Once again I have leased a beautiful new Ford from Jack Byrne Ford in Mechanicville and my experience was wonderful. This is at least the 8th or 9th car from this dealer and my outcome is always the same. No problems and I leave with the car that I want.

Took my truck in for a check engine light. After dealing with a different dealership twice and having them throw all kinds of parts at it the mechanic at Bob Johnsons trouble shot the problem the first time and fixed it. The people were very nice and friendly to deal with.

This is the worse place to bring your car no matter what if is a collision or for mechanical services is horrible. I got into an accident beginning of December after a month and some days my car still at the dealer not done yet every time I called them no one was available except for the receptionist, she was the only nice person, but not able to help. Till today’s day I still waiting on missing parts that they never put in my car. I called to check the status and what they told me is that Dealer credit card was close and they were not able to but the missing parts that on my car. So I still waiting almost 3 months later. Also after they called me to pick up my car I have to take it to another place to have a new diagnostic because my car wasn’t driving like it was before the accident and they never fixed it I have to spend money from my packet to be able to have car in a correct way. This is not even deserve a STAR IS Frustrating. This place is not Good at all I’m not the only person going through this right now. Please think twice or more before you go to this place they are located in Walden Ave. in Cheektowaga, NY across from metro pcs and Thruway Plaza. Thank you such a bad experience Basil Dealer.

My electric truck has been in this shop since July 3rd. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received so far if you could even call it service. There’s been zero communication unless initiated by me asking for updates. The most recent correspondence from them was that they had not fixed my truck, that the HYBRID battery was bad (I do not have a hybrid vehicle, 100% electric) and that I would receive an update today. At this point there is gross negligence happening at this dealership, by both the mechanics and the office staff. I would NEVER recommend anyone coming here for any type of repair. If this wasn’t a company fleet truck I would have bailed WEEKS ago.

Great experience at City World Ford today. Worked with Rafael and he was fantastic. Honest kind and worked to get us the best deal. We went in looking for a specific car and Rafael showed us multiple comprable options. We ended up going with another car he recommended with much more options that Rafael was able to negotiate for a similar price. The rest of the staff was great and very friendly toward my kids with us. Made us feel at home and was happy to support them. Will be back for my next vehicle !

Do not use the service department for anything! I brought my truck to have a simple clock spring replaced. The new spring is working great, but I ended up with a deep scratch on the clear plastic gauge pack cover. I was told by the service manager that they are not responsible for the damage. I was told that they would try buffing it but, if that didn't work I am out of luck. I was also told that the steering wheel is too far from the clear shield for it to be damaged by their tech . The average length screwdriver is 8 inches. More than long enough to do this damage. I will no longer go to Greenwich ford.
