My wife and I went to My Auto Import and had a great experience. We worked directly with Regan. He was respectful, knowedagble, and not pushy at all like some other places can be. Regan asked what some of our wants were and found a vehicle meeting our needs. He could have easily sold us the “top-of-the-line,” Toyota Sienna, but he did not. He thought the xle premium would fit all our needs and after test driving it, it seems to do just that.
Working with Alex in the financing department was a breeze, he made the process simple and easy.
Overall we had a pleasurable experience with My Auto Imports, Toyota. We would recommend stopping by and speaking with them if interested in purchasing a vehicle.

I am happy to say that I went to Cole Nissan and spoke to Rodrigo about my problems with the sport. He spoke to a manager (Paul), and he phoned me back in less than an hour. They offered me solutions to the problems, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a vehicle that would meet our needs. I am glad I went to speak to them and give them a chance to make it right. I am adjusting my ratings to show my level of satisfaction.
On 9/29/17, I purchased a Rouge Sport. We asked our salesman Rodrigo about 0% financing that may be coming up since it was so close to a new month. He said that it was only on the Rogue, and we would chance not getting the rebates if we waited. Now I see there IS 0% on the sport this month. I personally feel that making quota for the month was more important than our happiness!
I have never owned a Nissan before, and would not have bought this one had I realized just how cheaply made it would be. While on my way to work on damp roads, there was so much noise from the splashing that not only did I have to check that a window didn't get opened ( it didn't), I also could not hear the person on the hands free phone. This weekend, we had to go about 2 hours out of town, by the time we arrived, I was extremely sore from the poor quality seat, and lumber wagon ride, also had the beginning of a headache from the road noise! To say the least, this was NOT an enjoyable trip for my husband and I, and we actually came to the conclusion that we would not be able to drive this vehicle on our annual fall color trip up north.
I understand that this is a fairly new addition to the line up, however, our salesman didn't seem to know much about the vehicle or its features. The pre-delivery prep was literally half completed (half the windshield washed, vacuuming, dusting, etc.).
Then there is our experience with the service department. My husband called to inquire about the cost of getting fog lights installed (which Rodrigo told us could be done, no problem). My husband was told they " didn't know" how much it would be to install them as they had never done it and that someone would call him back with an answer. After a few days and no call back, he called again and was told the same thing.....still waiting for a call back!!
In summary, I will not have this vehicle any longer than I have to, and would return it today if possible.

Google near by dealer found Grand Blanc Nissan. I Called to schedule service, Denise answered and scheduled my service, she was very nice and she welcomed me to the area. Came in for service appointment and it was good to see the diversity of employees in the dealer. While waiting for service the sales guy entertained me with a test drive. The test drive turned into a purchase. The guys there were friendly and patient, not pushy like other dealers I've been to. Would have given 5 stars but nobody is perfect.

We purchased a used Armada with a price that was TOO good to be true. I have since found out why. Bought on 7/5 was told by 7/6 it would be repaired (leaking front drive seal) it wasn't. WE had to call them EVERY TIME. We picked it up so we could pick up our new camper. Drove another 50 miles to pick it up. Took it home, cost 228 dollars to have a hitch installed because they cut the old one off with a torch, A/C stopped working, it was pushed black liquid through the tail pipe. ETC. We replaced filters to try to salvage this car (and the 8K loan I have on it) we took it back to have the seal replaced on 7/17. We also asked for a comprehensive inspection, (we had already had codes read, but wanted to see what they said) the "service" manager stated it was throwing a code for the power steering pump, we specifically asked is it critical, he said on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the worst, it's a 1-2. For 600.00 I could have had it repaired. Our family is leaving for a large vacation and I have my own shop that we go to, I decided why not wait. This was the fatal decision. Had Dustin been honest and said HEY this is a big deal, I would have paid them to repair it. BUT they down played it because they knew we were already not happy. They also said they fixed the AC but they didn't. We made it safely (amazingly) back to our office and by that point the shaft on the power steering pump sheared off and sent metal through the lines destroying the rack and pinion system. My vehicle is ruined and we are now cancelling a trip and repairing a car we have owned for less than 30 days. The AC compressor is also being replaced. There has not been one good thing that has happened since I stepped on to this lot. They were decent enough through the financing, but what has been done to our family and bank account is totally unacceptable. I will never ever buy another nissan product and I will make it my job to leave reviews of this horrible place every place I can. Thank you for ruining our summer Lansing Nissan.

This dealer does not deserve your business. I went in today after speaking with Kevin to see and drive a preowned 2013 BMW, which the price I'm still not sure. After looking at it I asked yo drive it to tale it Homs to show my wife. As he was copying my drivers license. A manager walks over to me and says that I can't take the car alone because its a "high line car", what does that mean even? Its used and not a race car. I'm over 30 years old have purchased many cars new and used and never once did I have to drive with someone to show my wife the car! I expressed my dissatisfaction and was simply told have a nice day. I've even been allowed to take cars home for the night to really get a good feeling for something I'll be paying for for years and years.
I was very interested in the car, was not just coming to kick tires. I simply believe its because I wasn't dressed like I could afford a car. Would it have been different if I was buying a new Nissan? Which probably costs more than the used BMW. His " high line" remark wouldn't apply then. I'm so disappointed! They have lost my potential business. Too bad Kevin missed out because of this totally unprofessional manager. They aren't the only car dealer on the block.
Stay away zero stars is what they deserve!
