First off let me say this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The people are so friendly. Cindy made me feel so welcome. The owner came and introduced himself to me. Even the owners fur baby came and loved on me. The first day I took my truck and got it appraised and Cindy helped me choose a vehicle that fit what I needed. I was able to go home and think about it. Then I filled out the application online. When I tell you I went back, signed all of my paperwork and was out in less than 2 hrs. Cindy sat in the car and made sure I was connected to the FordPass and my truck. Make sure when you go you ask for her. She will do you right. Thank you so much Pioneer!!!

Went trade in shopping he got me a good trade in value and he sold me on a Nissan Frontier. There was a paperwork discrepancy that in the end was my fault but Athens Ford and Michael did right by me in correcting it and I really appreciated that. It was a 2016 and has 58000 miles on it. after owning it for approximately 60 days I found out It needed a Catalytic Converter which costs $3200 to fix. I reported it to my sales guy Justin Parker and he went through the grapevine and secured a $1200 discount. He is a very good salesman and takes pride in his product and the Ford Dealership. Everything was explained clearly — pricing, financing, all of it — and there were no surprise twists. That alone made a huge difference. Honestly, the biggest thing I can say is this: I’ve never owned a Ford before, and I probably wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for Phil. This might be premature, but... sales team was good and the service team has been great. I have a mechanical issue with the 2025 new Expedition and the automatic windows not staying up. This has not been addressed adequately, so I have escalated it to the general manager from whom I cannot get a response. My fear is this is ongoing and something that will never be fixed in which case I will have a much bigger claim.
