I had an amazing experience purchasing my Hyundai Palisade ! Austin was my salesperson and was so accommodating and patient with all of my questions ! He even let us take it home to see if it would fit in the Garage space ! The Test drive was so easy and my friend and I got to try it out ! The staff is so kind and Is a top priority ! They filled the take up and started the car and had it running for all test drives ! The General Manager Tom was so fun and helpful ! The price and quality of the suv and the deals and warranty really swayed my decision to purchase! The finance department was so efficient and professional! 5 STAR rating for sure !! My car was picked up in Wahkon June 7th for warranty - Tim Murphy

My car was picked up in Wahkon June 7th for warranty work. The transmission died with less than 68K miles. I was told it would be 1 to 2 weeks. I was told once repairs were completed the car would be detailed and shipped to me in Michigan. It's September 22nd and I don't have my car. They claim repairs were done on August 28th. I have no proof. I finally had to buy a replacement vehicle. I have called, emailed but rarely get a response from the dealership or corporate. They have cost me thousands of dollars. I now have lawyers involved, Minnesota Attorney General's Office, the BBB and Federal Trade Commission. Is this the kid of dealership and brand you want to get involved with? Consider that before you buy from them.

I no longer trust the information provided by service advisor Tyler. Their inspection marked items as checked and OK, even though they later admitted they do not actually test the battery. They also said the filter was fine when it was actually dirty. I do not believe they inspect vehicles as thoroughly as they should, and I will not be returning. I do not recommend this place.
