I had a 1998 Toyota Rav4 that I bought 19 years ago, and loved it so much that I had to get a brand new one. I am in love with my new 2018 Toyota Rav4! Tim and Cody were very knowledgeable and courteous with us. They showed us several different Rav4's that had different features and they were very patient with us. He made every possible concession on the new car purchase price and gave me more for my trade-in than any other dealer I spoke with. Josh (Finance) also made my purchasing experience exceptional. There was obviously clear communication and collaboration between sales and finance. Josh presented the finance option which best met my needs. I had to tow my damaged car to Tamaroff because Nissan Dealership in Dearborn was not available. This was three weeks ago and my car still was not done. Not only that, Tamaroff’s body shop has no clue of what updating the customer means. I had to call multiple times to check on the status. Even important information such as the car could possibly be totaled I heard it from a third party. I asked them to fax me the form to sign in order to start working on the car after it was sitting there for 4 days, but they never did it. I had to call after three days to get the document faxed. Already one week was lost without knowing any thing about the repair or updates. I never received even one call from the body shop to give me any updates or what was going on. I had to call the insurance claim specialist and the Property Damage Evaluation group which estimates the cost of the damage. They informed me that Tamaroff sent them the supplement when they were closed and just before the Holidays. I called trying to talk to a supervisor in the body shop but they took my contact info and said he/she will call me back. I don’t know if there was a worse service than that?!

I've been calling 1 to 2 times a week for 6 weeks.to talk with finance dept. Left plenty of voicemails with (both Dearborn and Macomb) absolutely zero return calls or messages for me. Come to find out Dearborn All pro Nissan is closed. Also the used car (Chevrolet) i bought started leaking oil after a few days. Turns out the service dept didn't tighten oil filter. Bought extend warranty and didn't cover another problem with car.
All pro Nissan didnt stand behind it and I paid GM dealer to fix it.
Wouldn't recommend All Pro to anyone!!!

Service rep. try to sell you anything (even if your car does NOT need it)...In my case, Service rep said that base on "user manual" I needed to get the brake fluid drained/replaced (on my vehicle with 30K miles.....then later I reviewed the manual (I did not find that recommendation) ...I talked to my co-workers and they told me that If you are female, the service reps always try to sell you everything and anything (even if you do not need it), ......here I am with an additional 10K miles & my original brake pads are still good.....I took my vehicle for another oil change & the same Service rep. at "ALL PRO NISSAN OF DEARBORN" told me that I needed to change the brake fluid.....My reply to him was "You just change the brake fluid at 30K miles, and I have been advised that I did not need the brake fluid changed, and now at 40K you want to change it again, I added I now know that you get the brake fluid changed at the time you get new brake pads & my original brake pads are still good"
I went for an "all points/multi point check oil change" BUT Service at All Pro Nissan skipped the "multiple point check & use that time to change the brake fluid and get the charge for it.

I am happy to say that I went to Cole Nissan and spoke to Rodrigo about my problems with the sport. He spoke to a manager (Paul), and he phoned me back in less than an hour. They offered me solutions to the problems, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a vehicle that would meet our needs. I am glad I went to speak to them and give them a chance to make it right. I am adjusting my ratings to show my level of satisfaction.
On 9/29/17, I purchased a Rouge Sport. We asked our salesman Rodrigo about 0% financing that may be coming up since it was so close to a new month. He said that it was only on the Rogue, and we would chance not getting the rebates if we waited. Now I see there IS 0% on the sport this month. I personally feel that making quota for the month was more important than our happiness!
I have never owned a Nissan before, and would not have bought this one had I realized just how cheaply made it would be. While on my way to work on damp roads, there was so much noise from the splashing that not only did I have to check that a window didn't get opened ( it didn't), I also could not hear the person on the hands free phone. This weekend, we had to go about 2 hours out of town, by the time we arrived, I was extremely sore from the poor quality seat, and lumber wagon ride, also had the beginning of a headache from the road noise! To say the least, this was NOT an enjoyable trip for my husband and I, and we actually came to the conclusion that we would not be able to drive this vehicle on our annual fall color trip up north.
I understand that this is a fairly new addition to the line up, however, our salesman didn't seem to know much about the vehicle or its features. The pre-delivery prep was literally half completed (half the windshield washed, vacuuming, dusting, etc.).
Then there is our experience with the service department. My husband called to inquire about the cost of getting fog lights installed (which Rodrigo told us could be done, no problem). My husband was told they " didn't know" how much it would be to install them as they had never done it and that someone would call him back with an answer. After a few days and no call back, he called again and was told the same thing.....still waiting for a call back!!
In summary, I will not have this vehicle any longer than I have to, and would return it today if possible.

This dealer does not deserve your business. I went in today after speaking with Kevin to see and drive a preowned 2013 BMW, which the price I'm still not sure. After looking at it I asked yo drive it to tale it Homs to show my wife. As he was copying my drivers license. A manager walks over to me and says that I can't take the car alone because its a "high line car", what does that mean even? Its used and not a race car. I'm over 30 years old have purchased many cars new and used and never once did I have to drive with someone to show my wife the car! I expressed my dissatisfaction and was simply told have a nice day. I've even been allowed to take cars home for the night to really get a good feeling for something I'll be paying for for years and years.
I was very interested in the car, was not just coming to kick tires. I simply believe its because I wasn't dressed like I could afford a car. Would it have been different if I was buying a new Nissan? Which probably costs more than the used BMW. His " high line" remark wouldn't apply then. I'm so disappointed! They have lost my potential business. Too bad Kevin missed out because of this totally unprofessional manager. They aren't the only car dealer on the block.

Like the vehicle but the sales staff seemed like a bunch of fast buck Freddie's. Thought they were slick and played alot of games that were really not necessary. Just a low class dealership that give legitimate professional sales people a bad name.
