Surprised by Interest rate change once I got to financial person other than discussed prior. Missing front mats and owner manual once I got vehicle home. Called Saturday and was told he was too busy to get me mats and manual that day and check back next week. Called someone else and then I got to pick up the gritty dingy dirty mats on that Saturday day after vehicle purchase. 2018 manual for a 2019 vehicle given to me on Monday. SUV was on empty when I got home, No Courtesy for vehicle purchase. Pleased with the vehicle just the things mentioned above really ticked me off.

I have been dealing with this dealer ship (Nissan of Augusta) for the last 5 or 6 years. The vehicle service department is Great and no complaints. They are professional and very friendly. The issues are with the SALES Department.
My daughter purchased a Nissan Murano in December from this dealership. (I was out of town or I would have gone with her) Eric Poole was the sales person. When I got back I looked the vehicle over. Nice looking vehicle, but there was a few issues. Under the hood the battery posts and the top of the battery was corroded. The vehicle needed a Wheel Alignment and a new front tire (On the passenger side front tire was smoothed on the outside of the tire). Mr. Eric Poole told my daughter that he would get her a book for the car (owner’s manual) and another key (since it only had one). She works 5 days a week) 0700 to 1700 Monday-Friday. She has not heard from the dealership so I went in to see if they could help.
I ask for Mr. Poole who was out with family issues, so I ask to speak with the manager. I was introduced to Manager Terry Lambert. First the General Manager Terry Lambert said he should not talk with me because I was not on the Contract. I told him, my daughter is working as I stated above and I drove the car in so I would just like to discuss a few things about the car to help her. I explained what my daughter told me about the other Key and the owner’s manual. He looked on the computer and said we don’t owe her anything because if Mr. Poole promised her something it would be in writing and nothing showed up in the computer. I then ask if the vehicle was serviced before she took owner ship. He looked on the computer again and said it was serviced on 17 DEC 2018. I told him we are familiar with the service department and I know they do a great job BUT the top of the battery and the terminals are all corroded. He repeated, the vehicle was serviced on 17 Dec.2018. I told him it has been less than 30 days and the Battery couldn’t have gotten that bad under 30 days. Without looking at the battery, he said he had seen battery terminals fine one day and corroded the next. I didn’t mention anything else because he said it is a use vehicle.
I told him I think my daughter, because she was a young female was being taken advantage of. He then said that we didn’t take advantage of her and he was sorry I felt that way. He said but for customer service he would have the battery terminals cleaned for me.
I’m 64 years old, a retired MARINE and have been around the block a few times. I was very pleasant and did not raise my voice but for him to talk down to me is disrespectable and I will not do business there again. As for my daughter, I will advise her and anyone else who will listen, to take her/there business else ware.

I am a 30 year+ customer and on my 4th Nissan car with Marshall (3 of them from Regal). Due to my very busy life style, I am usually only able to bring my car in for service on Saturdays. I try to only bring my car in on Saturdays that Marshall is working, due to our long history together & trusting it will get handled accordingly. He always is able to accommodate me, even when I show up later than scheduled. Which really means a lot to me. My life is hectic and crazy!! I trust his judgement and know he will treat me fairly and not try to do unnecessary repairs until they are needed.
As a matter of fact my 1st new car original Salesman (Ron Meinert) is still working at Regal and Tom Zorn in Used Cars, plus a few others. This goes to show that not only is this a great dealership to buy from but a good place to work as well. Thank you Marshall for your loyal service!!

My daughter had her car towed in because it stalled on her way home from work. She’s a 20 year old college student with parents that live four and seven hours away. They told us she needed a $4000 transmission. Feeling a little skeptical because of lack of communication of how they came to this conclusion, she picked it up for a second opinion. Immediately she noticed her AC isn’t working. I called, text, and emailed the service department and still haven’t received a response! Not to mention all the codes are wiped clean from her car! Very deceptive! Oh, and the transmission that “needed” to be replaced was just low on fluid ( they checked as “ok” on the inspection list)

I was treated so bad during my initial and definitely second attempt to purchase a car that I didn't want to drive another NIssan. And this traumatic experience left me so bitter and angry at all the other car dealers that I visited after that experience that it wasn't fair to them.
I purchased a car from Nissan of Morrow and couldn't believe that a car buying could be so sweet, smooth with EXCEPTIONAL customer service, from the moment I drove up all the way to my car. Now this is how customer should be treated.

Best Car Purchase Experience So Far - NEW LEAF OWNER
I have had a couple of awful car buying experiences in the past 10 years and this one was shaping up to be bad as well. I was looking for a used Nissan Leaf and everyone I spoke with was either ignorant of EVs or wouldn't negotiate price (those no-hassle places rip you off with the fees). Some places were both. After about a month-long exhaustive search, I decided to look further away (I'm in Central Florida) and I found a Leaf at a decent price with low mileage at Childre (as well as one from ZOOM, an online dealership). At Childre, after an initial phone call with a salesman who didn't seem to know much about it, I ended up speaking with Josh Coffey. To my surprise, he was the first (and only) person at a dealership who actually knew something about EVs. I asked him to charge it up for me and let me know what the range was at 100%. He knew exactly what I was asking for and had it done within a couple of hours (it literally took one dealership I spoke with 3 days to do this for me for another Leaf). He gave me the total price up front and we were able to smoothly negotiate the price over the phone. I never felt like he was using any deceptive sales practices with me and we were able to talk honestly about what I needed. Ultimately, it came down to price with the 2 Leafs I was looking at. When I told Josh Zoom would deliver and with them I'd have to come get it, he immediately offered to have it carted down to me. Once we settled on price, they beat the online dealership at the bottom line. From there, everything went smoothly. So smoothly, in fact, that I was convinced something was wrong. But, again to my surprise, everything worked out. A super-nice older gentlemen named Johnny brought the car down on a trailer, showed me the features, gave my wife a quick tutorial, and we sat at the end of the trailer on a perfect day in Daytona signing paperwork and enjoying the breeze. The entire delivery experience was great. Josh called within 30 minutes of the completion of the sale to see how things went and to make sure I was satisfied. I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Josh, Johnny, and Childre Nissan. Around 75% of the online reviews I've done have been negative, so it's good to write a positive one after an experience like this one. Overall, it was the best experience I've had with buying a car. I love the Leaf and I hope to do business with them again in the future.

I hate them. I recently bought a 2015 Sentra in June 10, 2017 and I’ve been having problems with it ! The car only had 1 owner and before I bought it I had them to check everything to make sure it was in good condition. Everything checked out ok he even gave me a paper stating that. Within 10 months I’ve had to get an alignment, new tires, battery, and my air conditioning fixed. I don’t drive anywhere but around town and school not even 100 miles ! I’m not rough on my car at all. I won’t EVER buy another xxxxing car from them again
