This dealership adds prices to the total purchase without informing the customer of the addition. For example GAP insurance was added to the price without informing me so once I started to ask questions about the price differences they started to tell the truth. I’ve been changing my oil there for ever since I bought the car from them and they didn’t inform me that there was a price increase because now they use only synthetic oil. Very upset. I was already upset because I felt like I was being harassed by the advisor with everything from tire rotation to a fuel booster upon checking in. I even said no to using synthetic oil! When I said I would not be returning there and I wouldn’t cry (like another customer did when they wouldn’t take her coupon or so I overheard with their side conversation right as I was standing there) the advisor just said ‘that’s fine’. My boyfriend and I purchase a 2017 Ford Fuison from GreenWay Nissan and from the time we took the car off the lot until now we have had nothing but problems. We have been lied to from the very start when we took the car back and informed them what was going on. Tiara Clark was our sales person she was no help. We paying for a xxxxxxxx xxx WARRANTY that's not gonna pay for the parts to fix what wrong with the car. All they kept telling us that we had to wait the 45 days for the WARRANTY to kick in. It finally kick in just for them to tell us that we have to pay 2100 out of pocket for the 2 parts to fix the car. The A/C comes on by itself, its load noise coming from the gear shift, when letting up the window as soon as you get it up comes back down on its on. The service department is horrible. Not sure how they are still in business. My car has only been service at Regal , We get the run around every time we bring it in. I am at a loss as after 3rd visits it still doesn't work .First they said there is problems with sensor , and now harness we told them to fix it after paying $500 for harness the code came back before even I reach home and now they are saying problem with computer I have never seen this kind of dummy service guys ever that they can’t find the problem , so we got money back and took car to Nissan Gwinnett place and they told us whoever fix the harness they broke the part inside car .please be aware of the Regal Nissan service department . If you want to feel like an idiot after buying a car, then nissan of union city is the place for you!
Just 10 miles off the lot and three issues arose with my vehicle that weren't present in my test drive. I don't know how they jerry-rigged the vehicle to maintain a good first impression because I'm unfamiliar with how crooks operate.
If your salesperson is Cameron Gaines (Cam), immediately ask for someone else! I knew more about the vehicles I went to see than he did. We barely made anything more than small talk because every time I asked him a question he didn't know the answer. Luckily I had a friend who already owned the car I was looking at and was familiar with it. Sadly, I didn't inspect the car thoroughly enough. Now I'm paying for it.
Cameron Gaines is a scammer, as is the dealer fee (which is twice the GA average). He doesn't give a crap about you, he's not interested in finding the right car for you, he doesn't care about your wants and needs, and he doesn't go the extra mile to help you make an informed purchase (let alone a full mile at all).
Cameron said they would make two credit pulls, which is what I asked for, and they made three. Cameron said he would have a second key for me the next day, they didn't. Cameron said he would be there the next day, he wasn't. Cameron said the vehicle had just been inspected, and I had low tire pressure (which ended up being 20 out of a max 44 PSI) once I made it several miles off the lot.
Cameron Gaines said I reminded him of people from his home town. I wonder how much he hated those people.
Again, if you're approached by Cameron Gaines, WALK AWAY.
The dealership doesn't give a crap about you at all. These people want your money and that's it.
When returning the next day, no one could get Cameron on the phone about the second key, the manager talked to me via a middle-man, and the salesperson himself treated me like he couldn't care less about my situation. No one cares at all. They didn't want to make right the situation, didn't offer any advice or help whatsoever. They said too bad, and walked away from me. They treat you like a floor mat, and nothing more.
In addition, the staff are all frequently lounging around like a pack of wolves waiting to strike on the next person to enter the lot. They constantly are fooling around, yelling, and goofing-off. Even if they're right next to you when dealing with a salesperson, trying to converse, the other staff is obnoxious and boisterous. NO ONE has any respect for you or your business.
The ONLY person who does their job with no BS at this dealership is the man in the back right office, right next to the service shop, who does your down-payment and final paperwork. He definitely isn't a talker, but he zipped through the process with ease and corrected an error in the paperwork before he could blink twice. Best person in there. Didn't catch his name
After I post this review on every review site possible I'm going to negotiate getting out of the deal. I'm working with someone who knows the state and federal laws and they've found several glaring issues. Will update with the outcome.

I’m giving one star because I can’t give 0. I dropped my car off there almost three weeks ago, no one will call with updates, I have to send my father down there to get updates. They finally found the problem with my car 3 days ago and never called for approval to fix. When my father went down to get update the response was basically “oh I thought I called” umm no sir you never called any contacts I left. I have called the service department For updates and can never get a person so I leave a message and no one calls me back. I have never had such poor customer service at a service shop before. I do understand being short staffed but common courtesy to you clients apparently isn’t anything you worry about. I am still wait for a call back from when I called at 1pm today. Guess I’ll be calling again tomorrow to speak to a manager
