I was greeted immediately with a warm smile welcoming me to the Service Bay. Being of age I am not able to move that fast.
Kevin Etters immediately realized it and held my door and very kindly asked if I needed any assistance , still with that warm smile.
He followed in and got me checked in for my appointment very quickly, and helped me to understand some of the possible maintenance I may need on my Honda (Which I Love).
I got a little confused about some of what he was explaining to me and he quickly rephrase his explanation to my slower mind.
He walked me to the waiting area and offered me coffee, or something to drink which i thought was very kind.
In a surprisingly quick turnaround my Honda was finished and instead of just calling me over the speaker he walked around and found where I was seated and told me he had me ready.
He very clearly explained all the services that was performed and I appreciate that very much.
Through no lack of efforts and time he spent with me I still managed to reverse some of the services and he quickly resolved my confusion and helped me realize that there are Professionals that still care about their clients no matter how much efforts it requires of therm.
Kevin, and his fellow co-workers is the very reason I only do business with this Shop and Dealership.
I have purchased over the last 50 years at least 20 to 25 new cars and trucks and I am now proud to say it was not until I purchased my Honda here before I found my home for my Friends, Family and mySelf...
