I have been going to Sansone for quite some time now. The very first car I ever owned was from there. I really liked the new Mazda 3 hatch and was adamant about owning one. So I went to Sansone Mazda. And from the moment I walked through the door, Jennifer took care of me. She worked tirelessly to get me a deal that I can afford (being a recent college grad with loads of student loan debt, my budget isn’t much). But she was able to make it happen, she knew how much I liked the car and she really wanted me to have it. Jennifer is the best associate I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I highly recommend that you seek her out if you are thinking about buying/leasing another car. I've been driving clunkers all my life and trying to keep them running by dumping parts into them and doing the work myself... all on a gravel driveway in the wind, rain or cold. The last straw broke on my current ride and I began researching sedans on Carfax and discovered Schwartz Mazda. Despite having Mazda dealers closer to me, they were the only dealer that had a large selection of pre-owned certified Mazdas... The other dealerships may have had two or three but these guys had at least a dozen in all price ranges. After a week of carfaxing I was pretty sure I nailed the car I wanted and took the 45 minute trip up the parkway to Schwartz Mazda. As soon as I walked in the door I met the used car sales manager Tommy and within minutes he had the car I was interested in at the door for a test drive. The car looked like it was brand new even though it was almost three years old. I have to say the entire process was relaxing. The dealership was very classy and inviting. Tommy helped me through the entire process and answered every question I had. I've never done anything like this before but I never felt any anxiety during the process... Near the end I met Stephen Chung who helped me through the financing. Total time in the door and going home with a new car... under one hour. Ringing the Gong at the end was a great way to close the deal. I was so excited on the way home I even told the lady at the tollbooth I had just bought a car.
I'm going to go enjoy this "new to me" car for a couple years but I will not hesitate to make the trip back for my next "new to me" car and will be telling anyone that will listen that this is the place to buy a car.... Absolute clown show. Sales manager John leered at my girlfriend when she walked through the door. Looked her up and down and commented on how she looked "different" than the day before when she stopped in wearing her work clothes. Then he tried to bull rush her with "free maintenance" When I told him that's not a big selling point for us since she only drives a few thousand miles a year he literally said "I guess I can't help you then" and stormed away like a child. The salesperson then told us "Sorry, John's having a bad day" Which I suppose was our problem? I guess we should have made him feel like he was doing us a favor letting us spend 30 thousand dollars? Clown! Then the salesperson presents us a deal he claims is the total price, all in. When I inquire if that includes the tax he says it does. We say great, we'll take it. He then gets up and goes to talk to John. 10 minutes later he returns to tell us "my bad. It doesn't include the tax. I'm new here." What that had to do with anything I'm not sure. I don't even work there and I knew there was tax that needed to be added. At this point we bring up trading in her current vehicle. The salesperson takes her keys and 15 minutes he returns and offers five thousand under book value. We thank him and go to leave. We pass John in the middle of his bad day and he can't bother to even say thank you. xxxx, he couldn't even bother to look up. My girlfriend spends her weeks working with special needs children. It's what she's dedicated her life to. She gets one day off a week and that day has now seen her leered at, rudely walked away from, lied to and then ignored completely on the way out the door. This was unacceptable to me. And when I told John how unprofessional he had acted he stands up and yells at me to "get the xxxx out of my dealership" and tells me I'm rude. Well, maybe. But he's a clown. An unprofessional clown. And this dealership apparently condones this behavior because I left a detailed message for the GM asking for him to simply call and apologize to my girlfriend for how she was treated and the call never came. Just a simple, "I'm sorry you were objectified, treated rudely and lied to" was too far a bridge for this dealership. There's a lot of options when buying a Mazda. It's not hard to do better than this place.

Best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had
Whenever you go to a car dealer you prepare yourself for anything from being ignored or swarmed by sales reps with things going downhill from there I have learned from many experiences to do as much research as possible and look at dealer inventories before entering any dealership. I drove 50 miles to Crystal based on inventory and some word of mouth recommendations. I was met by the sales manager Dave who referred me to Jorge Salazar I showed them my interest in 2 similar cx 5 Grand touring. They copied my license and I was test driving within 15 minutes while they evaluated my trade. After test driving I was still unsure and asked to try the first car again. No issues alt all and they were pretty busy. We went inside to the negotiating part of the process. I asked for a unreasonable price to start and they came very close. I took that deal (which would be considered a Great deal on the other site). They then gave me a better than expected deal on my trade. I asked when I could pick up the car and they told me it was being prepped and it would be ready momentarily. WOW! I then went to the finance department where Fady and Chris Vitulano were as professional and courteous as everyone I encountered in my 2 hour experience. That’s right actually just under 2. Hours. My son will be getting his license next year and I will definitely be back.

Well today I called 8 times because nobody would answer the phone. My car has been there over a month. They can’t produce the parts. I haven’t heard anything in 2 weeks the service advisor I was working with quit. They wouldn’t give me a loaner when I dropped off my car even though I walked passed 6 of them in the parking lot and Mazda wouldn’t help with a rental car. Needless to say I lost my job behind Open Road Mazda’s service department. The least they can do is fix my car in a timely manner instead of coming up with excuses as to why they don’t have the parts. Joe blames the warranty company the warranty company says the called and said the entire engine needed to be replaced when it didnt. If you want to be upsold with unnecessary service and have problems wrongfully diagnosed then this is the place to be otherwise find another dealer. It’s in their best interest to fix my car quick and in a hurry at this point not to mention mark in sales keeps calling every other day looking for referral customers. I wouldn’t send my worse enemy to them to them to buy a car let alone service their car I will sleep at night knowing once my CX-9 is finished they will never get my business. They can not pay me to do business in anyone of their dealerships. The discrimination here is very strong and I will never return here again I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t come here and I will make sure I tell everyone they know.

thank you Rob for all of your help you were to me and getting my car fixed!!! it really meant a lot to me and thanks for not getting mad at me for being so absent minded and not finding my keys and not remembering what I did with them.
