My granddaughter brought her Explorer to Holman to repair spongey brakes. Since she drives from South Jersey to Philadelphia for work she depends on her vehicle. She paid a total of $2,000 for the repair. The dealership said the vehicle also had a coolant seepage and gave a $700 estimate to replace a heater hose. She drives the car every day and keeps an eye on the fluids. She arranged a ride from a friend to pick up the vehicle. After paying the $2,000 bill she drove a few blocks and the engine severely overheated. She has been driving this vehicle daily with no problem other than the brake issue. She and her baby were forced to wait for a toe truck to take her and the car home which was more expense. She is a single, working mom. Keep in mind that this car was used daily prior to the repair with no overheating on the commutes to Phila. Holman has caused this more severe coolant leak and sent her away with no coolant in the engine causing a breakdown. I have sent emails to the General Manager and left phone messages. These have gone unanswered.

I always have a terrible experience trying to schedule my service with Jerry. I have been going to Kindle since 2017 and bought both my trucks there. I try to ONLY get my truck serviced at Kindle, even though, I live over 60 miles away. Since it is so far, I need to come in a little later, and every time I call she tells me I cannot be scheduled later, has to be early before 9 AM. Today, I called and left a message to come in next week at 11AM. Guess what? She called me to tell me she usually cannot schedule that time; to use the quick lane. Well, guess what, I have driven ALL THE WAY TO CAPE MAY only to be turned away from the QUICK LANE. Waste of gas and time. After 4 years of this. I AM DONE. No more auto purchases from KINDLE and NO MORE SERVICE FROM THEM AGAIN. I am thinking of cancelling my 100k truck bumper to bumper warranty, too. I paid too much for that. Done with this dealership.

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing.
While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

WOULD GIVE THIS NO STARS BUT WOULD NOT LET ME!!Horrible experience!!! Having issue with sensors which is under warranty. Refusing to fix it blaming mechanic who put tires on. Telling me 3 are broke which I only went in for 1 . Had it re-checked and no sensors are broken!.. no one seems to want to help!!! Very frustrating ! Will never lease or buy a Ford again.. especially from this place!!!!! Now o know how people get taken advantage of!

Great people, horrible experience though.
After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly.
At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience.
But it gets better..
After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.

thank you Rob for all of your help you were to me and getting my car fixed!!! it really meant a lot to me and thanks for not getting mad at me for being so absent minded and not finding my keys and not remembering what I did with them. It really makes a difference when the person helps you with everything to make your life better. I look forward to coming again and seeing all the people who are so nice there and chatting with them.
