Incomplete Work - vciccarello
Service Center was to “fix” marks on my windshield caused by road debris. I felt windshield should be replaced since I bought the 2018 Certified Used Car only three weeks prior. They wanted to try to fix the marks, and not replace the windshield, so I said ok. I can see little or no difference in the windshield’s condition. The vehicle is under full warranty so I do not understand their hesitation to not replace the windshield. My experience to date with this dealership has been wonderful. They are really geared to doing things right so I am disappointed with this service result. I would highly recommend them, and will continue to do business with them. It is going cost me $400 out of pocket to replace the windshield, but in its present condition it is too distracting while I am driving. I rated the Service Center four stars since it was not their decision not to replace the windshield. That decision was made by the General Manager. He is very customer oriented so that is why not replacing it surprised me. This continues to be a five star dealership in my mind. I am not a disgruntled customer.

Everett Hall was by far the best sales consultant I have ever dealt with in a car buying experience. I hate purchasing vehicles and this was not a typical car buying experience. He met every expectation and is straight forward and honest about all aspects of your car buying experience. He goes above and beyond to keep the lines of communication open and always keeps you informed during the negotiation process and financing process. I spent 30 minutes total in the dealership, everything else was done via phone. Time is precious to everyone and he respects your time and values you as a customer.

I was buying a new set of tires for my used Genesis and The tire place and I were unable to locate the wheel lock wrench. The people at the service center were very kind and took my auto right in and took the locks off the car and replace them with regular steel lugs. Without a reservation I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Way to go BARRY!

I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I was told that the I bought hadn't been serviced yet, was also told by salesman that it ice cold air. Found out when was going to take it home something was wrong with the air all of a sudden, this myall was on Monday, here it is Saturday still don't have the car but they have my down payment. Everytime I call it's going to be longer.

If it wasn't for Terry, one of the service consultants, I would have given less than three stars. There were two other service consultants that did not even acknowledge me or offer assistance when I entered the room. Neither one of them were busy with a customer either. It seemed as if they didn't want to be bothered. Terry was waiting on a customer when I walked in, though. When Terry was finished helping the customer, he assisted me. He was very professional, friendly, and attentive. Thank goodness for Terry, otherwise I may not have been helped.

Last week my wife, kids, and I went to drive the new Palisade. Our saleswoman was eager to get us there checking if we were on the way. We get there she shows us the car and my wife drives it. I had already applied with Hyundai Motor Finance. My credit is less than perfect I have 2 brand new Hyundai's under my name. A 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate & 2017 Hyundai Accent. I have owned 4 other Hyundai's as my dad is a manager for Hyundai in Texas. She doesnt come back desk manager comes down and says about the payment. I already knew about the $4,000 addendum they are putting on these. So we leave and our saleswoman doesnt even come back to talk before we go. The sad thing is I applied for automobile allowance through the VA due to being 100% disabled and that would put quite a bit towards my purchase. My Santa Fe is in the shop and I have a 2400 bill and you can't even tell me bye? Way to treat someone. My wife was livid being treated this way. We won't be buying from your dealership ever.

Took my Equinox in for my routine oil change and Kathy checked me in and was very nice. You could tell that she had a million things going on, but she still helped me as if I was the only person asking for her assistance. Upon inspection, I needed two new tires, as well as a rear alignment. She tried to find me the same tires that I currently had, which she could not, but she got me right in for my alignment after I went and got tires elsewhere. I went in on Saturday to look around and see if anything caught my eye. I was met at the door by Woody. He was very helpful and took the time to ask me about my needs and what exactly I was looking for. I'm the type of customer that most sales people can't stand, when I decide to make a large purchase I start doing my research months in advance so I know exactly what I'm looking for when I decide to finally buy. I ended up test driving 3 cars at the dealership. Unfortunately, I was unable to find anything that just spoke to me.

My wife and I were on our way to look at a Nissan Murano when we passed the Hundayi dealership and decided to pull in and look at their SUV's. We were greeted by Reid Glenn who treated us as friends and not just as customers, right from the start. We didn't find anything on the KIA lot so Reid took us next door to the KIA dealership and showed us a few cars. We found a KIA Sorento that we liked and made the deal. While in the dealership, Drew Tutton, I assume to be GM, came up and introduced himself to my wife and me. Everyone we encountered was very friendly, especially Reid Glenn. I have bought many cars in my life and I can honestly say this was the most enjoyable experience of them all.

Drove over an hour to check out a 2019 Tucson for my daughter. My wife had to find a salesperson, and when she did he didn’t want to unlock one due to her not giving him her contact info. She explained that she did not want people calling her at this time- just wanted to look at the vehicle. He went to the service manager while we were outside and when he came out, he went to one of the lower scale models and said we could look at it. Really.... I told him to just forget it at this point. Wish I could give negative stars. In any case would not recommend 5 Star Hyundai in Albany Ga. He stated that was policy- if so, I will definitely not do business with any 5 Star dealership in the future.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and was treated well during the process. I was already pre-approved so I only need a Buyer's Order when we decided to get the car...and I closed the rest of the deal with my Credit Union. However, I had a question about the vehicle after we made the purchase and I called twice over a 3 day period and left a message with Jane, and I forgot the name of the second lady. (Who assured me she used to work in Customer Service and would relay the message). We were calling to speak with Andre, but either way, we never got a call back. (They were readily accessible during the buying process though).Obviously, should you decide to do business with this dealership, you can expect to be treated as if you don't exist after your purchase.
On a side note, I am leaving this review because I was asked by Eric to do so. He stated that Andre was wanting to increase his "resume" and would appreciate the feedback. Eric even went on to say how this was a family business and all, and basically asked for my continued business as far as maintenance - in not so many words. I assured him that what mattered to me in business is the relationship I have with individuals. We live about 35 minutes away, but distance wouldn't matter if I trust the company I do business with. I can say with the utmost certainty, they will NOT be getting any more of my business.If you can't return a simple phone call after someone has tried to reach you multiple times, why would I even consider giving you any future business?

The people are nice when you want to buy a car but not when you get it. We got a truck and then had to "rework" a deal so they "said" they were going to pay a house payment and add it to our truck so we could get it which I thought was weird. Well that didn't happen then anyways then they just took $600 without notification or even asking us which left us with $10 for 2 weeks. When I went in there to try to talk all he could say was there was an agreement but there wasn't he said he was gonna call to see when he could get the downpayment but never did. He just left us broke with 2 kids....and they didnt even care. They are more worried about not holding up their end of the deal and taking everyone's money...

The worst experience you can have in your life, guarantied! Very unprofessional and impolite people. I purchased my car from this dealership and have been regularly visiting since then for service and maintenance. I was hoping that I will avoid issues with the car that way. Unfortunately, their technicians themselves causing the problems. They are not even able to properly align the tires. I had to change all my tires due to their incredibly poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with their service, do not raise any concerns! Otherwise, your new battery may die out right after you leave the dealership. That is what has happened to me. Do not expect the manager be helpful and find a resolution. He will only laugh at you when he heard over the phone that your battery is dead right after the service and you are at a shopping center need roadside assistance. This business is absolute trash!
