Made the car buying process extremely easy and had great customer service. This was our second car purchased from Ray Skillman GMC. Leah was the representative who helped us. We were able to drive the car home to make sure we liked it, we then went over the entire car to see any issues we wanted to get replaced or repaired. Everything was done quickly and when it was time to go in and pay for the vehicle and take possession everything was all planned out and we were in and out super fast. Will buy here again.

I left a previous review on Google but haven’t figured out how to go back and update it since speaking with Doug the manager at the Napleton Kia dealership. Once I do I will update that review in the meantime I’m going to leave this review. I had a few issues closing my deal with the staff which left me a little unhappy. I will admit Though I did close the deal. Doug the manager of the dealership called me we had a long discussion about my experience and he went beyond what he needed to to make things right.

I certainly appreciated being allowed to take the vehicle home to check on concerns before buying. The construction was a little difficult to get around but I realize it couldn't be helped.

BE AWARE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF TOO!We brought our 2012 Kia Sorenta up there with a oil leak. We paid them over $1300 and my truck is still loosing oil. I have to put at least 1-2 quarts of oil in it every other week. When we called to let them know they didn't fix the problem Kim told us to bring it up there when the oil was low and she would have them work on it. We brought it back up there for the 4th time with low oil and she said it would be $600 more for them to do another test putting some type of fluid in the engine to see where the leak is coming from. They should have done that the 1st time I brought it up there and they charged me over $1300. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO A REAL REPUTABLE COMPANY. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE MADE.

i took my 2002 kia sportage in because it was running funny and smelled of gas and my gas milege was suddenly terrible. they had it for a week and swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. i convinced them to do a simple tune up. they had to order parts and the day they had the parts they called claiming all types of things were wrong and when i said no they found other parts that were broken and suddenly couldnt believe i drove it in. this was after there 80 dollar an hour diagnosis. and when i said i was takeing it somewhere else they claimed it wouldnt run under its own power. i took it somewhere good and got it fixed for 600 dollars cheaper than what they were claiming. im not even going to look at that place when i drive by anymore. terrible buisness ethics
