I didn’t think it was going to be possible, but these guys went above and beyond and got my payments where I wanted them to be. Worst dealership I have ever been to. Put down a deposit on a Telluride, 11 weeks later I was told to come in for the "Boss/Owner's" Telluride that was available. Next day 9 am on 3 hours sleep, I drive 30 minutes, arrive and salesman keeps trying to get me to look at a white Telluride (deposit was for Black on Black Nightfall Edition). I tell him no, I was called for the owner's Telluride. He tells me it's not available, he decided he wants to keep it, but we have a white one. Needless to say I got my deposit check and said a few curse words and will never be back. Boss/Owner definitely puts his wants above the customers needs. I also have a Stinger and will have it serviced elsewhere. Want to talk about customer oriented-NOT! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible overall experience. Their salespeople and financing department are clueless about their Kia vehicles and very rude to their customers. They lied to us multiple times trying to scam us out of our money. The salesman, Kevin, told us we had to pay for the manufacturers warranty to transfer which the manager later admitted was a lie. Additionally, Kevin indicated the price was negotiable, which we later found out was not true.
Before we could even decide if we were interested in one of their vehicles, Kevin pushed us inside to give us financing options. The interest rate of the plans they pushed in front of us was 54%, however they never indicated that or mentioned it anywhere. In the long run we would have paid $40,000 for a car that was priced at $20,000 although this was never mentioned. They refused to discuss the total cost of the car completely.
The manager called us a couple days after visiting the dealership. He pretended to be sorry and said he would get us the best deal possible. He came back with a total price but this time padded the price with $2200 of miscellaneous and unnecessary fees.
Avoid this dealership at all costs. They will just scam you into making you think your getting a good deal!

On Wednesday I responded to an ad for loan assistance to look at buying a new vehicle. My current 2014 Kia Optima that I had bought new was currently in their service department not functional to drive after having one motor replaced at 96,000 miles and the second now not covered under warranty at dead at 145,000 miles. I went on a limb, talked with the salespeople. Same concern with going with Kia again after having this issue I was really nervous about a second car with them. Was approved for a pre owned Telluride. Came in, arranged my work schedule to come in on Wednesday evening prior to the holiday. I was told upon arrival the vehicle I had spoken for was given out to another customer as a "loaner" but was also tol that it would be in my possession the next day after the holiday. After MULTIPLE calls and texts I have now been told "we can't contact the person borrowing the vehicle but we can let you borrow another car off the dealership." I'm confused. I have signed for this vehicle on the good faith it was in my possession as of today 11/27/2020. It is NOT in my possession and cannot be told when it's going to be in my possession. Every time I talk with the salesperson, the reply always includes "let me talk to my manager." Makes me not have a lot of faith on this transaction and they feel it is just ok for me to let someone borrow a car that is now in my possession due to paperwork. Looking back I was not smart in that move but also was a convenience as I work in an emergency room as a nurse and my shifts aren't conducive to the dealership hours. I would not recommend this sales department after them listening to my prior history and really feeling I was going out on a limb to buy a Kia brand again. And the transactions since have not sat well with this buyer.
I'm writing this review with papers showing my next payment is in 43 days, no car to enjoy for the last 2 days, and no definite certainty of when I can have my car in my possession.

I had the worst ever experience trying to purchase a new car at community Kia of Bloomington. I went in knowing which car I was interested in, and having done my homework, knowing how much I should be paying. The test drive went great, but once we got back to the dealership it was a nightmare. Our salesperson tried to sell us the car above MSRP. Not only did he not honor the sticker price plus the incentives, he tried telling me there was a $995 destination fee, and a $995 freight fee, which I was well aware was already built into the MSRP. When I told him that his numbers were not correct, he played dumb and told me he had to "get the book out about what incentives they were offering". If you are selling new cars you should already know what the incentives are. Your customer should not be more knowledgeable than you. (However, I assume he was aware and was just trying to pad the price.) After we finally agreed on a price for the car and a price for my trade, his sales manager "accidentally" miscalculated my sales tax adding on almost $150. When I once again told him that his numbers were wrong, he told me that he was not good at math and was not going to nitpick $100 here and there and that this was " with approved financing" anyway. When I then presented him with my already approved financing he seemed angry and took it back to the sales manager, who all of a sudden did not have the time left to sell us the car. They told us that they were done working with us and to have a good night. The next day I went to Andy Mohr Kia in Avon and purchased exactly what I wanted, for the price I wanted, and had an amazing experience. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Avon. I will never be visiting this Kia dealership again, even for my maintenance or in warranty repairs.

i took my 2002 kia sportage in because it was running funny and smelled of gas and my gas milege was suddenly terrible. they had it for a week and swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. i convinced them to do a simple tune up. they had to order parts and the day they had the parts they called claiming all types of things were wrong and when i said no they found other parts that were broken and suddenly couldnt believe i drove it in. this was after there 80 dollar an hour diagnosis. and when i said i was takeing it somewhere else they claimed it wouldnt run under its own power. i took it somewhere good and got it fixed for 600 dollars cheaper than what they were claiming. im not even going to look at that place when i drive by anymore. terrible buisness ethics
