Kyle was the service manager I worked with on a continuing problem the suspension on my truck. They identified root cause for the failure and replaced faulty parts returning the systems to normal operating mode and cover the cost through the warranty of the services provided by the original work last year. While they had the vehicle they identified a few other problems that required attention. The truck is back to running well.
