I contacted the dealership & communicated with Dessarie Ryle to buy a vehicle. I was planning on arriving in the next couple days to buy a Kia Niro, which was what I was after. After many phone calls & promises to call me back in ten minutes, I had to give up. I can only assume they had issues with their pricing, as I was quoted three different prices through the process (I was willing to pay the price listed online, but it seems it kept changing). All I asked for was the Purchase Order so I could arrange my finances.
Regardless, it would of been nice to receive a phone call or e-mail telling me they could not honor the price if they had issues with their stated online pricing, as opposed to telling me they would call me back in ten minutes & stringing me along for 2 days (I had to purchase relatively soon due to issues with my current vehicle).

bought 2 vehicles from this dealership neither one was fit to drive because of serious brake problems. dealership not repair them when brought to their attention.. i had to take back my first purchase with the bad brakes that they said would cost $2700 to repair. can not drive vehicle with the bad brakes. this is the most condesending and dis-respectable dealership i have had to deal with in my 81 years. managers were very rude. be very aware of what you by from them be sure you have someone check vehicle before you by or stay away altogether

Beware of the KIA service department! They will try to rip you off!! Key fobe not working right, they told me and my husband that it went bad and they would have to order one at $500.00 and then program the other one. Thought about it and paid them $89.95 diagnostic charge RIP OFF! stopped got batteries THE FOBES WORKS GREAT! I will never take my Kia back to those people who try there best to RIP HARD WORKING PEOPLE OFF!!!

i took my 2002 kia sportage in because it was running funny and smelled of gas and my gas milege was suddenly terrible. they had it for a week and swore up and down there was nothing wrong with it. i convinced them to do a simple tune up. they had to order parts and the day they had the parts they called claiming all types of things were wrong and when i said no they found other parts that were broken and suddenly couldnt believe i drove it in. this was after there 80 dollar an hour diagnosis. and when i said i was takeing it somewhere else they claimed it wouldnt run under its own power. i took it somewhere good and got it fixed for 600 dollars cheaper than what they were claiming. im not even going to look at that place when i drive by anymore. terrible buisness ethics
