Customer Service is top of the line at this dealership. I recently leased a new Mazda and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and solicitious. TJ (Timothy) Milne, Sales Agent, went out of his way to help and answer my questions, and was extremely patient. Donovan Lau, the Business Manager, was professional and efficient and completed the paperwork quickly. Justin Arce was also extremely helpful in answering questions. Jim Sabini was also very helpful with paperwork and made me feel comfortable.
This was my first visit to Ramsey Mazda and and last visit to another car dealership.
I would recommend Ramsey Mazda to my friends without hesitation.

I have never dealt with a dealership so professional. Zach and Mike were extremely helpful with my recent purchase. They gave me a line up of cars to chose from. They did not push me into a car i did not want. Instead they allowed me to test drive any car i wanted and allowed me to chose for myself. Most car dealers do not give you this option. Upon purchase Zach gave me a full tutorial as to set up all of the tech in the car. I strongly recommend Hamilton Mazda and Volkswagon. I would also like to thank Melissa in finance. She was very helpful and expedited the whole finacial process. Thank you for all your help.

I have been using this service department for about 10 years. They give you a loaner car and I liked the first loaner so much I purchased it. Then when that car needed service I loved the loaner and will be purchasing it in October. They are friendly, helpful and never try to overcharge you. They go out of their way to assist. Sandra the service department clerk is the best, always on top of things.

I saw a car on Chapman site that was at their Horsham location. Price stated $1000 trade assistance, this dealer WOULD NOT HONOR told me it is a different dealer even though same name part of extended inventory online, total BS. Even worse sent TWO emails to the owner never got courtesy of a response. If the owner doesn't car why should his employees. I was ready to buy had someone just shown integrity and some level of customer service. My RECOMMENDATION is BUY IT FROM THEIR HORSHAM LOCATION AND SAVE $1000!!!!! Or BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND!! I have owned twelve Fords in my life but no more.

I was in a bind with my current car's monthly payments (too high). Not only did Sales Manager, Mike Wadhwa, and salesman, Chris Delsordi, help my find a car that matched what I was looking for, but they also gave me a deal that the other car dealerships I went to on the same day called mathematically impossible! If you're looking for an honest car dealership that actually cares more about the customer than making a quick buck, I'd HIGHLY recommend Open Road Mazda of Morristown!

His patience and understanding of my niece's needs were uncanny. Shaddy dealership - Yellowjelly
Where do I even begin...I would sum this as the worst car experience and the most shaddy car dealership I have dealt with. First off, I saw their listing on car guru for 2008 White Jeep Wrangler X and contacted them. Jeep sold when I got there. Then miraculously..another white Jeep became available a week later and it turned out to be the same Jeep that was sold..hmmm...but was told that it was a different Jeep..then they confirmed I was in fact same Jeep.
Got there again..test drove and saw leaky axle..they confirmed but want to charge me to fix it...crazy. We left but got phone call from salesman, Drew and sales manager, Matt agreed on the price and made the deal. An hour later got the phone call from Drew..that Jeep was sold to another customer...most likely for more money.
This dealership is so shaddy and their words meant nothing and sold the Jeep from under us after we had a deal.

Best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had
Whenever you go to a car dealer you prepare yourself for anything from being ignored or swarmed by sales reps with things going downhill from there I have learned from many experiences to do as much research as possible and look at dealer inventories before entering any dealership. I drove 50 miles to Crystal based on inventory and some word of mouth recommendations. I was met by the sales manager Dave who referred me to Jorge Salazar I showed them my interest in 2 similar cx 5 Grand touring. They copied my license and I was test driving within 15 minutes while they evaluated my trade. After test driving I was still unsure and asked to try the first car again. No issues alt all and they were pretty busy. We went inside to the negotiating part of the process. I asked for a unreasonable price to start and they came very close. I took that deal (which would be considered a Great deal on the other site). They then gave me a better than expected deal on my trade. I asked when I could pick up the car and they told me it was being prepped and it would be ready momentarily. WOW! I then went to the finance department where Fady and Chris Vitulano were as professional and courteous as everyone I encountered in my 2 hour experience. That’s right actually just under 2. Hours. My son will be getting his license next year and I will definitely be back.

A friend recommended I come here to check out their suv's specifically the CX5. I called and made an appointment with Charlie to come in and see them. I came in and was treated like I was their number 1 priority! They took the time to show me the car and take me on a test drive. After the test drive we came back and sat for an hour and talked about my financing options. Charlie recommended a few things to help me meet my needs accordingly and I ended up leaving that day with a car! I would recommend Mazda of Lodi to everyone. The process was smooth and easy and i left with the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Thanks Charlie!!
