There is NO other dealership in Gwinnett County that has the dedicated employees as Gwinnett Place Nissan has.
I have worked with J.P. Gibson, whom is a young product specialist. I purchased two vehicles from him this year.
The finance manager, Ryan Little, is a very honest, fair, and caring individual. It is very difficult to find people like Mr. Little whom you know has your best interest at heart and genuinely cares about you as an individual.
Regarding the Service Department, I have worked with Alex Catalfano as my service advisor. I trust him and his judgment 100%. If he tells me they (technicians) have discovered something which needs to be replaced or repaired, they always give me options. They don't start working on it without FIRST telling me how much this particular issue is going to cost me.
I love this place because of the people. The quality of vehicles is exceptional, but most importantly, working with people -- particularly car salesman and service advisors -- stands out more than their desire to make a profit.
Recently, a nail was found by Pete, a service technician. I immediately said let's put a new tire on. He told me that he can simply patch up the area where the nail was instead of me buying a new tire.
This kind of honesty and genuine concern makes Gwinnett Place Nissan the dealership other dealerships envy, and they set the standards for all others to follow.

My Husband and I bought an suv tonight from Robert. Our experience began with Ryan on the phone as he followed up on an internet deal. He talked with me about setting up an appointment and personally greeted us when we arrived. Robert was our sales team member and he was personable, honest and down to earth. He was up front about things in the car that we were looking at and didn’t push us to look out side of our price range. He was willing to help in anyway possibly and stayed an hour past closing to ensure we were taken care of. Jerome was the finance manager and he too was great! Walked us through the paperwork to minimize confusion and also stayed an hour past closing to take care of us. Ryan, Robert and Jerome made this car buying experience a memorable one. They made us feel welcome and treated us like family. I highly recommend this dealership.

False advertisment - Ryasis
Stay away from their "Vaden Price". This is what you could pay if you qualify for their rebates and incentives. I went to see about an advertised Murano of 24,000 online but magically when I went to pull up the website, the "Vaden Price" went up 4,000 and by the time we got down to numbers I could have paid 28,000 for the murano if I qualified. They used the MSRP as the starting point and with "with all my incentives and rebates and taxes" it only came out to be 39,000.
Second, the "Murano" on their website has been listed on their site for at least 7 months. They pull a BAIT AND SWITCH and I can prove it because in October in Savannah the temperature WILL NOT EVER SEE 53 degree which is what the dash says of their advertised "Murano". In fact the murano on the site probably hasn't been there since February, but yet when I told our sales person about the stock number it had "just gotten off the truck and had been taken back for a PID inspection".
They WILL NOT TELL YOU that the price online, is what you could pay, nor does it clearly state anywhere on the website abou that only if you qualify for the incentives and rebates will you pay that.

I hate them. I recently bought a 2015 Sentra in June 10, 2017 and I’ve been having problems with it ! The car only had 1 owner and before I bought it I had them to check everything to make sure it was in good condition. Everything checked out ok he even gave me a paper stating that. Within 10 months I’ve had to get an alignment, new tires, battery, and my air conditioning fixed. I don’t drive anywhere but around town and school not even 100 miles ! I’m not rough on my car at all. I won’t EVER buy another xxxxing car from them again
Avoid this Service Center at all Costs... - No 2 butler nissan
I scheduled my 2 year old Nissan for service here for the last time. The service light came on in my vehicle so when I arrived for my "scheduled diagnostic" appointment, the service intake customer service representative was extremely rude and short with me. So unprofessional...
Later, when I retrieved my vehicle and paid $135 for the vehicle diagnostic service, I was told that my service light sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. I was given an approximate $1100 estimate to service and replace the sensor. The very next day, my vehicle would not start. I took my 2 year old Nissan battery to get it checked at Advanced Auto and was told that it was almost dead. I thought that was strange because the day before the Butler Service Center did not advise me of that, even though I had paid $135 for a complete vehicle diagnostic. After I replaced the battery, the service light went off, despite the $1100 estimate Butler Nissan Service Center had advised would fix that problem. To make matters worst, the battery in my key fob started to go bad also.
So, ask yourself, if you paid for a vehicle diagnostic at this business wouldn't you expect something for your money??? In the words of "Ernest T. Bass", "fooled me once, shame on you... fooled me twice, shame on me...". Butler Nissan Service Center won't get a second chance to beat me out of a single penny!

Unprofessional and Untrustworthy - NissanATL
Both the sales GM and the GM of this dealership are not as friendly as they seem. The name of both are Scott and one of them try to be all peaceful but don't let them fool you. The sales GM is a xxxxx he will look down on judge you and will not help you if he doesn't like you.....and when you tell the GM about the sales GM unprofessional he will just take his side because they are all buddies and have each other backs so you as a customer have nothing to say or they will not do anything for you ....they will claim that it just a misunderstanding just shut up and take your car leave since you are just trash to them.....trust me they will show their true colors once they don't like you.... I will never refer anyone to this dealership....I don't like playing the race card but in this instance they definitely made me feel hated...and just judged by a sales GM that is just bad for that company I would never want to hire someone like that idiot...just to let you know I purchase a 2018 car and they treated me like I was just a piece of trash that I didn't deserve the respect or the service of a customer...something was wrong with the 2018 car but they refuse to hear me out and told me to come back at their convenience.....didn't even try to help me with the issue of the new car....other dealers would of gave me a loner till the car was fix but that sales GM was such a disgrace that he just told me to leave and come back when someone can take a look at it.... so please don't shop there if you are in that area looking for a Nissan go somewhere else....I should of went back to Hyundai down the street maybe they would of treated me with more respect.......
Unprofessional and rude! - Car buyer
I had to purchase a car and found the one I wanted online with this dealership. I used my own financing so I wouldn’t get scammed with added fees and overpriced vehicles. I did great in that respect all on my own actions. I lived out of state so I had to make extra efforts to pick up the car, I would have expected more from them since I did all the work for them with the financing and pretty much handed them my business. I dealt with a green sales person who had to keep repeating my questions to someone for answers ( which led to conflicting stories and empty promises. ) They would tell me they would do this or that and ended up doing nothing. I got fed up and drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the car and when I got there to sign paper work and leave the people in the dealership were pretty rude to me after the empty promises and conflicting stories! I would not recommend this place because their customer service is crap. I work in the sales industry and I don’t treat people that way so I expect the same. It’s a shame everyone doesn’t feel the same. Good luck to you guys but I can see that with a few other dealerships in close distance and your unprofessionalism you won’t stay in business!
