I leased my Hyundai from a different dealership 3 years ago. Since the Parma location was closer I started getting my service taken care of there and was always impressed with their customer service. Ian and his team are friendly and extremely helpful consistently with each visit. When it came time to buy out my lease I called the original dealership where I leased the vehicle from not once, not twice, but three times and talked to a total of 5 different people. Not one person helped me. They did try to sell me a new car but once I said I was only interested in buying out my lease I got passed around and told several times I would receive a call back. No one called me back. So I decided to call Ganley Parma where I had been having great luck with customer service and I received help immediately from Neil Kellner. He did not make me feel like I was wasting his time for simply wanting to buy out my lease and not wishing to purchase a new car. When the day came for me to go ahead and sign all the paperwork Neil and Craig Toddy helped me get all set up and for the purchase and Luis Reyes in the financing department finished up all the paperwork, explained everything to me very thoroughly and had me on my way. Every single person that helped me was courteous and pleasant. No one made me feel like I was wasting their time. I can not say enough how important that was to me as a consumer. I highly recommend Ganley Parma Hyundai.

Just got back home with my new 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL. I love this SUV! I had my hip replaced a few months back. My Accord was/is difficult for me to get into and out of. The Santa Fe changed all that. The Santa Fe has the most head, leg, should, and hip room of any SUV in it's class. If you have had a knee or hip replaced, do your self a favor and go see Preston Hyundai of Boardman. One test drive and you will see how easy it is to get in and out of. My salesman, Alan Quigley, made buying the Santa Fe a pleasant experience. Alan knows his Hyundai's. He answered all my questions, went over the Santa Fe before my test drive and worked with me to get a terrific deal. I wish all car sales people were as good as Alan. Mike Bucci took care of the financial details. My best APR was 3.1%. With Mike I ended up with 2.8% APR. That is better than any rate that I could find on my own.

Drove from KY to purchase a used SUV found online. Car was priced at NADA retail and they refused to negotiate on the price. Ok well we like the truck and pay full price and buy an extended warranty. We get home, and literally, 6 days later, it breaks down. We don’t even have paperwork for the warranty yet. $250 later we ask if the dealer if they will stand behind a full price vehicle, sold 6 days before and they say - nope. Tough luck. You bought a used vehicle as is. I’d never go back there and never recommend them to anyone. No effort to make it right. No effort to assist with getting the warranty paperwork to us to see if we can even file a claim. Nothing.

I knew I wanted a Genesis Coupe 3.8 with low miles. Dennis Automotive came through for me. The Sales Team of Corey and Malek was top notch. Buying a used car online can be scary. Malek answered all of my questions, provided pics, was honest and quick to respond. His customer service was excellent.. He could right a book on the right way to treat a customer. I explained that my husband and I have been shopping for the perfect car for us to lease and have decided on a Hyundai Kona SEL fwd. We were still undecided on color and I asked John to please have a Thunder Gray Kona ready for us to see the next morning at 10:00 when we pass through on our way to Cleveland (Halloween 2020) and work up a quick quote as we would be pressed for time. We arrived at 10:00, John met us at the door and took us to see the Thunder Gray Kona he had staged for us just outside the showroom. Did you know when the sun hits that Thunder Gray it sparkles blue, purple and green? I didn’t either! It’s beautiful 😍. Color decision made! Incompetent, Rude, and Dishonest Service!! Stay away from this dealership! They misdiagnosed my car twice which cost more than $1200. Gave them the car to repair a third time, and they had it for 4.5 work days. They allow it to sit for two days before even looking at it. As of today, 11/5/2020 they have had possession of the car for repairs since 10/22/2020, still not repaired. They do not call to offer updates and when I call to find out what is happening, they are defensive and rude. They have NO CLUE about customer service . I called the General Manager to send him a copy of my issues and he is obviously not interested since he has not called me back. Stay away from these people!!!
