Could be better - namanning58
When I bring my Subaru in for an oil change and tire rotation, you never balance the tires. Don't you think it makes sense? I don't care if there is an extra charge, but it makes me mad that my tires are out of balance and then you have to come back in or go somewhere else to get them balanced.

Jeff Schaap and Taylor Hopkins were exceptional - Benjamin222Ferrin
Came in as a first time buyer; Jeff helped me get a very nice 2014 Ford Fusion and get financing for it without a cosigner. He was honest and genuine throughout the process, and gave me the best experience possible.
Taylor made all of the paperwork and financing very easy; he got me a low monthly payment, a 66 mo warranty, and even a low interest rate. I can't believe it all went so well when I had so little credit going in.
Both of them are highly recommended, and I will absolutely go back if I buy another vehicle!

My Best Car Purchase Experience Ever - Alders3858
My recent new vehicle purchase at Gezon Motors was the best experience ever. My salesperson (Bill) was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He made every possible concession on the new car purchase price and gave me more for my trade-in than any other dealer I spoke with. Josh (Finance) also made my purchasing experience exceptional. There was obviously clear communication and collaboration between sales and finance. Josh presented the finance option which best met my needs. He knew I only wished to purchase the vehicle and never attempted to steer me into a lease as a way to fit my monthly payment cap work. My experience after-the-sale was equally outstanding. Paul (sales & training) worked with Bill to thoroughly teach me how to make the most of all my vehicle features had to offer. Bill introduced me to all of Gezon's primary department leads including Roxanne (service) who is genuine, caring, helpful and communicates well. The staff at Gezon works collaboratively to ensure every individual who walks in has an exemplary experience. I'm thrilled with my decision to purchase from Gezon Motors.

I felt very confident that my car would be in the best care at your dealership. The staff was very friendly. The guy that worked on my tire had a smile so big that he made me smile. I know that everyone from Josh,my service manager, the tech that worked on my tire, to the cashier that cashed me out, everyone did a great job that made me feel important.

