We were looking for a different vehicle for my husband. However I found a Lincoln MKX that I fell more and more in love with the more Harley showed me it’s features. We ended up trading the vehicle, I had just bought 6 months prior from a different dealership for the Lincoln. They walked us through everything and made the process smooth and easy. It was a far superior experience, no stress, no worries and friendly staff. I would recommend coming the Miller! They make it happen!

Set a time with Charles to view/test drive a car, but apparently they double booked a showing. I was at the dealership first to see the car, but was not allowed to view it let alone test drive it. Apologies from the sales manager were given for their mistake and a "wonderful" offer $500 off another vehicle if I was interested. I then read the google reviews and this shows up from a review 4 months ago "we are unable to hold or reserve vehicles for customers."
I guess this dealership rule doesn't apply for everyone or the rules changed from 4 months ago. Walser will not get any business from me.

I am from out of state and I purchased a used vehicle here. The purchase and shipping went smoothly. Then, I went to trade this vehicle in. I learned it had been in 2!! previous accidents that were NOT disclosed to me at the time of purchase. The salesman is telling me I got a fair price on the vehicle even though he says he did not know about the accidents prior to me informing him. I’ve reached out to management in an effort to negotiate a resolution, and they are refusing to get back to me. Buyer beware at this dealership!

Just had my 2007 Grand Prix in for tires and front struts. Picked the car up this afternoon after paying over 200 dollars more than the estimate! According to the invoice, I was charged $223.00 each for the struts when I was quoted $170.00 each! Then, I was charged $119.00 for an alignment even though I was never told they would do one AND it says on the invoice to check alignment “at no charge to the customer!”
I have already left a message with the Service Manager and left an email with Nick Wagner, my service advisor! Let’s see what I get for a response!

Stay far away from them. We bought a beautiful low mileage truck with dash lights that they told us was a sensor issue. When we got it checked out, they were shocked we could even drive it the 2 hours home. The struts were cracked, the whole drivetrain was barely even on, and we've spent more on repairs than we paid for it. It's still having issues and we have gotten into serious debt because of this purchase. Don't waste your money here!
