What a welcoming and professional place to get service done on your car. I never feel like they are trying to sell me additional services. I like that I can just drop in and get an oil change without an appointment.

We were very happy to be able to make a service appt.... - BGflcn80
We were very happy to be able to make a service appt. after being on a long trip, and needing an oil change while out of town. Other dealerships had over a week wait. This was only a few days. Audra was very easy and pleasant to work with during scheduling and service time. It seemed they were running late, (short staffed as with most places) so she helped prepare everything they needed to expedite things. She also offered an office for my husband and I to wait in which we appreciated since no one was wearing masks (besides us) and we were visiting elderly parents.
It ended up only taking 45 min. all together and we appreciated the car wash that the did! Would definitely use them again!
Thanks also to the service man for being there and taking care of us!

Great dealer to work with; salesman John Fields worked with me to get my daughter a Hyundai Kona all the way through the purchasing process with professionalism and transparency, including a pick up from the airport to the dealership. I say this because I had a few unpleasant interactions with other dealers and I felt being treated as worthy customer at GLH. Definitely, I recommend and consider them for future business.
My husband and I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Palisade from... - Lauren
My husband and I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Palisade from Waikem a couple of days ago, and I can honestly say that we were happy with the experience. We did a fair amount of research on dealers and vehicles in the area, and while our first choice would probably have been to go to Ron Marhofer, Waikem had the exact Palisade I really wanted sitting on their lot, so that's where we went. Plus, my parents had purchased several brand-new Kias from Waikem in the past, and they were treated well, so I was optimistic about the experience.
Admittedly, we were really apprehensive about car-buying in general - we're both very young with a toddler and another one on the way, and having never purchased a vehicle on our own before, we really didn't want to be taken advantage of, but I did a lot of research beforehand, and I touched base with my family a few times as we have a lot of friends who work in the car business.
Overall, Christina was really great to work with. She was super friendly and sweet, and as a woman buying a car, it was nice to have a feminine touch. I appreciated that she was honest about the fact that she didn't think we would be able to afford the car right away but promised us that, if we couldn't, she'd do what she could to get us into a lower-trim model. Really, the only reason I'm choosing to give Waikem a 4-star rating as opposed to a 5-star one is that, after the fact, my family was very unhappy with the way the negotiation and some of the paperwork was handled.
The details of my family's complaints were mostly that the dealership tried to take $750 off of the Buick we were trading in just because the brakes had never been replaced, but the car had less than 35,000 miles on it and had undergone routine maintenance at a Buick-certified dealership (which is owned by a family friend), and if anything had been wrong with the brakes, they would have told us. As far as driving went, even at six years old, it still stopped on a dime and drove just fine. We were able to talk them into putting the $750 back on, but my family was really upset that they tried to remove it in the first place. Additionally, they required the physical paper title, which was fine, but we spent half the day running around trying to get our hands on that, and when I told my grandfather, who works at a Ford dealership, he threw a fit and said that that should have been their job to do, not ours, and that they should have at least refilled the gas tank at the end of the day for us. Lastly, they charged us $300 for Hyundai's all-weather mats after assuring us that they were cheaper than the WeatherTech alternatives, which are only $285. My parents felt that those should have been thrown in for free. Personally, I wasn't upset that we had to pay for them - I was just upset that we had to pay so much.
While those things were annoying, they weren't exactly deal-breakers for us. It was a super long day, but at least everyone at the dealership was very nice, and at the end of it, we drove home with the exact car I wanted, and I didn't have to make any compromises. As it was, another couple came in to buy the very same Palisade while we were already test-driving it, so I'm super glad that we went when we did. If we had it to do all over again, I still would have gone to Waikem, even if I would still probably suggest that others try Ron Marhofer first.
EDIT TO ADD:
After filling out an online feedback request, I received a phone call from the sales manager, Josh Tracy, and he informed me that he will be issuing my husband and I a full refund for the weather mats we purchased. He assured us that if he had known that that was something we were interested in, he would have thrown them in for free. I’m not sure that that’s true, but I still really appreciate the gesture and thought that that was a great follow-up, so I’m boosting my rating from 4 stars to 5. We’re happy customers!

Jeff Wyler is taking advantage of the car shortage to boost their MSRP by up to $8,000. This should be criminal. Don't expect to pay MSRP or even less, because Jeff Wyler Springfield has a policy of adding a premium. They are gouging every customer. They are all about making money, no care for what the customer wants.

