$85 for oil change and tire rotation seemed pricey although I haven’t done any comparison shopping. Subaru is still under warranty so wanted to return to place where I purchased it.

I visited 3 dealers, Elhart was the only one that gave best offer the first time. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. He was not pressuring but asked what I wanted in a car. The business manager presented all financial information clearly and accurately. My complaint with all dealers is the push for extended warranties. But they took no for an answer the first time without pressure.

I went in hoping to purchase a pre-owned Mazda CX-3, but ended up instead purchasing a pre-owned Mazda CX-5. I found the CX-3 wasn't large enough to suit my needs, and James immediately suggested taking a peek at their larger SUV inventory. I was able to directly compare both the Nissan Rogue and several Mazda CX-5's, and ended up with the perfect car for my needs. He made every possible concession on the new car purchase price and gave me more for my trade-in than any other dealer I spoke with. Josh (Finance) also made my purchasing experience exceptional. There was obviously clear communication and collaboration between sales and finance. Josh presented the finance option which best met my needs. He knew I only wished to purchase the vehicle and never attempted to steer me into a lease as a way to fit my monthly payment cap work. My experience after-the-sale was equally outstanding. Great Price for the 2018 Elantra Special Edition - Billboardguy
My old 2004 Toyota Matrix became a total loss after an accident, so I was in immediate need to buy a car from a lot. I initially was looking for Honda Fit, but the Mexico factory that produce those cars became flooded and was backed up in producing cars. I wanted a new brand that is different from Toyota. I found that Elantras and Accents were more affordable than other brands. I decided to get an Elantra instead of an Accent because I needed more cargo space. I paid around $20K including taxes and fees for the 2018 Elantra Special Edition, which is the national average price for the car according to TrueCar.com. My car has a sunroof and heated seats, which makes Hyundai lower priced than other brands with similar features. The sales employee, Justin Morin, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and I enjoyed talking to him. I appreciate him showing me all the fun features of the car. Justin acknowledged the $50 gift card offer I printed from the dealership's website to do a test drive. I live in Mount Pleasant, and I drove my rental car to Saginaw. Justin was wonderful in delivering my car for free to Mount Pleasant. Marquis Evans is the business/finance employee. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Marquis informed me that interior and body rust protections are standard in other brands and part of other brands' prices. He did not explicitly tell me that those protections at Hyundai were optional, and I would have liked to have given at least some thought about accepting those protections before signing up for the protections. I probably would have been persuaded to accept those protections considering that my car with the sunroof and heated seats is lower priced than similar cars in other brands and other brands consider protections as standard. Overall, I had pleasant two hour experience at the dealership, and I recommend to anyone to consider them for their great customer service and affordable cars.

Every time I call to schedule an oil change they say they’re booked for a week. What is the point in offering a free oil change with the new car if you can’t give a reasonable time to change the oil. I won’t be buying my next car from here

I never expected I will be so unhappy after getting my new car. 1 hr after getting the car, I found out Tamaroff Nissan southfield is offering $35/month cheaper and without down. So total price difference was $1750 over 3 years. I believed these guys that this is best they can offer. And for Rogue lease, Nissan All pro is asking $40/ month more than Tamaroff. When I called All pro back again,they said you are lying we dont believe your numbers. Now I recommend to all my friends who are thinking of Nissan, not to go for All pro

