This visit was positive this time. A nice gentleman approached me as soon as I pulled up and went to get a service advisor. Sounds basic but that has not been my experience in the past. Offered a beverage as soon as I came inside by a very nice woman, Dennis was awesome. The time he estimated was spot on, explained the technicians recommendations, and offered some options to get them completed. I particularly liked the text message with the link to the recommendations because now they are easy to access. Great Service by all !!

Andrew in the service dept. has helped me over the years at Chapman Dodge. Anything from routine oil changes to “I swear it was making that noise” type of situations. He’s always patient and takes the time to listen and understand what your saying. He doesn’t interject his “hypothesis” on you; or go off into a bunch of “maybe it’s this” scenarios. He’s efficient, to the point, and great with communication. I appreciate someone who understands your time is important and you’ve probably got somewhere else to be too.

I was very pleased my van was diagnosed and repaired so quickly. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I was able to sit down with the service manager and he really bent over backwards to fix the issue. they are fixing our car and them some, now I couldn't be happier. they are % 100 fixing the car with no additional charges. Scott the service manager really made up for the first problem and was easy to talk with. we really feel like Findlay auto cares about the quality work they are doing.

Outstanding and professional assistance by Tim Ollendick when my truck needed major service. Tim went out of his way to fit my repair into repair and complete the work to meet my schedule. Tim also provided a loaner vehicle at no charge to provide transportation during the repair timeframe. I also met Nora with Customer Service as she provided rides to and from the Dealership prior to me having the loaner car. Nora was extremely pleasant and helpful! Will recommend your Service Department to friends and folks I meet as a "top shelf" establishment!

They provided the worst service I have ever experienced. It stated when my engine blew. It was covered under warranty so I took it to the dealership to get it serviced. Two months later and many rude phone calls later as I was asking for updates my car was fixed, I got my car back, only for the wiring harness to fall off. Fast forward about 11 months later I take my car for it’s scheduled oil change and a lube tech noticed that my rear main seal is was leaking. So I took it to the dealership to get it fixed. They charge 2000 dollars for the repair. I get my car back and the check engine light is on so I return it to them. Later that day they say they fixed it. I drove my car 6 miles from the dealership before my engine died. I take it back to the mechanics. They inform me that my engine had blown. Then to top it off they threaten me with storage fees so I had to pay to tow my car off they lot 4 days after I paid the 2 grand to fix my car. The warranty for there work expired while they were fixing it so now I’m screwed. Thanks Volkswagen for sucking at fixing your own cars. I wouldn’t trust the mechanics here to change oil on any of my cars, let alone a major repair. I thought almost 200 dollars an hour would get you better mechanical work done.

Been visiting Centennial Toyota since 2004 and bought 2 cars during that period. The majority of that span, my experiences have been GREAT with VERY minimal complaints! But recent years (maybe starting few years back), feels like customer service is degrading every year (every visit)? Before, when arriving to the Service Center, employees used to greet you right away and communicate. Now, everyone walks past you, not even a simple, "Hello" - ONLY after standing there and finally someone acknowledging. Been using random Consultants as assigned when scheduling online and recent visits weren't very welcoming? Not the most communicative people that I've dealt with. Even waiting outside their office patiently, not even a quick acknowledgement (...Be right with you....Hello....). Some of the Reps barely turned away from their computer to make eye contact once processing my appointment. Kind of feels like the Reps aren't too interested when Service is included (free) with your new car? When they want to SELL me something, Ext. Warranty, Brake Flush, etc. - all of a sudden FULL of personality!?! We all know how dealerships are portrayed and I've always thought this place was better than that all these years. But the vibes that I've been experiencing from my recent visits has started to influence my feelings negatively about their Customer Service. To be fair, my Rep for my last visit was more personable than my previous appointments (he was new). What aggravated me was when picking up my car, he wasn't in his office (empty), so I waited by the door. Few minutes, no one acknowledges - even a few people walk into the office past me without a word (in & out). Finally, what appeared to be a manager passing, asked me who I was waiting for - John - and he guessed that he would be right back? So still waiting outside by the door....a Rep who I assume shares the office, entered and got on the computer. A little bit later, another Rep entered and they started conversing. Coming up to around 20 minutes or so (from arrival - standing outside the door), it doesn't sound like the conversation is business and that I assume, John must be at Lunch? So I interrupt and ask if John is around so I can pick up my car and the second Rep responds in a surprising manner..."Oh! I can help you with that..."!?!? I'm assuming he was covering for John, but didn't have presence of mind to ask why I was standing outside the office all that time? Needless to say, I was in a rush to get out of there!

Oh, my! 24-48 hours just to get a service estimate. Then possibly days to get the work done, as they apparently don't stock a lot of parts. They list email addresses on the website, but good luck getting a response. Calls to management go straight to voicemail and nobody calls back. Ouch, ouch, ouch!!! Unfortunately, we had to bring our Jeep there TWICE this month (separate issues, same result) -- we bought our extended warranty through them, which at least keeps the costs low. But the wait and lack of respect for customers' time is apparent.
