Hands down, the BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Jason ROCKS! No pressure, comfortable to talk to and answered all of my questions. Who would have thought that buying a new car would be this much fun! Kevin was super fast and thorough with the financing paperwork, and just the nicest guy. The dealership is beautiful and the coffee was fabulous. If I could give TEN STARS, I would.

Justin took care of us when we arrived and did not seem phased that we were interested only in a used car (other dealerships barely paid attention to us). They worked with us on the pricing to meet our budget and get us the most car we could afford even within these times of a used car seller’s market. Extended warranty was extra which was a bit of a downside but seemed like a good deal. I do not like pushy salespeople and Ramsey Mazda took the time to work with us on all aspects of financing without pressuring us to purchase the car in any way. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a Mazda (it drives great).

Worst dealer ever; extremely unprofessional and deceptive! We worked a deal with one of their sales associates (Marvin Sanchez) on a new 2021 CX5 and put a deposit accordingly. When we went to pick up the car 2 days later and after confirming all the car specs, we started signing the contract and the financing papers and on the last page they said BTW we changed the financial offer we made you 2 days ago!!!!! They thought they would push us to accept the new offer by letting us go through all this and then saying that at the end!!! Totally unprofessional and deceptive. We refused to sign and asked to speak to the manager who simply offered to split the difference with us!!! We asked for a refund and they said they will issue it. Benn over two weeks and we have not received the refund. Never go there!!

I have purchased/leased the car from this dealership before with no issues in 2020. However this time I was trying to reach a sales rep for the quote for the last 3 weeks. Every time they are telling me that they will talk to the manager and will give me a call back, but no one called me back. I live an hour away from the dealership and was trying to make a purchase and deposit over the phone. Dealer is claiming this customer-unfriendly treatment due to the car shortage and making other excuses. Just tired of calling this dealership for the lease quote.
Rick just called me and labeled me a "review writer". Rick didn't provide me with his job position/title and just informed me of that new company policy. I'm very surprised to get such horrible treatment from a Sansone MAZDA dealer, especially being a loyal customer!

Came to buy a used car and was barely given the time of day. It was like my business didn’t matter to these salespeople. We test drove a few cars which was the only plus but there was very little interaction about negotiating the price. We quickly went to Ramsey and had a much more pleasant experience.

thank you Rob for all of your help you were to me and getting my car fixed!!! it really meant a lot to me and thanks for not getting mad at me for being so absent minded and not finding my keys and not remembering what I did with them. It really makes a difference when the person helps you with everything to make your life better. I look forward to coming again and seeing all the people who are so nice there and chatting with them.

Brought my daughter here to turn in an expiring Mazda lease and buy/lease a new. After being reassured by the salesman(Sam) that they would “definitely” be able to work with us on the mile overage, it was hours later that we learned the management team would not honor the promise. A waste of an afternoon.
