The automobile service technicians are always courteous and helpful in explaining what is being done to my car. It was in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Nate was my service technician, a problem was found that needed attention, and he sat down with me to explain exactly what the problem was and how long it would take for the job to be completed. I have always been pleased with the service received at Hagerstown Honda.

I was caught off guard as I traveled out of town with an unscheduled issue. I coasted into Ourisman just before they closed for the day and they hooked my GTI up on the machine. They didn’t put me off, they made me feel at home, helped me with a loaner, and 100% took care of my “girl.” The three fellas with whom I became acquainted took their time, and although this is over an hour from my location, I will travel here for maintenance. Wow! I was impressed! I switched to Annapolis Subaru a couple routine service trips ago, as I found the car-purchase-dealership in Glen Burnie okay but not great. Annapolis Subaru is easy to make appointments, both online and via phone, and their service has a quick turnaround. When my mom's Forester's A/C quit working, it was sort of an emergency, as she is 94, and she relies on her children to ferry her around to many appointments per week. She has severe health challenges, and the Subaru is the best car for ease of access and egress for her. I commend Paul and the entire service team for their very quick turnaround in replacing the A/C condenser and getting the A/C up and running shortly after I approved the cost of the work. My brother was able to chauffeur my mom to her medical appointment that same afternoon in her beloved Subaru! Thank you, Paul and Team Annapolis Subaru! R.