Purchased a car June 9, 2020 2 days later the drivers... - opshell
Purchased a car June 9, 2020 2 days later the drivers window wouldn't go up or down. They tried to charge $166 for a $63 part. within a few months there's a check engine light. Extended warranty covers the turbo replacement. Approximately 2 months later we get the car back. May 2021 check engine light goes off and on. Same code turbo. Under boost. I drop it off and Jason asks me "You knew that was a used turbo right?" Yes there are laws that require a customer be told when a used part is being used. We were not informed. I grew suspicious once this new light came on because my normal mechanic informed me that they either didn't replace it or they used a used part. Over the next month i call several times and am told they're still waiting to get to it or i could take it to ******* dealership they have a 4 week wait to even look at a car. Not a very pleasant experience. I talk to the GM who promises me that this car will be John's personal priority until it's fixed. Bet you can guess that never happened either. We take the car with us to await the elusive light returning. We took it with us on May 26th. Returned today June 3rd. They scan it. Erase the code. Then drive it 34 miles thinking the code might come back on. John's excuse is the code history. it was being driven 84 mph when it coded. Doesn't matter. It also came on with me driving it 40 mph. Acceleration can cause the codes to show up. There are numerous things John could have done to rule out possible causes. Check the oil pressure. Visually inspect the air intake system, EGR system, etc. Check these for leaks. Thing is the original repair was covered by the extended warranty. The repair has a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on it. So who saves money if nothing is done? And yes i used the words sh** and da** when John tried to tell me it could be the accelerator. Then he tells me i can not come back to "HIS" dealership.

I bought a car in April 2012. It is now September and I still do not have a license plate also my temporary tag expired August 1. No one would return my call though I left multiple messages. I finally got a hold of the general manager who was rude and abrupt. If you want good customer service do not buy at Don Wood Hundai.
I'm extremely disappointed with Joseph's Airport Hyundai... - CadiGal
I'm extremely disappointed with Joseph's Airport Hyundai service. I bought a 2017 CTS Cadillac from them five weeks ago and quickly discovered that all four wheels were bent (two slightly and two severely). Furthermore, the windshield developed an air leak within two weeks, which I learned is due to an incorrect windshield, plus bad seal, and they won't fix it. During the test drive I told my salesman that I felt an abnormal vibration. He stated it was "probably just the road". Despite me telling them that this issue existed, they didn't offer to check it. As such, following my purchase, I had an independent mechanic investigate and diagnose that problem. IMMEDIATELY thereafter, I told Joseph's Airport Hyundai that the wheels were bent and were that way when I bought the car. They allegedly checked them right away and claimed they only needed rebalanced, then supposedly rebalanced them. Regardless, that didn't eliminate the vibration. As such, I took my car back to the other mechanic, made a video which showed the wheels were bent, and gave it to Joseph's. They FINALLY got the wheels repaired last week by making a claim for services covered through my warranty (at their expense). Prior to fixing them, I asked the service manager to put my car on the racks after repair completion, and either show me the final results or make another video, in order for me to see the improvements. He said he would do that but didn't and refused to do it when I picked up my car. After proving them wrong and at fault of selling me a damaged car for a HUGE amount of money, their demeanor became less friendly towards me. Their smiles faded and they acted like they no longer wanted to hear what I had to say neither deal with me. I understand and accept that used cars may have some issues, yet they shouldn't be MAJOR ones nor be sold for an expensive price, such as is my case. I've learned my lesson to: (a) NEVER do ANY business with Joseph's Airport Hyundai again, and (b) have an independent repairman thoroughly check out the vehicle before purchasing. Be EXTREMELY cautious about considering Joseph's Airport Hyundai for car purchases and repairs.

