I took my car in for a routine oil change and the service department let me know my engine air filter/cabin air filter needed changed. I was hesitant because I know how expensive labor for service on your car can be but they gave me time to look up the prices of filters myself and also gave me a quote for the filters they would be using if they performed the service. The prices were exactly the same and labor was VERY resonable!! I am very happy with my experience and I will go here for all my future service needs!!

My husband bought a used 2016 Kia Optima. He traded in is 2011 same model. Within 6 months we noticed the paint started chipping on the front bumper. It has spread and has large spots of missing paint. Naturally he took it in to have them look at it, check for any recalls or hoping they would make it right. What he got was “yea we’ll check into it and give you a call”. They didn’t call. After 2 weeks we called to check on it...that person went home sick...another week later...asked for someone higher up. Mr Duell spoke with my husband. He said he would check on it and call him back. What we got was a call from customer service stating that there was no recall...so they weren’t going to do anything about it. It’s a good car, but they do not in anyway stand by their product, their name, and are honestly completely dismissive after they get your money. While we will continue to purchase Kia automobiles, it will never be from Evansville Kia.

Really Bad Service and Dealer Follow-up - Bad Experiance
I think that I received a good deal on my 2017 KIA 900, but that is as far as it goes. The delivery of the vehicle was a joke and when we got home they had old tires stored in the trunk. Does that tell you how good the prep was for the delivery. I never had one person follow up with us to check on anything with the car of if we were happy. I have bought many cars and they usually kiss your A** to make sure you will be a repeat customer. Service is also a joke. We brought it in for XM Radio problems and they said that is the way it is. I have had an XM Radio for years in may cars. That is NOT the way it works. Stay clear of Napleton KIA.

Beware - Beware of Bloomington KIA
Beware of the KIA service department! They will try to rip you off!! Key fobe not working right, they told me and my husband that it went bad and they would have to order one at $500.00 and then program the other one. Thought about it and paid them $89.95 diagnostic charge RIP OFF! stopped got batteries THE FOBES WORKS GREAT! I will never take my Kia back to those people who try there best to RIP HARD WORKING PEOPLE OFF!!!

i took my 2002 kia sportage in because it was running funny and smelled of gas and my gas milege was suddenly terrible. they had it for a week and swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. i convinced them to do a simple tune up. they had to order parts and the day they had the parts they called claiming all types of things were wrong and when i said no they found other parts that were broken and suddenly couldnt believe i drove it in. this was after there 80 dollar an hour diagnosis. and when i said i was takeing it somewhere else they claimed it wouldnt run under its own power. i took it somewhere good and got it fixed for 600 dollars cheaper than what they were claiming. im not even going to look at that place when i drive by anymore. terrible buisness ethics
