for a customer they don’t even know, to make sure they get their vehicle back. To complete the sales on that day, the sales man (Tito) sold me a car and indicated if I paid the entire financed amount before 45 days then the amount to pay would be the same amount as the price agreed during the sale. That was not true. When I went to pay the bill with 20 days getting the day, the pay off amount grew by $$$ because there was interest built in on every day since the day the sale was completed. And I asked this very specific question before closing the deal and the answer was no interest. So they will do/say anything to push the car. Be aware of their bad sales tactics. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM GREENWAY FORD AGAIN!

I purchased a Mercedes Gla250 2015, drove good for about 4-5 weeks, now all of a sudden all lights on in the car, took to the car to a mechanic how about it’s a bad transmission!! They knew this car was bad from the jump! Don’t waste your money! I just wished i would have looked at the reviews before i purchased.

" SCAM ALERT " Dishonest found the grey f150 2017 4x4 5.0 on car guru Ali said the transfer case was making noise and was going to be replaced and we could go to the shop to see it and drive it. Drove a hr to be told by Rudy the mechanic that we couldn't drive the truck until said transfer case was replaced. Drove to Check Auto made the deal with Ali pending repair Ali said it was a Florida truck this is where the lies began to surface as the paper work showed it was from the Salt belt of Ohio ? Should have walked right then as it gets much worse. Got the call the next morning all was good and the transfer case was replaced drove back one hr to drive the truck we inspected the transfer case to find it had not been replaced as we had took a picture the day before and it was plain to see it was the same one and had had no bolts removed decided since we were there to drive it anyway. There was just enough fuel to drive just far enough for the real problem to surface as a so called bad transfer case was a smoke screen for a bad transmission ! It was clunky in first and second and a loud pop followed with a hum and slip grind in third . Buyer be ware of this car lot always drive a used vehicle long enough to warm things up and give time for hidden problems to surface .
