Best dealership I have ever encountered in my state of MICHIGAN! No hassle in getting a quote for a car or lease. I call and they get back with me within a half hour… tell me colors available etc. Everyone is friendly and treats you like family. The prior place was Serra off of Telegraph and it was a whole day back and forth. Finally I left and I received a phone call in my car and I had a different QUOTE. Get my car title and drive back which for me was a good drive from my home and the salesman said after I got there finance said this etc. So much anxiety especially I knew I had excellent credit on and on. I only deal with Heidebreicht, leased 3 cars and brought out my last lease cuz I was turning my leased cars in with less than 10,000 miles. You want to purchase clothes you pick out your sz and head to the register pay!!! Done end of sale. It should be like that with getting a car. Heidebreicht from the minute you step into the place you greeted friendly even if it is an oil change. ❤️ the dealership!!!

Don't know if the service advisors have too much on their plate or what, but poor communication on updates of what needs to be done. Other than warranty work, I may be done using them

I can't begin to express my appreciation for the entire service team at Taylor Chevrolet. I was 4 hours from home on the first day of a business trip and the windshield wipers in my 2022 Tahoe quit working during inclement weather. I pulled into the dealership and told them about the issue, and they jumped on it immediately. The entire staff understood my challenges and were able to get me back on the road within an hour.

My wife's lease on her F-150 was close to being up and with her being spoiled by driving 4x4 trucks for the last 6yrs., she wanted another one. We decided to purchase a used vehicle this time around as lease's are outrageous now. Erik sold us a 2021 Silverado at a great price with no Bulls%#t and low mileage. Needless to say, she is very happy with it as I am too. I'm sure there are other great sales persons at Bates Chevrolet but Erik is my sales guy for any future purchases. I finally got my car back after 4 months dealing with lifter rod issues, I was told I'm getting a new engine, and after I pick it up, there is no new engine. There was some women's lip stick left in my cup holder, I went and got groceries and there's a Hyundai part in the bed of my truck, I thought it went to my truck originally, so in the process of looking I found they ripped a plastic cover off the bottom of my truck, and the bolt that holds it in is missing. The ticking noise is still there. From the original repair as well.
