Test drove the Eclipse Cross then went test driving some other vehicles. I came back and test drove again and decided to purchase the Eclipse Cross due to the warranty and knowledge of Mitsubishi reliable performance. I love my decision and look forward to many years of driving my Eclipse Cross. I took my car in for a routine oil change and the service department let me know my engine air filter/cabin air filter needed changed. I was hesitant because I know how expensive labor for service on your car can be but they gave me time to look up the prices of filters myself and also gave me a quote for the filters they would be using if they performed the service. The prices were exactly the same and labor was VERY resonable!! I am very happy with my experience and I will go here for all my future service needs!!

I went to University Kia yesterday for a tiny problem: a roaring sound that they said it was because of my power steering fluid container being in a bad position. They were very friendly and fixed the problem. It was my third time there, and I can say that they are good hearted people.

2014 Chevrolet camaro in for service for misfire .After more than a day of trying to diagnose problem they decide its carbon build up and do nothing but clean valves. Return vehicle to me 2 days later saying its fixed. Dont even make it home and car starts shaking and losing power. Take it back next day and im told their computers down cant do anything. Dont offer to take vehicle in so i drive it home with a misfire. Terrible service with obviously unqualified mechanics.

This dealership has the most arrigant sales and management staff. Please save yourself sometime and energy and find another dealership. They do not return phone calls, not sure they really want to sell cars ? I have never dealt with a dealership like this one most dealerships want to sell cars, not these guys. Buying a car is stressful enough, go somewhere else. I normally don’t write reviews, but I really felt this one was necessary.

Was trading a lease Kia Sportage for a Kia forte (buying).. when I asked how long term was I was told" 71 months" I asked him what 71months was?? He said " like six years , we don't want to go 7 year's" as I don't want 7 year's either.... signing papers is where I failed myself because I trust integrity.. instead of 71 months they had 81 months.. due to the fact I had people tell me they had Bad experience with Kia ft Wayne made me read what I signed and realized I was sold a 18,500 car that will end up costing 31,000
Was also told I had to pay for the pivial package (over 400.00 ) even not wanting it.
Of course my word against them.. I know and my God knows the truth is
Lesson: read everything, trust nothing and I will keep my Integrity and honers

i took my 2002 kia sportage in because it was running funny and smelled of gas and my gas milege was suddenly terrible. they had it for a week and swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. i convinced them to do a simple tune up. they had to order parts and the day they had the parts they called claiming all types of things were wrong and when i said no they found other parts that were broken and suddenly couldnt believe i drove it in. this was after there 80 dollar an hour diagnosis. and when i said i was takeing it somewhere else they claimed it wouldnt run under its own power. i took it somewhere good and got it fixed for 600 dollars cheaper than what they were claiming. im not even going to look at that place when i drive by anymore. terrible buisness ethics
