When my car was totaled I was given a 2018 Hyundai Elantra as my rental car and I just loved it so much that I decided to go to Taylor Hyundai to purchase my new car. Kimberly was very helpful and she knew I loved the Elantra and made sure that I drove one of the lot. She’s a great sales lady and overall a nice lady in general! Very great experience!

I went in on Saturday to look around and see if anything caught my eye. I was met at the door by Woody. He was very helpful and took the time to ask me about my needs and what exactly I was looking for. I'm the type of customer that most sales people can't stand, when I decide to make a large purchase I start doing my research months in advance so I know exactly what I'm looking for when I decide to finally buy. I ended up test driving 3 cars at the dealership. Unfortunately, I was unable to find anything that just spoke to me.
Woody was one of the most professional sales people I dealt with and I would recommend anyone looking for a car to give him a chance to assist them.

If it wasn't for Terry, one of the service consultants, I would have given less than three stars. There were two other service consultants that did not even acknowledge me or offer assistance when I entered the room. Neither one of them were busy with a customer either. It seemed as if they didn't want to be bothered. Terry was waiting on a customer when I walked in, though. When Terry was finished helping the customer, he assisted me. He was very professional, friendly, and attentive. Thank goodness for Terry, otherwise I may not have been helped.

I went to have my car serviced today and was truly disappointed with everything. I scheduled an appointment. In the notes I put a problem I was having with the SUV. The Service person told me that I would need to leave the car. On the scheduled appointment I requested that I would wait for the car. If the car needed to be left, they could have called and informed me so I wouldn't have to take another day to drive to Newnan. Next, I received a coupon in the mail with a scratch off $20.00, when I presented the coupon, I was told they can't honor it because it's from Southtowne in Riverdale. I find that laughable because all the Southtowne commercials advertises both locations. Insult to injury, I haven't been to Southtowne in Riverdale. This is the 3rd time this Service Center has disappointed me, it's time to move on to another Hyundai Service Center.

I would have given this dealer five stars if I was rating the purchase of our Hyundai. The salesman and the sales manager were great to deal with. My objection is that this dealer sales your information to Auto Warranty Insurance Companies. We have been swamped with phone calls from these companies, too the tune of 6-8 a day. This has been going on for months. Because of this violation I will NEVER buy another car from Auto Nation Mall of Georgia. Nothing is sacred anymore.

We traded in a ford explorer XLT for a 2018 Sonata, before the registration was due on the explorer, so that we wouldn't have to pay 800 dollars to have it( it was a gift and we had only had it a few months) registered in GA, being upfront w the dealership, we were told not to worry about this by the finance woman, that theyd take care of it... well, 45+ days go by and Brandon the general manager fails to call me and tell me that the car wasn't even entered in to dmv or state system and that they're going to try to make us pay close to 1000 dollars to register the explorer, even though, it was never in our name and we gave them more than ample time to have it registered to the dealership...so we have been driving around on expired temp plates bc Brandon thinks that its professional to with hold our registration to pay for what it cost the dealership to register the car we legally traded in, and wasnt our issue anymore. Not only is Brandon disgustingly unprofessional he is also worrisomely immature and functions on the level of an uneducated 14 year old. He was upset that he didnt make an upfront profit on our xlt explorer and would have to wait until he was able to scam some other poor victim before he saw that profit, and was willing to withhold our registration in order to force us to pay money we didn't owe. Luckily, we moved out of state and was able to fix this problem. I would NOT recommend dealing with this little boy, nor would I ever do buisness w any entity this person is attached to.

Made an appointment for an oil change on line, for this past Saturday. Showed up 5 minutes early and was told it would be at least 2 hours to change the oil - just change the oil! I asked, "even with an appointment?", and was told that was correct. I backed out and left. RIdiculous!

The day started out great until I went to finance the car. Josh (I believe his name is) was incredibly rude, distasteful, and condescending. Salesman even told me it's not the first time he drove customers out. For someone buying a brand new car this is unacceptable. I spoke with the manager and VERY little was done about the situation. Not please and I won't be going to them for maintenance.

My fiance and I went in to buy a used Hyundai Elantra. Unfortunately, the vehicle was no longer available. So they showed us an even nicer used one and worked with us to get down to a similar price. The battery died (through no fault of the dealer) and my fiance was stuck and close to 40 miles away from the dealer. They drove all the way up to her and replaced the battery.
We then decided to pay a little more because there were some excellent rebates on 2018 Elantras.
So now, Tonia was our sales person. I don't think I ever saw her NOT smiling! She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We enjoyed working with her very much. BUT we had some issues. The used car dying, the car we came in for wasn't there, then they wouldn't take my down payment over the phone.
The biggest asset that Hyundai Ford and Hyundai has is Senthea Williams. She has been a rock star through the whole buying process. No matter what the issue, she would over-communicate and over-deliver. I will absolutely buy another vehicle from this dealership with out any hesitance.

We were a bit upset with how the car's warranty situation was handled. The associate told us one thing, but we were told the car had a lesser-kind of warranty once the buying process was ongoing. My family and I were initially upset that we had been lied to, but the used car sales manager came in & fixed the issue for us.

I got a lemon - Igotalemon
If I could leave no stars, I would. While I thought I had a good buying experience (nothing outstanding, but not bad) I got an absolute lemon from this dealership. Two weeks after purchasing (a 2017, so it's not old) the alignment went bad. I've also had 2 tires with holes in them, that were not punctured by something on the road. The car started making a rattling noise shortly after purchase as well. Not to mention, I don't think it was ever even cleaned out after they took it in from the trader! I opened the glove box and found all the previous owner's paperwork, insurance card and random papers he had left. I am livid about this purchase and I honestly hate my car. I'm so upset that I chose to go with this dealership and I will continue to tell everyone I know to avoid them at all cost.