I am happy to say that I went to Cole Nissan and spoke to Rodrigo about my problems with the sport. He spoke to a manager (Paul), and he phoned me back in less than an hour. They offered me solutions to the problems, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a vehicle that would meet our needs. I am glad I went to speak to them and give them a chance to make it right. I am adjusting my ratings to show my level of satisfaction.
On 9/29/17, I purchased a Rouge Sport. We asked our salesman Rodrigo about 0% financing that may be coming up since it was so close to a new month. He said that it was only on the Rogue, and we would chance not getting the rebates if we waited. Now I see there IS 0% on the sport this month. I personally feel that making quota for the month was more important than our happiness!
I have never owned a Nissan before, and would not have bought this one had I realized just how cheaply made it would be. While on my way to work on damp roads, there was so much noise from the splashing that not only did I have to check that a window didn't get opened ( it didn't), I also could not hear the person on the hands free phone. This weekend, we had to go about 2 hours out of town, by the time we arrived, I was extremely sore from the poor quality seat, and lumber wagon ride, also had the beginning of a headache from the road noise! To say the least, this was NOT an enjoyable trip for my husband and I, and we actually came to the conclusion that we would not be able to drive this vehicle on our annual fall color trip up north.
I understand that this is a fairly new addition to the line up, however, our salesman didn't seem to know much about the vehicle or its features. The pre-delivery prep was literally half completed (half the windshield washed, vacuuming, dusting, etc.).
Then there is our experience with the service department. My husband called to inquire about the cost of getting fog lights installed (which Rodrigo told us could be done, no problem). My husband was told they " didn't know" how much it would be to install them as they had never done it and that someone would call him back with an answer. After a few days and no call back, he called again and was told the same thing.....still waiting for a call back!!
In summary, I will not have this vehicle any longer than I have to, and would return it today if possible.

These people are lairs. I asked them to do 0 apr finance but when I looked at the invoice it was 4.3 apr. They claimed that the quote I got is not true because it was 3000 less what they offered me. Guess what, it was not. I drove three hours and I bought the same exact car and I saved $3000. Shame on you Nissan of Canton!

Lack of effort and Curt attitude of salesman turned possible purchase into a non purchase. Didn't want me to test drive truck because they just put new tires on it. Seriously? Salesman was very sketchy on details concerning truck as if he wasn't knowledgeable about the truck. Pretty sad if you don't know the product your trying to sell Instead of trying to work out a mutual agreement on price of truck he didn't even try to work with me and told me if I really wanted the truck I'd come back and buy it. Wow!

We purchased a used Armada with a price that was TOO good to be true. I have since found out why. Bought on 7/5 was told by 7/6 it would be repaired (leaking front drive seal) it wasn't. WE had to call them EVERY TIME. We picked it up so we could pick up our new camper. Drove another 50 miles to pick it up. Took it home, cost 228 dollars to have a hitch installed because they cut the old one off with a torch, A/C stopped working, it was pushed black liquid through the tail pipe. ETC. We replaced filters to try to salvage this car (and the 8K loan I have on it) we took it back to have the seal replaced on 7/17. We also asked for a comprehensive inspection, (we had already had codes read, but wanted to see what they said) the "service" manager stated it was throwing a code for the power steering pump, we specifically asked is it critical, he said on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the worst, it's a 1-2. For 600.00 I could have had it repaired. Our family is leaving for a large vacation and I have my own shop that we go to, I decided why not wait. This was the fatal decision. Had Dustin been honest and said HEY this is a big deal, I would have paid them to repair it. BUT they down played it because they knew we were already not happy. They also said they fixed the AC but they didn't. We made it safely (amazingly) back to our office and by that point the shaft on the power steering pump sheared off and sent metal through the lines destroying the rack and pinion system. My vehicle is ruined and we are now cancelling a trip and repairing a car we have owned for less than 30 days. The AC compressor is also being replaced. There has not been one good thing that has happened since I stepped on to this lot. They were decent enough through the financing, but what has been done to our family and bank account is totally unacceptable. I will never ever buy another nissan product and I will make it my job to leave reviews of this horrible place every place I can. Thank you for ruining our summer Lansing Nissan.

This dealer does not deserve your business. I went in today after speaking with Kevin to see and drive a preowned 2013 BMW, which the price I'm still not sure. After looking at it I asked yo drive it to tale it Homs to show my wife. As he was copying my drivers license. A manager walks over to me and says that I can't take the car alone because its a "high line car", what does that mean even? Its used and not a race car. I'm over 30 years old have purchased many cars new and used and never once did I have to drive with someone to show my wife the car! I expressed my dissatisfaction and was simply told have a nice day. I've even been allowed to take cars home for the night to really get a good feeling for something I'll be paying for for years and years.
I was very interested in the car, was not just coming to kick tires. I simply believe its because I wasn't dressed like I could afford a car. Would it have been different if I was buying a new Nissan? Which probably costs more than the used BMW. His " high line" remark wouldn't apply then. I'm so disappointed! They have lost my potential business. Too bad Kevin missed out because of this totally unprofessional manager. They aren't the only car dealer on the block.