If I had a question they answered it for me. Fixed a problem I had at no charge. Even filled my tank up when I got it back. Appreciate there time and customer service. RE: Kudos to Kevin and Jeff - Charlie
I purchased my Nissan Murano from Gerweck Nissan in Monroe, MI approximately one year ago. My front radar system malfunctioned. The service advisor Jeff from Gerweck told me they could not repair it and referred me to Nissan of Canton. Needless to say, I was not happy to have to drive 40 miles out of my way to have it repaired.
On 07-25-19, I went to Nissan of Canton and was greeted by service advisor Kevin McCarthy. I explained the issue to Kevin voicing my displeasure to him. Kevin was very professional and kind to me through my rant. The problem was resolved by Kevin and service
Tech Jeff Helt. A HUGE thank you to both these gentlemen. They are five star people.
I highly recommend people to see Kevin McCarthy at Nissan of Canton, 42175 Michigan Avenue, Canton, MI 48188, TX: 734.495-1000.
Dishonest - Mattressman316
I don't recommend doing business with this dealership. They are like the devil. They are very friendly interacting with you while ripping you off. We bought a used 2011 Nissan Rogue from them a few weeks ago. They didn't disclose that there was only one key that came with the vehicle, until after we paid and signed everything. It took me 2 weeks to get the GM Lee to even respond back to me via text. On top of that, the CV Joints started leaking grease, and our mechanic said they sold us a vehicle with dry rotted tires. The repair bill is around $2000. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS DEALERSHIP TO THE MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL. ANYONE ELSE WHO GOT RIPPED OFF, PLEASE MAKE A REPORT AS WELL.
watch like a hawk, check their work, and quotes don't matter - Familycarguy
With their service awards adorning the walls, I was optimistic. With written quote in hand for routine maintenance, I sat and watched through the large picture window. Before I knew it, I was told my car was ready. I asked how my tires were rotated without taking them off the car. He went back to the tech, who nodded yes. Then he pointed at the window where I stood, after which he nodded no. While waiting longer, another customer complained his bill was a lot higher than his quote; the excuse was the part price went up overnight. As they lowered my car, I asked why they didn't inspect the exhaust rattle he said they would easily take care of. Up she goes again! By now an elderly gentleman asked if they had washed his car as they promised. Nope, we're too busy to do that today was the response. Finally finished, my bill was a WHOPPING $180 more than the WRITTEN quote. Excuse? Software upgrade, prices are wrong. Finally, on the way home, I smelled antifreeze. I pulled over to find the cap loose, and antifreeze all over the engine compartment and exterior paint next to a 2" scratch that still had metal hanging off of it. No help, they say, it was fine when it left. Never again.
You Are Less Important than Their Phone Call - Disappointed Guy
A week ago I stopped in just on a whim. I was greeted by what turned out to be the owner (John) of the dealership. We chatted briefly and he said he would be able to help me out and I would be hearing from him. Well, I never did. I emailed him after about 5 days and got an email back saying he was out of town on a trip and would be back Thursday. Apologized. Then emailed again and told me to go see his son JC who was expecting me and that he would take care of me.
I left work and went to the dealership about a half hour later. JC was on the phone in his office. Speaker phone. His wife was also in there with him. He had been made aware I was there and he continued to stay on the phone. I went in and out looking at other cars on the lot to kill time. Back in. Still on the phone. The call was clearly personal in nature. They were discussing a home that had been bought. Then they moved on to general chatting about who was helping move things in and so on. I went back out to kill more time. Then back in again. More of the same.
This went on for 20 min and I had had enough. I got in my car and was texting my wife that I was leaving. Another salesman came back out and told me that "he can't seem to get off. It's about something financial." I told him I knew what it was about since IT WAS ON SPEAKER! He said ok and then went back in when I told him I was leaving. As I was backing out suddenly JC came out the door and was available.
He told me he was sorry but that his daughter was buying a house in Tennessee. I expressed my frustration at having been ignored for 20 min when I was told to go up there and was ignored for a personal call. He tapped my door twice in a condescending manner and told me to have a good day. Turned and went back inside.
I emailed his dad back and told him what had happened and said it was a strange way to do business. He wrote me back and told me he had spoken to his son and...ready..?? BLAMED ME! The owner told me family is the most important thing and told me he was sorry I had bad timing when I showed up! He told me that some day when my daughter buys a house I would want to be involved too. So, rather than even ask me if I would mind waiting. Explain a situation, have someone else help me etc...they didn't even say a word to me because they were ON A PERSONAL CALL AT WORK. And they cared so much about being involved that they didn't take the day off. Didn't go down there. Instead they talked to her on speaker in the middle of a business while not helping customers.
And then told the client they had told to go to the dealership...THEY HAD BAD TIMING!!
I read some other reviews on other sites and this seems to be a pattern. They come on as a nice family owned dealership and then things take a turn. I encourage you to read reviews on Google or on some of the other car sites. My experience in not only not uncommon it seems to be a pattern.
Very disappointed in this. I was excited about the car I was seeking to purchase!
Horrible - Deloise 1
They dont even get half of a star!. I am soooooo upset with this place and I am more disappointed with the people that work there . I had my car towed in on Monday and had an appointment on Tuesday for a diag. I told the lady "my car has coolant in the spark plug holes I may have blown the head gasket....I just had a heater core flush I am not sure if that is what caused the problem". I had checked everything I could before the car got there there was NO knocking of the engine, bearings didnt lock, thick white smoke out of the tailpipe so we kind of ruled out possibility of an engine block crack, but more importantly we constantly checked the oil it was still just oil no foam mixture just oil. Again I had given this information to the lady and told her when I had to call and check on my car that I wanted to know if the head was cracked or the engine block. When I talked to her she said immediately said I needed a new engine and that she was looking up prices and that POSSIBLY the head was cracked or the engine block was cracked. Now isnt that what I already told the lady? She is telling me the exact same thing that I ALREADY told her. So after I told her I wanted to know if the engine block was cracked or the head and she said that she would call me back with more info BEFORE they closed. So like a child I waited by the phone for her call only to have to call her back and find out that everybody left because they were closed. This initiated my first call to John the manager. I had to leave him a voicemail pleading for him to call me back because I felt slighted and I wanted to know about my car. The next day Lexi calls me back and says she was returning my phone call for John the manager because he was in meetings and apologized for her unprofessionalism for not returning the phone call and proceeded to tell me the EXACT same thing she said the day before(which is what I ALREADY told her before the car was worked on) adding in I need a new engine again and being very persistent about it. I asked her things like is the head cracked or the engine block cracked .... why couldn't I replace or refurbish the head. She said based on her "mechanical experience" I needed a new or used engine and to get that information I wanted it would be a $500 job on top of the $200 diag fee. Also readers you remember earlier I told you that I had checked the oil she is now saying the oil was foamy and had coolant in it and I told her that I checked the oil and it wasn't like that before it got to them and I have 4 witnesses to prove that. I find all this ridiculous because I'm still yet to get a diagnosis and they are now holding my car HOSTAGE because I refuse to pay $200 for ABSOLUTELY nothing. They did not give me any information that I already didn't know and that I didn't already tell them. I left a message for the CEO and the person that keeps responding to these low rating reviews. I am scared they are going to sabotage my car because of the back and forth we have been doing especially after reading some of these reviews. I just want my car back and John the manager keeps telling me I cannot have it back until I pay the $200 for the nothing of service that I got and the disrespect from the crew. I wouldn't reccomend this place to my worst enemy i should have ready the reviews before I towed it in, but I thought my car would be safe here because they work on VW vs. taking it to a mechanic that mostly works on American cars. Someone let my betty jetta know I coming to get her and to hold on strong! I am sorry for giving these people permission to pop your hood and violate you by just staring at the engine and making stuff up about you because that is all they did!

Great customer service! - Lady A
After leasing a car from this dealership, I decided to buy another vehicle once my lease was up. I had some issues with the new car and after a few ups and downs, the general manager contacted me and made things right with me! He was very friendly and it was obvious how important good customer service is to him! I really appreciated him contacting me personally.
