Just purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Jasen Raby this salesperson was fantastic and also very honest and transparent when it came to helping me. I went to the dealership a few times just to test drive different trucks. He also helped my son who we purchased a truck together. He gave us great customer service, he was honest, had great integrity and answered any questions we had with the vehicle. He bent over backwards to make myself and son happy! The experience I had with Jasen Raby was amazing and I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle is go talk to him. This was a great experience I had with him. When I signed the paperwork I also wanted to give kudos to Tyrone who was just very good and made the process in signing the paperwork smooth and no pressure to purchase anything else. Horrid experience, first no one greets you as they are - Js

Horrid experience, first no one greets you as they are relaxing around the front desk having a chat like its tea time. Then, it took longer than it needed to as they finished their conversation. Next, Business development team told me to come look at a used car that was out for repair that was not even on their property. Thereafter, Used car sales manager Brent Morley got very offended, rude, and belligerent (even swore at me) when asking questions about the price. This behavior is childish and very unprofessional regardless of if I am right or wrong. I probably would have bought the car if he didn't go on an outrage over a question he did not want to answer about the vehicle. My sales person however, was as kind and as sympathetic as can be about the whole interaction, even if it was fake or not. If anything promote her to Used Car Sales manager as she knows how to be professional, kind, and act like an adult.
