Purchased an older used vehicle remotely from MemberCar. Anthony Paz the sales manager was friendly, approachable and handled all of my information requests about the vehicle in a timely manner. Mr Paz was even willing to put the vehicle on a lift for me and record video of the chassis. MemberCar was willing to deal on the asking price when some vehicle issues were disclosed before the sale. When the vehicle arrived and I saw it in person for the first time there were some additional surprises found. I recondition older cars so this will just be another project. Not fully meeting expectations on condition can be the nature of buying older used cars remotely. Not everything about a vehicle can be communicated through pictures and videos and there can be more risk vs cost paid than anticipated. Overall I would consider a MemberCar vehicle again because of the way the staff works to assist a remote buyer. They handled the transaction quickly and professionally and kept me informed through all stages of the buying and shipping process. They also have shop capabilities on site which is helpful.

Since I bought my last three cars factory-direct, I was hoping my experience venturing back into a dealership after 20 years wouldn't be too bad. Not only was it not bad, it was a very pleasant and stress-free experience at Len Stoler Lexus. I give most of the credit to our sales associate, Darmon Smalls. I was in contact with 4 area dealers zeroing in on the car and price. Darmon was, by far, the most responsive and professional. The others went radio silent after just a week. Darmon and the Stoler team didn't pressure us and were courteous and respectful. The best part is that we got the car we wanted at an amazing price! No Pressure! I was online and I saw a certified preowned Mazda CX-5 2023. I was in love and I sent over my information. Rafael called me and next thing I know I’m looking at a 2024 Mazda Cx-5 CE. I was so excited now I just had to wait and see what my rate was going to be. I called the dealership and spoke with Muhammad and was informed of the rate, at that point I knew I was going to buy a brand new car. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt no pressure and everyone was actually nice. Kamau introduced himself to me and I was blown away by his professionalism. From there I was in the finance room with Richard so friendly signing my paperwork. Now here is the crazy part. My money was held up and I couldn’t pick the car up for 3 weeks. They held my car for me when they didn’t have to. When I pick her up 2 weeks ago it’s been a wrap. I’m still in shock that I have a brand new car, I’m so overjoyed that Passport Mazda Suitland was able to work with me and my credit. My husband is going next to get him a brand new Mazda!!! Thank you Rafael for making the first call and showing a Trim I really didn’t know about.
