I bought a new hyundai elantra earlier this week. I work two jobs so it was hard for me to find time to get into the dealership. Dwayne talked with me via text all day monday morning. He answered all of my questions and convinced me to get a new car. I'm so happy i listened to him. When i showed up that evening he had all the paper work ready, and gave me a thorough run down of the car. HauB Cao was great to work with as well. This was my first time purchasing a Hyundai. Tiara Henderson reached out to me as soon as I submitted an inquiry regarding a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Patrick Sanders. He was great to work with. Terrence Pigott also introduced himself to us. We test drove the vehicle and fell in love. We left the dealership and talked it over. After weighing the pros and cons, we let Patrick and Terrence know we were interested. They quickly accepted our offer! We met with Teauna to finalize the paperwork and drove away with our new Hyundai! Everyone at this dealership was professional and extremely nice! As a single female who has had her fair share of miserable experiences associated with cars, I typically feel on the defensive as I walk into a sales lot alone. I usually feel I have to haggle my way through and avoid being taken advantage of. William Harris was immediately warm and friendly in a way that felt genuine and set me at ease. I appreciate that he wasn't pushy and let me take my time in asking questions and moving forward.
After test-driving, I took the used car to my mechanic for a double check (which I've learned to do from some poor experiences), and a few minor issues were found. After some negotiation, Nalley agreed to address these issues. The service department was excellent, and when I thought a point of agreed service was missed, the technician (Joe, I believe?) provided me copies of tests on the car to affirm that all was taken care of, as he wanted "to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase".
I live in the city, 20 miles from the dealership and work nights and weekends, a schedule opposite to all my friends and family. So it became difficult for me to find someone to drive with me to pick up my new car. William generously offered to deliver my new car to me when I returned my rental car at the airport, so I would not have to wait a few more days to enjoy my purchase. I was stunned by his offer. He truly went above and beyond to give me a new "used-car buying experience". He even communicated with me on his day off to ensure I was taken care of and satisfied. Thank you, William!
The only criticism I have is for Jay Williams, the finance director. Although certainly professional, he was not very friendly, and his interactions with other staff did not seem the most respectful (for example, interrupting William as he was setting me up on Blue Link). And when I brought up a point of clarification regarding the car service being performed, he said he had nothing to do with it and I'd have to speak to someone else. I realize that's not his area of responsibility, but there was no offer to investigate or communicate on my behalf.
But the other staff made up for it. Overall, 5 stars for Nalley Hyundai!

I went in on Saturday to look around and see if anything caught my eye. I was met at the door by Woody. He was very helpful and took the time to ask me about my needs and what exactly I was looking for. I'm the type of customer that most sales people can't stand, when I decide to make a large purchase I start doing my research months in advance so I know exactly what I'm looking for when I decide to finally buy. I ended up test driving 3 cars at the dealership. Unfortunately, I was unable to find anything that just spoke to me.

Pulled in with no reservation, had a light problem. Kudos to service dept. Fixed right away by a service person who also discussed my oil change with me. Did not get his name but he is the person who not only fixed my light but he also changes oil and does vehicle service. My thanks to him. While there I reacquainted with a lady I had met when I purchased my car. Her name is Sydney (can't forget such a pretty name for a young lady) this person is an absolute asset to this business or any other for that matter. BEWARE!!! Eric Stallworth was an excellent salesperson, however the finance department and manager are very deceitful. When I asked about the details of the $2500 rebate, the finance person informed me I ‘had to wait 91 days before I paid the car off in full, otherwise the rebate would become invalid’. I waited 91 days and called Hyundai Finance to pay off the car. When I asked to make sure I was past the 91 day window, I was told there was no such thing. Hyundai Finance informed me that I could have paid off the car at any time without penalty. When asked, they informed me that I had paid $554 in interest over those three payments. After numerous calls and research, I have learned that the dealership would have had to repay all or some of the rebate in the event I paid off the car prior to the third payment. When I discussed this with the manager of Terry Reid, he resided, ‘Well, you earned interest on the money while you waited to pay off the car’ and he said ‘nowhere in the paperwork did they tell me I couldn’t pay off the balance early’. He spoke proudly that they had convinced me to not pay off the car early and had gotten away with it. When discussing this with the finance department at Terry Reid, the finance person admitted that they ‘did not lie to me, but it is all in the way they presented the information’. He spoke as if he was proud of the way they deceive customers with the way they word the presentation. I have attempted to speak with the manager more since, but he has failed to return phone calls. I would also welcome a call from the owner. If I displayed a Fellowship of Christian Athletes logo in my lobby and kept a Bible on the customer service counter, I would want to honor the reputation I profess as a company. So far, I have so little evidence of the values they claim to possess and support.

This was the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had! I found a new 2017 Ioniq on the Edmund's app that Malcolm Cunningham had. I contacted them and let them know I was waiting on my own financing to go through, but that I was interested in test driving and getting everything figured out in the meantime. Rodney was very understanding and helpful and never pushed me into anything I didn't want to do. I was turning in a leased car and he walked me through everything and sent me home with 2 different options to think over. When I was ready, I sent him a text to let him know when I'd be stopping in. Everything was so easy. I came in, signed the papers, and was good to go! Rodney made sure the car was washed and detailed, and that I knew how to set up everything in the car before I drove away. Everyone I interacted with at Malcolm Cunningham was so friendly and nice. I never had any buyers remorse or 2nd thoughts while buying my new car. I highly recommend Rodney at Malcolm Cunningham when you're looking for your next car!

Had a Hyundai previously and am very pleased with service dept. at this dealership but beware the sales staff. Sales rep took too long and did not really listen to me or my concerns. Wanted to sell me what he wanted me to have.
