You can tell when you walk into Ramsey Mazda that they are a class act and know what they're doing and we went to every dealership in the area. We did our homework and we were all set to negotiate, when Rocky sat down, started subtracting and actually gave us an excellent deal. We were shocked. No lies, no add ons, no bull****, just the best price. He is not your typical "car salesman" for sure. Donovan was super sweet and had all the paper work ready for us when he said he would. I'm at a loss as to finding anything negative about the experience. Even the coffee was good. I have to mention the Mazda3 that we purchased. OMG! An awesome car. Everything Rocky said it was and more. I wanted to drive all day.

I have always had a good experience at Maple Shade Mazda. My car is almost 5 years old and I have been going there exclusively. They have always been kind and courteous and professional. I have never had a problem with any work that was done . I would be surprised if they ever got a negative review based on all my experiences with them. I highly recommend them. I also highly recommend the Mazda vehicles.
Terrible Body Shop - JennE1
DO NOT USE THEIR BODY SHOP! I took my car once to get work done and it was great…Mazda was paying for that work. The second time I took the car was an insurance claim. They rushed through the work and the paint is a terrible mismatch. They claim it’s not their fault because another body shop had used paint that was a shade too dark in an area close by the bumper. Regardless, a good body shop will match to the color that’s on the car, not just paint the car with the formula they think it should be and hope it matches. Terrible quality, terrible customer service… and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I spoke with several dealers but chose Sansone Mazda for my cx5 purchase after talking for 5 minutes on the phone with Steve. He was very professional, clear/no games, gave me straight answers and only made promises that he could deliver. Arriving at the dealership I was pleasantly surprised to see my car ready, fully detailed and wrapped like a Christmas present (please see picture attached) - that was certainly above and beyond what I was expecting even before I set my foot inside the dealership. I was greeted by Donald Kinsey who explained all futures of the car to my wife and I than insisted we take it for test drive and test every future to make sure that everything works and we knew how to use them. Every promise was delivered upon 100%. All the numbers were exactly as agreed upon. I asked for a few extras and was offered more than a fair deal within minutes. There were no games, no cheap shows many dealers like to play. Even their finance manager Rick was quick, to the point and no pressure. All paper work was done in two minutes - I know hard to believe but they did. And to top it all off they ordered us good lunch while we waited for the extras. My wife loves her new Mazda and we both very much appreciate an outstanding service from Sansone's Mazda Steve, Donald and Rick. I will be recommending Sansone Mazda to my friends and family. Five stars and thank you!

I have been a long time customer of the Mazda of Lodi Service Department. I recently had a flat tire and I took it right to the Service Department at Mazda of Lodi. They took care of my car in a timely fashion. I find their service department to be quick and efficient. The employees at the front desk are very friendly and accommodating. I also find their work to be thorough. I will continue to use Mazda of Lodi's Service Department for future repairs needed on my car.
They charged me for a part that doesn't fit my 🚚 - Diane
Took our F2 250 for service told needed fuel pump ran about $1,000 okay on the bill it said they placed a relay 2 days after service exact same problem occurred took back they did what they called an exploratory. Said. The heater box had a leak on to the new fuel pump and they would silicone it and put back and charged us another $650. We had all the exact same problems as before they touched it. It would just die in its tracks on the highway 15 min later it would start. We were trying to get home to Fl. Towing our Rv as Ira just hit. We were say their mercy. If you don't have training to fix something admit it and refer customer to another facility.Don't put someone's life in their hands took to another Ford dealer within 15 minutes they told us our problem was a. Fuel pump relay told them we had a fuel pump and relay install they said impossible the relay in your truck is unserviceable the entire fuse panel would have to be removed and it would be approximately another thousand dollars so Chapman Ford never installed a relay and put our Lives In Harm's Way as the situation did not resolve itself and we were Towing an RV and the truck would just die so check your receipts everyone
I first spoke to the service mgr after the new dealership gave us the news . I said you charged us and never installed a relay, you couldn't. He said ill give you the $ back we charged for the part. I said u owe us a lot more than that.I spoke to the owner recently he was willing to give me a $300 refund of which I replied back it was not an amicable settlement as we should never have incurred the $600 additional fee the next day for nothing . we have always used a Ford dealership because we felt we had Trained techs . well guess what. Had Chapman Fords. Techs used the computer with my vin # they would have known the relay was unservicable. How can u charge for something and not do. I think there is a word for that.

Best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had
Whenever you go to a car dealer you prepare yourself for anything from being ignored or swarmed by sales reps with things going downhill from there I have learned from many experiences to do as much research as possible and look at dealer inventories before entering any dealership. I drove 50 miles to Crystal based on inventory and some word of mouth recommendations. I was met by the sales manager Dave who referred me to Jorge Salazar I showed them my interest in 2 similar cx 5 Grand touring. They copied my license and I was test driving within 15 minutes while they evaluated my trade. After test driving I was still unsure and asked to try the first car again. No issues alt all and they were pretty busy. We went inside to the negotiating part of the process. I asked for a unreasonable price to start and they came very close. I took that deal (which would be considered a Great deal on the other site). They then gave me a better than expected deal on my trade. I asked when I could pick up the car and they told me it was being prepped and it would be ready momentarily. WOW! I then went to the finance department where Fady and Chris Vitulano were as professional and courteous as everyone I encountered in my 2 hour experience. That’s right actually just under 2. Hours. My son will be getting his license next year and I will definitely be back.
