Please anyone seeing this do not by kia unless you have great credit its not worth it take your finance to someplace else everyone runs the same credit report and have the same answers just others have better more reliable cars If you do hopefully you live and learn to never do it again :)
It is sad my crazy self really did love Kia, I have been faithful to my service schedules by the book, but never again I have a new mechanic well always had one but I only wanted to let Kia do service I was dumb enough to get the car my at well take car of it, one day I know I want to sell it or refinance when I get my credit together Lol no Biggy I just will be trying to give only the KIA Clarksville bad ratings by all means necessary because that location is ridiculous Mr. cross advised me and my husband to work on our credit and stop with the credit cards I advise to try a new sales pitch because I know calling people on the phone lying to come in with the wrong expectations is wrong Like I said I know my credit and my husband watch it everyday, We are young and have been a little foolish but will not be in the future I have been praying for help with refinance because 21% interest is crazy but that's no ones fault I'm black with low credit score I drove two hours Mr Cross guaranteed to lower my interest rate I knew it was too good to be true but I figured want hurt anything I still believe God can do impossible and I know what to do to help get my credit better, but KIA has lost a very good customer. Which KIA probably thought I was a fool. I was so excited about this car have not missed a payment and just was waiting for the day to refinance and get optima or something but my feeling are so hurt I like hate KIA now all because Clarksv I hope ppl r not fools like I:)
I was called on 5/18 by Micah Cross he sounded so honest he stated I noticed you have been taking care of your vehicle and you are listed as having a certified preowned vehicle he said he was calling because there is a customer there at KIA and they want my vehicle a certified preowned all black 2016 Kia Forte and well we don't have one he stated LMAO that sounded crazy cause a dealership does not have there own vehicle come on but anyway he said what we do in situations like this is call around for customers like you and see if they are interested in helping us He said if you can help me I can cut you a deal. I asked what kind of deal he said I see your interest is 21% and well I can guarantee to lower that for you plus get you in a bigger car or what ever LMAO Please tell Mr Cross and all reps its best to be honest and upfront with people I drove 2 hours thinking that the impossible could be done my husband and I have been trying to get this car refinance since six months after purchase but it has been impossible I thought I was dreaming or God had answered my prayers wen Mr Cross called. I am not mad because you live and learn but I guess you thought fooled her once we can fool her again and have her do a loan flip, because I was encourage to refinance this existing loan into another one with higher rates and payments Once again I was told over the phone the complete opposite or pay 3k and get a new car KIA is crazy yur generic foreign cars wanting more than worth
I am praying and cnt wait till the day I get my credit score up and pay this vehicle off. I should have stuck with chevy. Was trading a lease Kia Sportage for a Kia forte (buying).. when I asked how long term was I was told" 71 months" I asked him what 71months was?? He said " like six years , we don't want to go 7 year's" as I don't want 7 year's either.... signing papers is where I failed myself because I trust integrity.. instead of 71 months they had 81 months.. due to the fact I had people tell me they had Bad experience with Kia ft Wayne made me read what I signed and realized I was sold a 18,500 car that will end up costing 31,000
Was also told I had to pay for the pivial package (over 400.00 ) even not wanting it.
Of course my word against them.. I know and my God knows the truth is
Lesson: read everything, trust nothing and I will keep my Integrity and honers

i took my 2002 kia sportage in because it was running funny and smelled of gas and my gas milege was suddenly terrible. they had it for a week and swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. i convinced them to do a simple tune up. they had to order parts and the day they had the parts they called claiming all types of things were wrong and when i said no they found other parts that were broken and suddenly couldnt believe i drove it in. this was after there 80 dollar an hour diagnosis. and when i said i was takeing it somewhere else they claimed it wouldnt run under its own power. i took it somewhere good and got it fixed for 600 dollars cheaper than what they were claiming. im not even going to look at that place when i drive by anymore. terrible buisness ethics
