I do appreciate the conversation and communication from - Indy Girl12
I do appreciate the conversation and communication from Justin and Patrick concerning my vehicle. It was, I felt, was a time consuming situation, but they advised me about the work progress of the car and answered my questions.

We had a great experience purchasing our new vehicle at Rohrman Kia. Jim, the sales person, was very informative and thoroughly explained the functions of the Kia Telluride. Autumn, the Finance Lead, was very pleasant and made the paperwork painless.

First, I called about a vehicle I saw online and had my - Candy.barton
First, I called about a vehicle I saw online and had my son, who lives in the area, test drive it a few hours later only to find the price of the car had increased by $500 with no explanation.
My son said the truck was good. The next morning I called the sales person who was busy. I made an appointment for 5:45 that day.
That was the only time he had available per the receptionist.
I called a while later to get a final price with taxes and fees with no haggling. I wanted to bring a cashier’s check and get the vehicle that day and go home.
I was told they would not accept the cashier’s check, and I could not get the car that day. I had to wait a day to get the car. Being from out of town, I replied that this was not acceptable. I told him I would not make another trip. The person over the phone kept arguing, so I said I was through.
I then received a call from a sales manager who admitted the wait was because they wanted to “explain their warranty products.” He said I could get the car that day and he would personally explain, but I had to listen to him in order to get the car today I hung up. I won’t be held hostage by anyone.
My daughter was upset about it….she could not believe the check issue. She called and talked with this person later and asked since they did not accept cashier’s checks, do they accept personal checks of which he said yes.
He told my daughter to come and ask for him…only him and.not the person with which we were working. Sounded like he was trying to poach a potential sale from another employee.
He kept saying he wished he knew the name of the person (in his dealership) who spoke with me. When you call the dealership, it indicates that the calls are being taped. Why doesn’t he simply listen the tape….his wish you know.
This whole situation sounded bogus. A few hours later, this person called asking where we were…my car was ready. I thought I made it clear I was through. In fact, I was at another dealership. I further said I did not trust him or the dealership. I don’t do business with people I don’t trust.
I have no patience with this unscrupulous dealership and sales manager. I will not go back. There are plenty of other dealers who want my business without the sideshow circus they wanted to put me through for a ten year old used truck. Not worth my time or money.
I am sure at this dealership, no one cares.

Stay clear of these PREDATORY SCAMMERS! - AngryConsumer
Stay clear of these PREDATORY SCAMMERS! They are charging an "addendum" or market adjustment on every new vehicle they sell. Tried to sell us a $34,000 Telluride with a $10,000 market adjustment. Their justification was that consumers are buying cars and selling at a mark up so that's why they are doing it. Basically they are protecting us from getting screwed by private sellers by screwing us themselves. Nothing but greed!
Shame on you, Jim Ludington, GM for Michigan City - Jeppedy
Shame on you, Jim Ludington, GM for Michigan City Hyundai! You broke our deal, you lied... just to make a little more money.
We had a deal for a Palisade at MSRP. We were in touch a number of times as it shipped to you. When you realized the previous manager sold it without a market adjustment, you lied to break the deal! You lied and said you double sold my car. You lied that Payton Aubrey, our contact, had not been a manager at the dealership. You lied that you talked to Payton and that he "remembered the mistake he made" (If he remembered, he would have addressed it!).
Mistakes happen and can be excused. Lack of character and worship of money cannot be fixed.
Let me start by saying it’s a very warm and inviting - 420vincennes
Let me start by saying it’s a very warm and inviting dealership. Everyone is super friendly, but of course they are. Now to the price and handling of their vehicles is where their true intentions come out. Looking at a vehicle with a MSRP of $26000, they tell you once you’ve test driven and sat down for negotiations that they have added an additional +$2500. When asked about the additional price the reasoning given was, we have to recoup our costs somehow. So their price right out of the gate was $28,500 and offering me $5,500 below NADA guides for my trade. The price would not budge on their end. Instead of passing your overhead to your customers, take a page out of Arizona tea’s book. I know car lots are scam artists but this is taking it to a whole new level.

Bought 2022 Kia K5 GT Line AWD in November 2021, already - Po
Bought 2022 Kia K5 GT Line AWD in November 2021, already once in shop with almost no oil left in it, at 5k miles recommended change is higher on the new cars this was found by a local place, and then I took to dealership to find out what was going on, cracked oil casing. Now 12k miles odd noise coming from under car does it when making turns in reverse and sometimes forward, this happened on the way to Florida and on the way back a clanging noise started. got home husband looked under car a hose is hanging down took to dealership the day I got home, they said they couldn't tell if it was serious unless they got it on a lift, but did say the hose was "just" the ac drain hose, but not to worry they were sure it was fine. that was on June 27th soonest they could get me in was July 28th. I have called and left messages for Store manager and General manager at the Ford building NO ONE calls me back. Now they are all conveniently on vacation. I am driving a brand new car that could have something not so serious or something that could effect my steering, wont know until they can get it up on a lift. NEVER again!
I love the car but so far even if this turns out to be nothing major the service is awful. I'm not sure that they understand when you are trying to get back from Florida on an interstate constantly worried that your steering may go at anytime, no one was with me and it was awful. I drove a car that had less than 11k at the time to Florida and didn't know if I would make it back home with the car, and then they tell me I have to wait for more than a month to even get it looked at??? It is my daily driver and it was a large purchase for me...Angry doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about them right now.

i took my 2002 kia sportage in because it was running... - billyzz
i took my 2002 kia sportage in because it was running funny and smelled of gas and my gas milege was suddenly terrible. they had it for a week and swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. i convinced them to do a simple tune up. they had to order parts and the day they had the parts they called claiming all types of things were wrong and when i said no they found other parts that were broken and suddenly couldnt believe i drove it in. this was after there 80 dollar an hour diagnosis. and when i said i was takeing it somewhere else they claimed it wouldnt run under its own power. i took it somewhere good and got it fixed for 600 dollars cheaper than what they were claiming. im not even going to look at that place when i drive by anymore. terrible buisness ethics
