This was by far the worst car buying experience we have ever had. Five and half hours. Negotiating for an agreed price went ok with Tyler, our sales rep. It wasn't until we met with the finance rep that the experience went really really bad. First he attempted to raise the original negotiated price up by adding in $4000. Then he said we couldn't get the low interest rate we were promised. After threatening to walk he lowered the price to $2000 over the negotiated price. At that point we moved our items back out of the intended purchasing vehicle into our own vehicle, The Finance rep finally came back out with the correct negotiated price and the promised interest rate. The finance manager was deceptive and wrong to attempt manipulating our original negotiated price. Be Aware this guy plays the car dealership rip off artists. Watch him carefully. Personally I would never go to this dealership, unless you are looking for a nightmare experience.

We purchased our 4th genesis and Alana was by far, the most well-informed of any other salesperson we have experienced. I am not pleased with the way business was conducted ,I have a problem with a sensor. I asked the service advisor to check out my vehicle. He sat behind the steering wheel and said that I needed a sensor. I contacted the warranty company to see if it was covered. When the warranty company tried to contact them, no one answered the phone , nor did they return the phone call. I was told that my car was never inspected for the problem. A service advisor and a mechanic both said the sensor was bad, but denied that I had ever been there . The sensor was ordered by the service advisor and I payed for the sensor. I refused to let them work on my automobile. I was lied to concerning my vehicle and I don't feel like I can trust the service there.

Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere! I bought a 2017 Tucson in December 2020. It included a 100,000 mile or 10 year warranty plus I bought the warranty that basically covers everything but tires, lights, and wipers. Last week (Monday) my engine completely blew. I’ve had the car less than 8 months. I was able to get it to the dealership and they’ve been a disaster to deal. They didn’t have a car for me to drive nor did they offer any solutions. It is now a week later Monday - and I’ve heard zip. I still haven’t been given a car to drive. My calls haven’t been returned. It’s been a horrible experience. A week later and I have no update on my car, no returned calls, no loaner car…how is this okay?!? It’s 100% not. I urge anyone considering this dealership to run as far as you can in the opposite direction.

Once you buy this package, you will be pressured to change oil every 5000 miles -even if you have a turbo engine.
If you resist the pressure, you will be their LEAST in the priority list.
With or without appointment you will NEVER leave this place without waiting at least two hours.
They will play word games with you, because the customers that did not pre pay for the service, will DEFINITELY take priority.
I think the current vehicles will be my last from this dealer.

Got a recall letter and took my car in - Rick Case said they had to examine the car to see if it was eligible (even though I had the letter). They inspected the car and said they'd order the recall fix and then went on to try to sell me several other services. They never called about the repair - called 2 months later and again they tried to pressure me into overpriced and in some cases unnecessary work. The service tech (Alex) told me that I should get new spark plugs at 56k miles. Any google search will tell you that Genesis recommends new spark plugs at 97k miles. All of the services they offered were overpriced, even for a dealership. No return phone calls from Tammy. Bait and Switch Operation - avoid Rick Case.

Needed service on my 2020 Hyundai, called to make an appointment and arrange for a courtesy vehicle if they had to keep my car. Everyone I spoke to was very nice, I appreciate that.
Them they told me that they do not provide courtesy cars / loaners at all. I was shocked. I have never heard of such a policy. How are folks supposed to get back and forth to work? I bought my Hyundai at the Mall of GA Location, but I like to go to Athens for things as I am there often. The Mall of Georgia Hyundai has courtesy cars, not a problem. They have provided me with one before, no cost.
I wonder if the Athens dealership tells folks before the buy a new Hyundai! I bet not!!

I went in to look for a truck met Amir Carter, Nice guy, great salesperson not pushy at all and upfront honesty, what more could a person ask for. He is a genuine person and I cannot say enough about him. He introduced me to 2 cars for the price of a truck so I came out with a 2021 sonata and my lil 2021 kona. The experience was awesome. I got 2 cars for payment of one new truck. I didn't even know the kona existed until Amir drove it around front . He chose the car for me and I couldnt be happier. Bengy went over all the checkpoints of the cars and was just as pleasant and easygoing answered All my questions and was very helpful. Thanks Bengy. All the staff at this place will go to bat and get you a fair price and work hard to make sure its what you want. Theyve made 2 more customers for life! If I could rate this dealership at 10 stars all the staff even the ones we didn't know or deal with were friendly and just a great team. Our wonderful finance guy was also just a notch above any other. Thank you all for such a great experience. This place is hands down the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Everett Hall was by far the best sales consultant I have ever dealt with in a car buying experience. I hate purchasing vehicles and this was not a typical car buying experience. He met every expectation and is straight forward and honest about all aspects of your car buying experience. He goes above and beyond to keep the lines of communication open and always keeps you informed during the negotiation process and financing process. I spent 30 minutes total in the dealership, everything else was done via phone. Time is precious to everyone and he respects your time and values you as a customer.