-Salesperson Katie George is excellent.
-Received more for my trade than expected.
After first visit i would have given the experience a 5 star rating
- returned for paper work with a 6pm appointment. Was there over 2-1/2 hours
- Finance person, Marcus, seemed to want to play games/not upfront. Interest rate and extra warranties. He didnt give price of extra warranties, just showed different monthly payments. I was already fed up before that. Not sure who buys stuff without seeing the price.
I didnt need to Finance the car, and have an excellent credit rating....dont need someone trying to play games with me.
Left there mad enough that the 5 stars drop to a 1 star, have no plays of returning to buy from them again.
Taylor's service department is terrible and dishonest.... - Me
Taylor's service department is terrible and dishonest. Back in April I took my 2007 Santa Fe in because the transmission stayed in 3rd gear. It took them over 1-1/2 weeks to diagnose the problem and the service manager said the solenoid valve body in the transmission was the problem. The cost to replace it was $2800. That was too much because of how old the car was so I agreed to let them put a used transmission in for around $1700 which took 3 weeks! After getting the car back and driving it for about a week it stuck in 3rd gear again! Took the car back and It took them 3 weeks to determine that the problem all along was the transmission control module and then another week to get the module in and install it. A new module with labor was about $1500. They tried to find a used one but had no success. After they installed the new module and I got the car back the first part of August and when I went to pay the bill I argued the point that I should not have to pay it and they owed me $200 because they replaced the transmission which was not the problem in the first place. They did drop the price to $785 for the transmission module & labor but I am still out the difference. It was just a mess. They had a service manager quit right in the middle of all this and communications between him and the other service manager did not exist so the service manager from Taylor's Kia dealership down the street had to come in and straighten things out which took a while and I kept getting the runaround as to win my car was going to be fixed. No way to run a business. I waited to post this to make sure the transmission module was the REAL problem and so far there's been no issues. JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE!

Chuck was great! He listened to my needs and found me exactly what I was looking for. I also received a fair value for my trade-in vehicle. Drew found me a better financing rate than what I had been pre-approved for at my bank and made sure I understood the terms of my loan and warranty.

Start this off with this my wife's first brand new car supposed to be a wonderful joyous experience been a nightmare since day one first it took me over 3 months and an additional $150 to get my financing switched over to my bank because Hyundai financing would not release my loan because my account had Jeff or Jeffrey on the account where the check was written out in the other one then we go to get our car serviced they supposed to have a free oil change on these cars until 36,000 MI I didn't even get my factory warranty put on my car until 6:00 or 8 months later after I was in for my second service on my vehicle first one went through perfectly fine no no money exchanging hands and then the second one they stick me for the cost of the oil change air filters everything to go along with it and then they want to play dick around trying to make me happy
Online Used Car Purchase - bhboro
I knew I wanted a Genesis Coupe 3.8 with low miles. Dennis Automotive came through for me. The Sales Team of Corey and Malek was top notch. Buying a used car online can be scary. Malek answered all of my questions, provided pics, was honest and quick to respond. His customer service was excellent.. He could right a book on the right way to treat a customer. They met me at the airport, I test drove the vehicle just to make sure it was what I wanted. Hats off to Malek, Corey, Ed and the entire Dennis Automotive Dealership!

I cant find any good trucks here in Michigan.Everytime I find one it gone by the time I get to it.I found a nice truck from these guys. Now im not a person with money .I have been disabled most of my life,Anyway was talking with Nathan and telling him it has to go in someone elses name and if they could sign papers at home like everyone is doing now ,Because of Covid. He said He would run it by his boss.Ran the credit was approved ,But He didnt tell me before that the person had to come in.They couldnt because they are on oxygen and cant make an 8 hr trip.Ok so he runs my credit I did get a email from them saying I was approved,But I could not get Nathan to answer my texts.Over to the next day called and Nathan wasnt in His day off,So I was put in touch with Brent,I was already approved and He wanted to use someone else as cosigner Sent in another credit application and then Mysteriously Nathan called me,Said I was approved just needed bank statements sent to His boss Doug Williams.Nathan texts me back and said they needed to be pdf's.I sent in the pdf's and He said He would get back to me when everything was good.Keep in mind He's doing all this from his phone
,Because He's off work today.I called after a few hours and asked for Nathan Hes not working today.Called His boss That was supposed to send my bank statements to the bank to get approved for loan and by the way it was gonna be like a $4,000 loan was paying cash for the rest.Asked for Doug Williams and said who I was and He told the Girl on the phone that the truck was just sold.
So here Iam had my hopes up that I was gonna finally get a good truck that I wanted and could now afford to get it ripped away from me.I done everything that was asked of me and for nothing and they ran 4 credit reports.
I have everything to back up this story so lets see what they say probably a bunch of lies.....

We just bought our 5th car (4 new and one used) at Herrnstein Hyundai. We have been treated really well everytime and that is why we continue to go back to this dealership to purchase our vehicles. Brooke Paul was exceptionally great at getting us taken care of very quickly when we bought our new 2022 Hyundai Tucson this past week! We saw the Tucson on the internet late afternoon and were driving it home that evening! We absolutely love it and our 2020 Santa Fe, too! We highly recommend Herrnstein Hyundai!!

There's always room for improvement so I guess I would say, " reduce the paperwork." Otherwise, it was an easy transition from the Sonata to the Tuson.
